Beautiful place, but way too overpriced. Vendor charge is excessive $150.00 just to enter. Beverages at $12.00 I pre ordered 300 and they would not exchange the amount for anything else, the DJ has the worse attitude. The food quality was good but quantity was very bad, I paid for 300 and that was not enough for 170, not flexible at all. The most expensive event Ive hosted for the company and due to mosquitos and excessive beverage rates was cut short. Not a good experience at all

Chrustina and Gary are both professional and good people to work with. My son and daughter in law had their wedding at the ranch. It was a beautiful venue. Everyone has lots of fun and will have beautiful memories for years to come. The food was delicious and every detail of the wedding was done beautifully. Thank you Christina and Gary!

The Ranch on Vinton Road is an amazing wedding venue. Christina and Gary welcome you with open arms and you feel right at home from the first meeting until the end of your event. They take the time to get to know you and learn exactly what you want for your special day and do everything within their power to make it happen. One thing that sets the Ranch on Vinton above other venues, is the fact that they are an all inclusive venue. That s kind of hard to find. If you are a busy couple, sometimes having things all at one place makes it easier to handle. Christina and Gary work with selected vendors who are all amazing! in the local area. You are able to choose other vendors, if you want, they ll work with you. Christina is an amazing wedding coordinator and has the vendors working seamlessly throughout the event; this took so much stress off of us and the rest of our bridal party. The day of our wedding we were able to just focus on each other, getting ready, taking pictures and enjoying the night. We had the ceremony and reception there, which we preferred. Our bridal party were able to get ready up in the bride and groom suites prior to the ceremony. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable. We didn t have to worry about anything! They decorated, cooked, cleaned and coordinated with the DJ, photographer, pastry chef and their staff. This made the day so much more relaxing and we enjoyed ourselves. Any issues were dealt with immediately and professionally. Our wedding was in the middle of January, the venue is outside, but they work with a tent vendor and decorated it beautifully. We provided our own centerpieces and any other décor we wanted to incorporate into our wedding. They took them and set it all up for us as we wanted, it was perfect! The venue itself is so enchanting, and they were able to make everyone comfortable. Our guests loved it, it was a unique experience for everyone. There were animals at the ranch and were a huge hit with the kids! If you want a little country twist to your wedding this is the venue for you!

So you have to use their services or pay an extra fee to bring in other people right? Well, their hairstylists were 2 hours late. They barely made it right before it was time to take photos. I caught the owner (man) taking pictures of the flowers girls whom were my daughters without my permission. The bartender was making racist comments and was taking shots at the bar. He even made a woman cry with his comments. The clean up crew were very bossy. The whole thing is they were very unprofessional & wouldn t recommend this place unless they get a new team of people who are actually professional & appropriate for a wedding event. The only pro I have is the decorations were nice.

I would like to first give a special thanks to Gary and Christina. You guys were a huge help and incredibly easy to work with while going through this special day. A wedding can be very stressful as is. Lots of moving parts, kids running around, timelines to meet, etc.. Having our special day at the ranch was hands down the best choice we could have made. We had everything available through the ranch and didnt have to use 15 different vendors. They worked and looked out for everything we wanted. Everything from the planning of the event down to the first dance, it went very smoothly. The staff was very pleasant and easy to work with. Gary and Christina got us through every moment without issue. The venue was gorgeous and set up just as we imagined it to be. Although we missed some of our timelines, at no fault of theirs, they worked with us to keep us calm and at ease as the night continued on. They were incredibly patient, supportive and remained in constant communication with us throughout the planning and night of. The DJ did an amazing job with working our variety of music throughout the night. All of our family and friends had an amazing time. We truly couldnt have asked for a better night to celebrate. Thank you both and all others that were included in helping us celebrate our special day. Adalberto and Sarah Charles

First of all this venue is very beautiful on its own. The owners are a cute funny couple we all want to be one day. However, on the day of my own wedding I was running around running my own wedding. I had no DJ the day of and had to contact the owner a day later to ask what had happened instead of them reaching out to me and apologizing. I would truly recommend this beautiful establishment, just don t depend on the owners on helping you run the show even though you paid good money for them to do it. Just hire a professional wedding planer for your big day.

First of all this NEGATIVE review is solely based on my experience with Christina, the lady that is the owner and the one in charge of putting things together. Let me just say that she is a sweet talker she will sugar coat everything and anything for you about her services and what the place has to offer. UNTIL she gets the first payment and she starts losing communication with you and stops updating you on every big thing that matters in a wedding. She kept telling my husband and I how she was going to have all these things ready and set for us months prior to our big day but kept putting our decor and event planning off until it was right and convenient for her. Finally we agreed on how things were going to be set up and even typed up the order of events for every single thing for our wedding day for her about 3 weeks prior to the wedding. The WORST part of it all was the day of our wedding I get there and the lady (Christina) has the audacity to get mad at me and say that I m late and I ve been keeping the cake lady waiting for too long (I was only 10 min late by the way). The cake lady had been waiting for me because Christina never told her how i wanted the cake decorated so I had to waste time explaining to the cake lady how I wanted this cake decorated as fast as possible the DAY OF my wedding. Then I look around the tables and the party favors that we had previously dropped off the day before the wedding were still boxed up. So I had to have my bridesmaids help me set up about 80 mason jars on the table, along with setting up my own decor for the dinner tables as well. Throughout the whole night I went up to her to ask her questions and she would respond very rude and annoyed with me and as a bride that s the last thing you want happening the day of your wedding. Overall, I would suggest to not book this place if you don t want to be running around like a crazy person setting stuff up and asking a million questions minutes before changing to your dress, the day of your wedding. Christina really needs to work on her professionalism with managing weddings properly and talking to brides the correct way instead of just being plain rude. DO NOT IGNORE THE BAD REVIEWS that was the mistake my husband and I made and ended up regretting booking this place.

We had our wedding here in October spent 10k on the venue and a few add ons, the customer service when we first went out was great and Gary and Christina treated us like family. Once the contract was signed Christina was a completely different person and was not very helpful and only responded promptly when messaging regarding payment. Many times we tried scheduling appointments to meet with people regarding flowers signs and other things only to be told it didn t fit her schedule. We explained many times what we wanted sent pictures with samples and discussed what we wanted for center pieces. We were told there would be Polaroid cameras available for a photo booth for our guests (we paid extra) only to find the day of that the camera didn t work. When we informed Christina that it didn t work she simply shrugged it off and acted as if we had broken it. When my wife arrived to the venue to begin getting ready Christina was nowhere to be found and would not come out to assist her. The tables were still missing center pieces and the party favors we had brought the night before and had been told would be set up by Christina prior to guests arriving. Upon my arrival to the venue and hour before the wedding was to start Christina was calmly walking around very slowly setting up the tables my wife hadn t been able to. Several times while I greeted guests she asked me to help her and finish setting up tables which she was as supposed to do before our arrival. The DJ did not have our schedule and was asking us minutes before my wife entering and walking out what he should play and what the schedule of events would be. We emailed the schedule two weeks prior, we printed the schedule the night before and brought it to Christina to give to him. He told us he had not received anything and no communication had been had regarding the schedule of events. He didn t know what song we would dance with our mothers or what our first dance would even be. The DJ was awesome and rolled with the punches and made the best of the night and helped us make it fun and enjoyable. The venue is beautiful Gary and their sons who help run the bars and help host the event were amazing and extremely friendly and respectful. Christina on the other hand was extremely unprofessional and many times even demonstrated she no longer wanted to deal with me or my wife. The amount of money that is charged for things to not be ready upon your arrival or have things not work after your event has started is just outrageous. We had been told that the reviews left on here were an exaggeration and absolutely untrue and upon our encounter with them we believed them until we had our own experience. I m sure after seeing this review she will tell you we were impossible and terrible clients to deal with. Honestly I ll tell you now that this could not be further from the truth. We were simple in our requests paid off our event 3 and a half months in advanced and never missed a payment. Save your money and find a different venue that will care for your needs, requests, and your special day whatever it may be.

I had my wedding at this venue Sept 2018. I cannot in good faith recommend this venue to anyone. I had an awful experience with the owner, self described event manager, Christina Kroeplin. I previously left a very detailed review of my experience on Facebook, after having tried to resolve this matter. In the course of 6 months Mrs. Kroeplin has had ample opportunity to resolve the issue. Instead, shes responded with extreme unprofessionalism and immaturity. Im having to update this review because in response to my review, ive learned Mrs. Kroeplin had been illegally been posting my childrens photos, she took from my private page, without my consent to use them. Along, with hash-tagging bullying abusive language on my personal photos labeled #shotgun wedding and illegally posting my full address and place of employment. The poor behavior exhibited by this venue are perfect examples for why I dont recommend this place. She claims Im slandering her, however her behavior towards me, over an honest review, speaks loudly for itself! (side note: I do think its hilarious that the photos she stole from me and the various photos she did post of my wedding have the very same items she tried accusing us of stealing, in the background. Not a very smart move if you plan to accuse someone of theft!) Based on all this, I urge you to please use extreme caution when doing business with this venue. My family and friends were the only thing that saved the wedding from being a complete disaster. Despite everything, My door is still open to Ms. Kroeplin to make this situation right, as a business professional should do, but to date she hasnt bothered trying. I wish to move on with my life and chalk this up to a lesson learned. Do research before you invest with just anybody!!! **Previous review greatly shortened to fit Google format: My first bad experience with her came the morning I woke up to charges on my invoices. Maybe she didnt think I would notice?! But she certainly never talked to me about it before just adding charges.. I cant say the encounter in asking her about it was a pleasant one. She insisted I could cancel my wedding but per contract we would have lost every cent we put in. This venue doesnt supply ice. Which was told to me only 2 days before the event. AFTER We were completely tapped out of money by this point. Mrs. Kroeplin was emailed an iternary, in which I admired I had no idea how to fill out, but I was promised, It will all be fine, I got this Yet, my husband was downstairs coordinating 45 minutes after this wedding was supposed to start, because she did not. One of my guests, who was not even in the wedding party, went to go track Mrs. Kroeplin down to get her to do her job! Nearly 2 weeks after my wedding, I text Mrs. Kroeplin politely asking how she would be refunding my damage deposit. To which she replies, things were missing including accusing - ME-of stealing flowers I paid for! I left several emails, over the course of a few days, politely asking for proof that any items were removed from the property. Mrs. Kroeplin did NOT provide such proof. Matter of fact, She texted me random photos. She then after, emails this completely arbitrary list. None of the items listed even came close to even came close to equaling $400 Interesting how her staff, herself and her husband were all posted at the exits when everyone left and even then her husbandwalked us out to the car when we packed up and left.. Youd think if items were actually stolen someone would have said something?!?! .Christina keeps bringing up alcohol being snuck in, and while my brother- in- law did, mr and mrs. Kroeplin, myself and my husband made him promptly remove it. We apologized profusely for his behavior. Theres really so much more that happened, but I hope future weddings will not have go through any of this!!

DO NOT get involved with these scam artists. They continue to try to take advantage of their renters by extorting money from them. I was a bridesmaid at a recent wedding there (the one from the new gorgeous picture above) and let me tell you appearances are NOT what they seem. The bride of this wedding is a full time mom of two handicapped boys that barely scrapes by to make ends meet. After the wedding, the coordinator (I put this in quotations for reasons I will outline later) refused to refund the $400 safety deposit that they were most likely counting on for groceries and sited a couple of missing cups, a missing pillow case, and a couple of missing play horses on a stick NONE of which total to be the amount in question. She also had the audacity to accuse one of the bridesmaids of stealing her sunglasses- honey, I earn a very decent living and was wearing my own Michael Kors sunglasses all weekend. On top of this, the coordinator continued to ask what time parts of the event were to occur even after receiving an emailed itenerary. When it came time to cut the cake, no plates or cutting utensils (which were supplied by bride and groom) were anywhere to be found. The husband of this coordinator and co-owner even acknowledged this oversight and apologized profusely. She also charged an exorbitant amount of money for fake flowers ($800) for which she did not supply enough pins to put on and further had the gall to ask the bridesmaids why they didn t get any extra pins (right as pictures were to be taken and the event was starting no less). Also this event caters. Decent food no doubt but they said (on the day before the wedding) that ice was not provided or could be provided but only for an additional fee- after of course my dear friend had already paid every penny of the balance for the whole wedding of course. So a wedding party member had to go to several stores running late to pictures in order to purchase this or guests would have had hot lemonade in the 90 degree plus weather. On top of that, the bride asked where were the left overs that they were seen boxing up later in the evening (as she paid a large sum for this food and needed to feed her family the following day) and she was told there was none. Also, the entire wedding party and guests were swarmed with mosquitoes (not overestimating- I had at least 15 bites) throughout the ceremony despite spraying every day for the last 3 days . And if this was not enough to sway your decision to avoid this person like the plague, she also sited me coming the day of the wedding to decorate the bridal suite (out of everyone s way), put out pictures of the bride and groom, and prepare photo booth props as an additional $100 charge. So she charges people for having someone who cares about them come out and do last minute things to further enhance the wedding experience or in other words HELP HER. I may have taken 5 minutes of her time borrowing some tape. The bottom line is none of these offenses were even brought to the attention of the renters until very recently and certainly not in enough time for the renters to search for missing items themselves or see for themselves that they were in fact missing. But they do have a fancy bride and groom suite that is brand new upstairs so I guess they need more money wherever they can scam it up. Please do not subject anyone you care about to this overwhelming insanity.

Gary and Christina have a great venue for family and corporate events that isnt the boring party hall atmosphere we see all over El Paso. Your guests will get to interact with horses, goats, chickens and more during their time at the ranch-themed venue. I DJ all over West Texas and New Mexico and this is quickly becoming one of my favorite places. Great food and catering is also available while you enjoy the scenery and fresh air.

My family and I enjoyed a wonderful evening at this beautiful ranch on the outskirts of the city. Parking was in a private, secure area on cool green grass. Our meal had all of the necessary condiments to enjoy our meal the way we like it. Seating was offered in their plush green grass or on the dining hall under the cool air provided by the ceiling fans and refrigerated a.c. The d.j. played every country music hit we loved which gave us the opportunity to dance under the stars while our kids went horse back riding, played on the jungle gym or pet the goats. Under the gazebo the children were offered face painting or played with the large Jenga style wooden blocks. Above the barn style dining hall/bar, the owners showed us their new suites available to be rented for couples who want to spend the night away from the citys hectic environment and relax in a peaceful place away from the noise but still close to home. I would highly recommend this location for a private party, wedding, family reunion, birthday, anniversary, business retreat or any special occasion. The owners (Gary & Christina) and their staff are friendly, cordial people who enjoy providing their guests with a relaxing time in a comfortable environment.

Theres tons for the kids to do, so they will never be bored and the owners are the most amazing and wonderful people. They also do events throughout the year, like a barn dance that is coming up (my wife and I are going) on 2/17/18. Check them out, you wont be disappointed!
