I highly recommend Colin for his services. The probate case I had unfortunately was continuously delayed for two years. Decided to switch the Legal Services I was using and found Colin. In less than two months Colin had the probate case done and is working on some other items for me. I am so happy with the outcome and expect that the more difficult items will be resolved timely as well.

Colin Smith was such a blessing to us and our family! He was able to sort through a mess that another subpar attorney created for us and was more than willing to take extra time to make sure we understood all the legal language and answer all of our annoying questions all while making us feel like we were truly a valued client. He even helped us with an unrelated case that had nothing to do with our original inquiry. We lost thousands of dollars in that case prior to asking him for help with it and he was able to help us close the case without spending anymore money on it! Colin Smith is a fabulous attorney. He continually goes above and beyond for his clients. When my dads health was too poor to leave the house and on hospice care - Colin took the time to come to him and worked to make sure every detail was taken care of. He put my dad at ease and handled his estate making sure all of my dads wishes were documented and enforced. Since my dads passing, I could not have asked for a more professional as well as caring attorney. I fully recommend him to all. He takes the time - he has the knowledge and skills - and he has the heart and compassion needed. Five Stars and more if I could.
