Laura Roach ....I can never thank you enough for your patience, skills, kindness, and all around genuine good hearted soul you are ! You are so rare in this crazy world of divorce. Four years have gone by since you have helped my son and I escape a stressful situation with my ex husband. Without you we could not be living our best life. Lawyers do not have the prettiest reputation, however Laura managed to breath positive life in me while the outside world was sucking all my air and energy out of me for almost 2 years. She was my rock and still is every time I have sent my friends to her. More and more you see people quick to give negative reviews because it is easy, it is not popular for people to give great reviews or compliments because we are lazy (in my opinion). Giving thanks and being grateful is becoming lost. If you need an attorney, you will instantly know Laura has a giving soul.. you see it, feel it and I can say it after 4 years and all the folks she helps. I felt very supported by the team at McCathern ; Kylie Peebles and Adriana Cancino really helped me wade through my easy, yet complicated divorce. Kylie responded quickly to my questions and her calmness and reasoning helped me keep my mind on the end goal and not the emotions. Going through a divorce and all that is involved can be one of the worst experiences in life; I appreciated Kylies feedback and meeting with me in person to help me make the best decisions for me.

Michael Ricchi and Laura Roach were my attorneys and I cannot recommend them enough. Michael was a beacon of hope to my family at a time when our options appeared limited and the likelihood of a satisfactory resolution felt impossible. Not only was he able to fix the mistakes of our previous legal counsel within days, his calm and empathetic demeanor was much needed and helped calm me and the deescalate our situation. I was so pleased with the outcome of our case, it was better than what we originally asked the courts for. Kylie Peebles made my divorce process easy, quick and efficient. Kylie exceeded my expectations, she was simply amazing. She is fair, super responsive and knowledgeable. From date of filing to signing was under 75 days. I met with several attorneys after deciding to file for divorce and once I met Kylie I knew she was the one. I wanted to laud McCathern Law and specifically my lawyer Michael Ricchi and his team (Emily Hale and Chelsea Ragsdale) who represented and guided me through my divorce. They were so supportive and responsive to me I never felt alone or ignored. They were very informative and walked me through every step of the process including preparations, mediation and a few final actions that were unusual in my case as I am a military retiree. A very different experience - all attorneys at this law firm are not created equal. I m SURE there are GREAT attorneys here from reading these reviews, but mine is not one of them and doesn t appear to show up anywhere in these positive reviews. I mean this professionally, if you have endless funds, you want to work with a very (unqualified) junior attorney, be told household facts and demographics that are not true, pay for unneeded depositions, be judged negatively as a typical Frisco woman, have documents sent (again and again) to your divorcing spouse that were never reviewed by you, be blamed for anything that doesn t go your way - Laura Roach is the attorney for you. A complete waste of money with nothing of substance or value gained. Outsmarted and bluffed by the other attorney that kicked our butts. And it even took $1k to fire them - which was the only work I was happy to pay for.

I used Laura Roach for my divorce & I m extremely pleased. My divorce was more complex than the standard with assets, businesses and children. There wasn t a situation or question she didn t have experience in. She knows exactly what she s doing and gave me sound advice. She s also very familiar with the judges and what will happen in court. She was very fair with billing and kept my costs down to a minimum. She was an excellent balance between professional, maintaining peace and being aggressive when needed. I m very happy with my outcome!

In my experience, using Laura Roach as my attorney for multiple cases was the best decision I could have made. When she walks into the court room, everyone gives her the respect that only a well-known and hard-working attorney would receive.
