Do not hire Mary K. McCullough at this firm. She was with Albin Roach firm when I hired her. She was Marry Crossett then. She is inexperienced and a lazy worker. She got me a very bad deal in my divorce. She didnt even follow-up on my findings which I came up with. I suffered greatly emotionally and financially due to hiring this attorney. Per their website it looks like she is no longer with this firm - possibly fired?

I cannot recommend Lauren Weichert at Grinke Stewart more! She came in at the end of my divorce to help with a specific part and was a breath of fresh air! I truly wish I had worked with her for the entire process as I believe I would have been better represented and would have received a fair outcome as opposed to what I was left with. Lauren is professional, but kind. She s incredibly intelligent, but easy to talk to. She was proactive from the beginning and did more for me than my other attorney did in 6+ months. Sadly, with divorce, your attorney makes or breaks your case. With that said, Lauren will represent you well and make sure you re taken care of!

Dana and his team were amazing to work with. I had a nasty divorce and child support case that I ve battled for over 8 years. I worked with Dana on my divorce case in 2016 and then went through a modification a few years later. I started my modification with another attorney in the county who pitched me the moon and the world that ended up being the worst decision. Navigating through divorce is one of the most difficult decisions anyone has to make, and finding someone to represent you legally is a whole other stress factor. I was lucky to have the referral to Dana from a good friend that had gone through a divorce a year prior. My initial consultation with Dana felt like a monumental weight had been lifted from my shoulders. He was kind, compassionate, yet to the point and answered the million questions I had. I was represented by this family law firm and when I tell you that Attorney Lauren W and paralegal Aurora H were outstanding they were second to none. I found this agency because Aurora worked on my case ant another agency Rob Coker Cannon (that was terrible by the way) and because Aurora was so patient understanding flexible and knowledgeable I only wanted to work with her. When I found out she left that agency and was now with a better firm she connected me with Lauren and the two of them working together was perfect for me. In my experience many divorce attorneys will tell you what you want to hear to get your retainer but end up having more interest in the billings than progressing the case as they originally claim. I can honestly say, Dana Stewart is different from all of those. If you are looking for an honest, competent and client focused attorney that is not all about the billings, Dana Stewart is the one. Really disappointed in the services I received from Amanda. I didnt feel heard or understood 90% of the time. It took consistent prompting and a frustrating amount of my personal time to deal with my issue. I didnt feel like a client nor taken care of. I had to continually review documents to find errors that were not correct. After pointing out those issues, some of the same issues would be there after corrections along with new ones... the attention to detail from Denise and Amanda ultimately lacked in my opinion. Both parties in my case were willing to sign everything and the other party didnt want representation, they were willing to sign everything blindly. Ultimately I ended up paying way more than I think it should have taken to resolve an issue with no opposition. Overall disappointed. With that being said my case was won in my favor... Not saying it had anything to do with this office

Jennifer Grinke did a great job helping me with my divorce and custody arrangements. We were able to settle in mediation and eliminate further emotional and financial stress of going to court. She helped a lot during a very difficult process and was always prompt to respond to texts when we were having issues co-habitating regardless if it was the weekend or late at night. Ive never been happier with the professionalism of this firm. Both Mary and Dana handled my case with upmost detail and kept me updated every step of the way. ---- In March of last year I made the mistake of hiring the wrong attorney. The guy was always late and didnt even have the case documents ready during session. Dont make the same mistake. In December, after weeks of feeling neglected I decided pursue another firm thru word of mouth. I couldnt have made a better choice! I was referred to Dana by a good friend of mine, and so glad I chose him to proceed as my divorce lawyer. Its daunting, divorce, and I had no clue where to start. He went step by step on expectations and was very open and transparent about the whole process. He gave me a calming sense that other lawyers I interviewed did not! He wasnt pushy but offered options and walked me through each one. He was on my side but encouraged my ex and I to agree on as much as we could to avoid court. It was a lot of ups and downs and revisions to my decree that I made Dana do, but he was always very understanding and supportive of my decisions and offered advice for me to consider. If you need someone that will have your best interests at heart, Jennifer is the attorney to hire! Jennifer was patient, supportive and informative when it came to all things regarding my family law case. She is highly experienced in dealing with my child custody issues and divorce issues.
