I had the pleasure of dining at Piada, and I must say, the service was absolutely exceptional! Ayden and Myra went above and beyond to make our experience unforgettable. From the moment we walked in, they greeted us with warm smiles and took care of every detail with such attentiveness. The food was amazing, but their outstanding service truly made the meal even more enjoyable. They were both friendly, professional, and made us feel like valued guests. Piada is lucky to have such dedicated team members. I ll definitely be coming back again! Highly recommend!

Came in here a couple of days ago with some buddies and Chef Gris and Chef Saegundo showed us some great hospitality that you normally don t get at a restaurant that is fast casual like Piada! I placed a togo order for 3 kids meals. order was placed thru Paida app for pick up at 2.15, but as soon as I paid, pickup time changed to 3.15. I still went as per my given time, and the order was ready. When I checked meal boxes back home, it was shocking. Kids meatballs came, but there was no sauce. They forgot to add marinara sauce to box. Other meal boxes were not even half filled with contents. Quantity was so less you can see bottom of box. Im a regular customer, and looking at change in portion was dissatisfied.

The best service. I can only say thank you Piada!!! I consider myself a demanding person and even more so when it comes to food and service. But I cant say anything negative since my experience is always positive and pleasant. I always order calamari because it is my weakness, but without chili peppers, and I have never received any in my order. I always order my pasta with the sauces, vegetables and protein separated so I can eat it fresh and to my liking when I get home and even so they maintain their flavor, their freshness and above all the pleasure it gives me to eat it as if it were prepared at the moment. My experience with the morning team, especially on weekdays, is always pleasant. I get what I pay for and above all, I enjoy it. Thank you Piada team.

Food is the best I ve had in a while, staff is super friendly, especially Gris y Ale when I was there. Location is very clean and has plenty of seating, especially for groups of people. You HAVE to have a side of Calamari from here! I m from Los Angeles and my wife and I love fresh seafood and calamari and I have to say, this is the best Calamari we ve ever had. We went at lunch time and for the first time with great expectations, its evaluation says that it is a more than good and safe option, but I have to detail beyond that, my experience, without speaking English we wanted to make ourselves understood and the Boy at the cashier He was very attentive and explained the dynamics to us, the dishes and toppings were attractive, but the bad experience came with the person who served us the food, she seemed stressed, in a hurry and even annoyed, she did not understand that it was the first time and that we did not speak English, despite that we ordered and we believe that this lowers the restaurants points, but of course it can be improved, the rest is outstanding, the Italian flavor in the food is 100% present.

When I tell you, I have never had such great service before on this planet. If I could give this staff 10 stars I would. The amount of attentiveness and grand smiles I witnessed throughout my visit to Piada Frisco was just astounding. I left with a beaming smile of my own along with my beautifully made carbonara with EXTRA crispy chicken. (Only the best thing on the menu!!!) A HUGE shout out to Segundo and Gris (my apologies if I misspelled the names) for they provided me with amazing service. I warned them of my allergy to arugula and they made sure I did not receive anything that might have been cross contaminated. I didnt have to think TWICE before digging into my lunch. I will return to Piada Frisco surely in the future, if not only for the yummy food but for the amazing staff that made it.

We have been sleeping on Piada s. For some reason I was under the impression this wasn t going to hit because I mean let s be honest Italian food doesn t always have the most exciting flavors. In a nutshell, I d come back in a heartbeat because the food was flavorful, fair price points, and the customer service was top notch. We came in 10 minutes to closing and Dylan, Ayden, Dan prepared 12 of our orders SOOO quickly and had a great attitude about it. Love the open kitchen concept but what s the point of it when your food comes with a hair?? I came in during my 30 mins lunch break but this is really upsetting that I have to waste my break on complaining about the food. I don t think I ll be looking forward to getting Piada in future. Totally ruined it for me. Alexa the cashier was kind enough to remake my order but The manager Greece or whatever her name was she was Terrible, she told her she can t remake my order hence I m putting in a bad review. I think she needs some customer service training. That s not how to handle an upset customer.

Some of the staff at this location are obnoxiously rude, and very unhelpful. Yesterday at 10:20 am I was scheduled to pick up a catering order. Upon arriving at the front entrance the door was locked. Therefore, I tapped on the window to get an employees attention. I stood there for almost five minutes because the employees refused to unlock the door. After watching me call the resturaunt the manager decided to unlock the exit door. A lady who I presume was the manager stood at 50 with black hair opened the door with an argumentative attitude. This employee had the audacity to say ohhh well you shouldve came to the exit door. My response was I didnt know because typically the entrance door is how you enter a resturaunt. After attempting to start an argument the lady didnt want to look at my order confirmation. While waiting for my order the rude woman didnt help her team with preparing the order. Her main focus was gossiping with another employee. Once my order was ready she loudly asked another employee to confirm that the order was mines. I shook my head in disgust! People like her shouldnt be in the food industry because common sense and courtsey should be human instincts.
