1st time trying and will definitely come back. From the Greek bread to the pizza the dinner was yummy. The Canoli was way to sweet for my liking. But the customer service was great and for a 1st night dinner idea it was worth the money spent. Definitely will be going back the next time I make a pit stop.

Thank you to the manager, Israel Alcantara, who allowed us to reserve the Palio s Frisco North location to watch the election results for Frisco ISD Board of Trustees, Place 7 candidate, Keith Maddox, on May 4th. The staff was responsive and attentive to all of our guests and accommodating to our many requests. The food was fresh and delicious while made to order in true Palio s fashion. We even used the AV system to display real time updates on poll results. Thank you for the opportunity to feed our guests and volunteers. We also took advantage of BYOB. We encourage you to choose this location. Israel and his time took the worry out of space, time, and hospitality. They delivered with excellence and Keith won! Thank you! I think these establishments might be a franchises as our experience has changed over the years. Long ago we stopped patronizing the restaurant due to cheese quality that caused stomach pains. Recently, we gave them another try and I get the feeling it is a family managed location that cares about their product quality. The service is friendly, the food quality is back to what made us fall in love with them in the first place, and the service to correct any mistakes is top tier. Their in-house delivery is prompt and their drivers are courteous and won t hold you food hostage unlike other delivery services. Since returning to this location, our pie deliveries have always been fast and still hot. If you haven t tried their food, or have had bad experiences in the past.. I highly encourage you to give them a try. The food and quality is great! Dietary restrictions: They have an excellent gluten free crust option that is thin, doesn t fall apart, tastes great, and doesn t break the bank unlike some other pizzerias!

We love eating at Palios by Walmart in Frisco. We usually eat there once a week. The pizzas are fantastic and they cook the chicken a really nice way so that everything with chicken is great, from pasta to pizza to salad. Its always a hard choice between Grace pizza or chicken parmesan or chicken alfredo. And the staff is so nice to help with everything from bringing the food to the table to bringing the togo boxes. Also very clean. They also have gluten free and dairy free options. Kid-friendliness: Theres not a playground but our kids walk around the table and are sometimes a little loud and no one is condemning and they are always so nice.

Well, the staff is nice and everything, but the food tastes like it was heated up from a freezer. The Mozarella sticks, the chicken tenders, and even the wings. Doesnt taste fresh. The pizza is ok, but sadly, the food was so substandard from what I was expecting, I will not be back. For the price, I can get better quality food elsewhere. Thank you, though - staff was kind.

Food at Palios Pizza Cafe was delicious. I have the lunch pizza special. It was a personal size pizza with 3 toppings, a salad and a drink. Service was fantastic and friendly. I noticed after someone left the table was immediately cleaned. However I noticed the cheese and red pepper shakers were very sticky and quite thirty on the tops. Advice for the shop clean the condiments once in a while. I will be going back if the food was good.

Love this pIace and i always order the small pepperoni with bacon, but the past few orders the taste was a bit off and I asked if the pepperoni was changed and the women said yes its beef not pork!! I love Palios Frisco North. All locations are not created equal. I will 100% drive right by the Little Elm location to pick up in Frisco. The pizza is perfect every time and the pesto chicken sandwiches are a must try! Staff is nice, delivery is always prompt and picking up food to-go is quick and easy. Very easy to give them 5 stars.

Wow. Love this place. This is my first time ordering. I ordered online and chose to pick it up. I ordered a Medium Greek pizza and I also ordered a Greek cheese bread. When I arrived, my order was ready and super hot. (It just came out of the oven.) Both the Greek cheese bread and the Greek pizza had great flavor. Me and my friend came in with a large group of kids and the food wasn t that great. We ordered cheese bread ,Palio vegetable pizza and a plain cheese for the kids and a Mediterranean to go. The pizza was pretty bland so we had to sprinkle salt and crushed red pepper so we can taste something. We were still happy with the our time there and didn t make any fuss. When we left with our gaggle of kids and chaos etc we forgot to pick up our to go pizza. None of the staff reminded us even though we were sitting right in front of them. After returning a long time later (we went to baskin robins on Preston ) . We realized we forgot the pizza and came back. Since everyone in United States knows that pizza and burgers have a certain time frame when they taste good and afterwards taste horrible I first asked if the pizza would still taste good. The manager was thrusting the box in my face and said she doesn t know but she thinks it would be fine. Not convinced with her words I insisted if they can make a fresh pizza. The manager had the gall to blame me the customer that it was my fault that we forgot the pizza and it is my fault I don t remember what I had ordered even though I know for a fact its always the staff s responsibility to bring the pizza to our table or hand it personally for to go. I dine out a lot and I know this is the way everywhere. I have been a loyal Palio s customer for years and I am sorry to say this branch was a horrifying shock. The manager was very rude and said they will not make a fresh one even after I politely insisted that my husband is very particular about his food and would be very disappointed with par quality. The manager definitely didn t care about quality of the food or that it would be compromised. A horrible and rude manager with a staff who are definitely scared of her. She was yelling at me across the restaurant when I left the place thoroughly upset. My message to Palio management: train your staff for better customer satisfaction and the importance of serving quality food. I left in tears out your door with your manager yelling behind me while your staff and other patrons were present in the restaurant.

After a long day at work was looking for a nice place to grab dinner.. While picking up a frw items from Walmart I noticed Palios across the parking lot and decided to look up menu online. Tried this location for the first time today (usually go to the Little Elm location) and grabbed a couple of slices and noticed the box was full of grease. I couldn t enjoy the pizza because it had so much grease, therefore the pizza went to waste. This was kind of a disappointment because the Little Elm location is always good.

I ordered a pizza for delivery at 4:15, the app quoted delivery time in 45 minutes.An hour later the pizza had not arrived.I called and they immediately told me the driver had just left and pizza would be arriving soon.An 1:30 min later still nothing.I called again and the guy that answered kept saying it was out for delivery even though he hadnt checked my name or order.He even said if it doesnt arrive we can make you another one.I was like, well can you check my order so Ill know how much longer.He said there is no pizzas here so it should be there soon. 1:45 min later nothing. I called and cancelled my order and asked for a credit. Then same guy said they had not made my pizza and that it was just finally put for delivery!!! I said cancel anyway. Worst customer service ever never apologized or tried to make it right. Wont be ordering from here again.

Truly had a great experience. We had our 1.5 month old son with us who is active and this was the perfect place. The manager even entertained him as we made our food decision. Once we ordered, the manager also informed us that if we ordered a little differently we could save $10...who does that? Very welcomed advice. The food came out in a timely manner and perfectly cooked even with a special request. Tasty calzone, pizza, and chicken strips. We will return and order from here for delivery now as well.

Love this place and is a new find for us. They are doing a great job with masks and social distance seating. We all had different pizzas and we all loved our own specialty pizza. We will definitely be back and will take advantage of the BYOB option!

Way better than what I thought I was walking into. Lunch special is approximately $10, including personal pizza, salad and drink. The salad was super fresh, the pizza was fantastic and the staff was very friendly and place was clean. I wish I wasnt such a savage beast when eating or id share a picture. If you like thin crust, fresh toppings and great cozy atmosphere and people... this is your pie shop. I will be back!

The customer service was outstanding. And they did implement the social distances. I would definitely go back, and the food was awesome. I never thought mushrooms, olives, pineapples, cashews, pink sauce on a pizza would be so good

Not only was the food fantastic, but I had the best experience with the kindest woman over the phone. After an issue ordering online, she went out of her way to ensure my order was just what I wanted, and that small gesture may have just made my night! Thecar dressing was amazing. My Mediterranean pizza, with chicken added, was incredible. And the vanilla cannoli, oh my goodness. Incredible service, friendly staff, delicious, fresh food.
