Eddie s Napoli s Restaurant is an absolute gem! The food is beyond delicious, with every dish bursting with authentic flavors that transport you straight to Italy. The service is outstanding, and special recognition goes to Louie, the owner, who truly makes the place special. From greeting you at the door to personally recognizing guests by name, Louie s dedication to customer satisfaction is evident and adds a personal touch to the dining experience. Highly recommended for anyone seeking exceptional food and top-notch service!

The vegetable lasagna had no flavor other than salt. The Louie Speciale was tasted like something was old and was beyond disgusting and the garlic knots that they charge $12.00 for had zero garlic flavor. The food was expensive and terrible. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!

This place has got to be the worst restaurant in Frisco. Food was salty and mediocre. Even WORSE is the service. The server or manager seemed angry from the moment any customers stepped in. Not one hello as people walked in. Spend your dollars at a restaurant that is thankful for customers. Another restaurant about to go under.

We moved from New Jersey back in 2020. Eddie Napolis is by far the one restaurant that we go back to over and over again. The veal parm is the closest thing that we found to home. Parking: The restaurant is in the same parking lot as a Kroger and a McDonalds. So there is plenty of available free parking spaces Kid-friendliness: Whether its fettuccine alfredo or the spaghetti and meatballs, my 7-year-old son goes home with a full stomach every time. Moderately priced also.

Food was promptly returned. Idk how this place got such a high rating. Honestly I was shocked at how bad my food was. Pretty sure that was the worst caprese salad(room temp moz cheese w blandest tomato barely any balsamic vin and no basil). I had no idea it could get worse but it did. I was here w my family and I had to endure the embarrassment of sending my food back. I just wasn t in the mood for salty mushy noodles tossed w/ spoiled canned clams. As if that wasn t enough the manager never came out and apologize either. Obviously they were unbothered. At least they had enough conscience left to take it off the bill. 0/10 and do not recommend

Its very apparent that this restaurant doesnt have any customer service or the employee was just having a bad day because although I was a delivery driver for door dash she had a great personality with all the customers in line, but when it came my turn this women kicked me out of line before I could speak ,and asked for me to go outside and around the building just to pick up an order when the counter was next to her and in building walking distance. If being black is an issue than no thanks Ill pass ever buying anything or picking up too.

First time eating here and I had takeout. Jumbo shrimp was surprisingly completely devoid of taste. But was fresh and cleaned well. The cocktail sauce wasn t much better as it was watery. Spaghetti with marinara and italian sausage: pasta cooked well. Marinara was good but I expected much better than okay . Sausage was excellent! Not enough sauce was annoying. But they do charge (a lot) for extra. The shock was $10 for a slice of mediocre italian cream cake. Ruined by drizzles of caramel sauce and served hard and cold. Garlic bread was really good. Overall, a mediocre experience and likely won t go back with better choices everywhere in this market.

Excellent local Italian food. The standbys like lasagna and spaghetti are always perfect. My favorite is tortellini alla putanesca (brandy, ham, cheese). Their garlic knots are a great complement to dinner. The desserts are all fresh and made right there. And the bartenders have a nice heavy pour! Try it for dine-in or take-out. Youll love it.

We had 2 Italian Beef Sandwiches. The sandwiches were $15+ with no sides. The au jus came in a tiny dish which held in my guess of 2-3 tablespoons au jus - too tiny to dip the sandwiches in & only enough to pour a small bit on each bite of less than 1/2 sandwich. When I asked for more they did bring a normal small dish of au jus. When the bill came, we had 2 unexplained charges for $2. When I asked about the charges, we were told they charge extra for the au jus (which should have come on the first place). How sneaky. Parking: Parking ok

We come here whenever we want an Italian food fix. Service & food quality are consistently good & we always find something on the specials menu that we enjoy. This time it was the Frank Sinatra. A flavorfully seared sea bass on top of cioppino. The other entree was the linguine with white clam sauce. Both entrees were generously portioned. The rolls were piping hot, making it a great utensil to spoon up the spicy marinara from the mussels appetizer. Look forward to whats next on the specials menu.

A friend and I went for dinner on a weeknight. The food was DELICIOUS. We had the calamari and stuffed mushrooms for appetizers, which were great choices. I had to add a little salt to the mushrooms, but other than that wonderful. I had been looking for a good Chicken Marsala dish and this fits the bill. My friend had the pesto pizza and it was SO GOOD. She had been looking for something similar to a pesto pizza she had in Memphis and this did her justice! For dessert, we had the chocolate cake with vanilla bean ice cream loved it. The only downside was that we felt rushed by the server. We soon realized that the restaurant closes at 9:00pm on weeknights, so we ll be better prepared next time. But overall, we enjoyed our food, and the leftovers we had the next day!

This is another used to be great place. If you go, get the seafood stuffed mushrooms because the sauce for it, the brandy wine palomino, was the best part of the meal even though it was a bit watered down. The rolls had the texture of day old reheated bread, but I bet they would be great when fresh and were the last time we went. We ordered the Stromboli and margherita pizza. Both were somewhat bland. Not bad but not great. The worst part, unfortunately, was the waiter and atmosphere. The bar was full of familiars being drunk and loud as hell, which is fine on a sports bar or grill but in a small restaurant like this should be stopped. The waiter showed up smelling like an ashtray so badly we almost left right away. After taking our drink order he argued with my wife that her drink was correct when it wasn t she ordered a dr pepper and he brought a Diet Coke. He finally replaced it but still insisted throughout the rest of the meal that it was right the first time.. dude would not drop it even though we had tried to move on. All in all just lacking the class they staged up in their photos and a far cry of what it used to be and the original location in garland.

Finally found a really good Italian place! Im so happy! After trying more than several other Italian places in the area, we went to dine in here a couple of weeks and then I ordered delivery to today and I believe, somehow, in those 2 weeks it got even better! This is official my go-to place now when Im craving real Italian food. Everything tates so fresh. The sauce is so good! Highly recommend!

Ordered spaghetti with meatballs and tortellini puttanesca. The meal was pretty poor quality. Ive had better with generic pasta and hunts tomato sauce from a can. Meatballs tasted like they were mostly bread. The bruschetta was tiny (5 small pieces) and arrived quite soggy. Most containers arrived broken. The salad was OK, but had some brown lettuce. Also received some kind of tomato soup that was leaking all over, but we never figured out what that was supposed to be for. Rolls were pretty good. For the price, I really had higher expectations. I cant figure why these guys are rated so well.

Ordered the lasagna. It was pretty good, but I wish there was more meat in the lasagna. It doesn t look like a textbook lasagna but tasted good.

Service was fantastic as usual. We were underwhelmed with the spaghetti sauce, rather low flavor and thin...everything else was really good but a star like that was really a lot down and my son was a little sad. Great place nonetheless :)

I cant believe its taken us two years to find this spot! My wife and I fancied side Italian and decided to try something new. We were greeted and seated immediately by the hostess and our waiter was friendly and engaging, even had a helper that was on top of clearing dishes and getting little is and ends. The food was phenomenal! I got the Frisco Special which was a game change to me and my wife got the stuffed shelf which she enjoyed. The ONLY thing keeping me from giving five stars is how tightly they pack in the tables, it was a little uncomfortable and there was no way to get from our table to the door without pressing against people to get past. Great job and we will be back!

Unfortunately, we won t be back. This used to be our date night restaurant, but this last visit was horrible. We tried the seafood stuffed mushroom appetizer for the first time. Pictures on google and yelp show 4 whole mushrooms overflowing with seafood stuffing. Our appetizer came with two regular sized mushrooms cut in half with about ½ teaspoon of stuffing in each. There was no seafood in the stuffing or sauce. We paid $15. That means we both ate a $7.50 mushroom. It was puzzling that they would present this to a customer, but we thought maybe it was a fluke. We ordered the seabass special (which we have had several times before) and the lobster mac and cheese (which was a first). These were both specials and not on the menu. The server just tells you the specials without giving you a price or clear description. The seabass was good and cost $46. The lobster mac and cheese was horrible. It was a bowl of dry pasta with greasy cheese sauce (not creamy but grainy) and a bunch of melted mozzarella on top. There was one very small dry broil lobster tail on the top. After tasting the pasta, I asked the server if there was any lobster in it. She said NO. She told me that they use to put the lobster in the pasta but now they just set the tail on top. I asked her how much it cost and she told me $47! I was shocked that they would present this as a lobster mac and cheese because there was no lobster in it. It was a bowl of cheese pasta with a side of 4oz lobster tail. The server actually argued with me, telling me it was inflation (you can get this size lobster tail at Kroger for $9 - $12) and the amount of lobster was the same, it was just served on top. After reading many reviews and looking at pictures of the dish online, I now know that to be a lie. Pictures and reviews said the pasta had large chunks of lobster in it with an additional tail on top. I have never sent back a dish before, but I had to for $47. It was not edible. She reluctantly took the plate back and eventually came back out to tell us that they would not charge us. Unfortunately, a manager never came to the table to apologize or explain. Basically, if you come to this restaurant, don t order anything real expensive and be prepare mediocre dishes. They use to be better; I m not sure what happened. They should be embarrassed to serve customers those meals at that price. If you can t afford to make it properly, don t offer it at all!

Such a nice and calm place. Food is 10/10. First time eating here today and I had the Buffalo chicken pizza. Just got done eating the left overs. The left overs were just as good as it was in the restaurant. Gonna have to try the pasta next time, but the food is just too good not to leave a review. Also had a lemon cake and omg it was perfect. Glad I got to eat here today.

Stumbled upon this restaurant on a 1/2 price wine night and had a great experience! Loved the Italian vibe of the decor, waiter was very attentive, food was excellent and the wine selection was great as well - Austin Hope for 1/2 price - you bet! Prices were very reasonable for the delicious generous servings you receive. They offered multiple specials that we will definitely try in the future. We will definitely make this a weekly dinner destination and highly recommend this restaurant for a delicious meal and ambiance.

My wife and I love this Italian restaurant! Its not too expensive, theres almost always live music, the food is great, and the service is wonderful! My wife really likes the Vickis special, while I really like the Stromboli. If the inside area is too loud with the music or how busy it is, the outside patio is much more quiet, so you can still experience a romantic dinner with your spouse. All in all, excellent restaurant!

Fantastic! I called in a To-go order 20 minutes before closing...not nice of me but we wanted Italian food and never tried this restaurant. Walked in, was called by name and was greeted in a very friendly manner! The place was still packed with people. The food was very good and we will definitely go back for the live music and try some different items! Thanks for making our night!
