We always try to stay in a Drury or Pear Tree wherever we go due to the high quality and good past experiences. Stayed at this one due to how close it was to AT&T stadium. Overall experience the room and hotel were great. Close to everything you would need if you are going to a game, NFL or MLB. My only complaint is the lights in the parking lot. We were on the 4th floor and the flood lights in the parking lot that shine onto the outside of the hotel to light up the building were always shining into our window whenever they were on. They are so bright that you could not get the room dark at night even with all the blinds pulled shut. Maybe it was just our room, but it was an inconvenience.

Rooms were clean, water pressure, and shower were great. The beds are comfortable, and the service we had was pleasant. They always treated us either coming or going and asked if we were having a good day. They have social hours from 530 to 830 ai think with a small buffet and 2 free drinks. The food was just ok, and they had dollar store wine, but it was included with the stay so much appreciated. Will definitely stay there again and again. Rooms: Clean and comfortable Walkability: I walked half a mile to my corporate meetings. The walk was easy, sidewalks provided, shaded, and there was a park with sculptures I walked past with a water feature that made for a pleasant commute.

Received a phone call four hours before scheduled check in that our reservation could not be accommodated. I requested connecting rooms, verified this would be available by the front desk two weeks prior, and was told the day of we would not be able to have connecting rooms. We are a large family and needed the connecting rooms. Now I have to find a new hotel.

This place blew me away. My company recommended I stay here because of the convenience to our office, but it had even more perks than that. The staff was very kind, and the free evening drinks and snacks were such a pleasant surprise! My only critiques were the breakfast at this particular location (items werent restocked enough) and some of the lighting in the room not being ideal. I would still highly rate and recommend this hotel though!

As soon as you walk in you can tell it s a nice place. So clean and the staff was top 3 friendliest hotels I ve ever been to. Great location easy access to North Dallas Tollway and Sam Rayburn Tollway. Very close to stonebriar mall. IKEA is around the corner. Walking distance to Frisco Rough Riders baseball stadium. I don t drink but 3 free drinks and lots of food. Plenty of free food each night 5:30-7pm. Rooms: Rooms were just like most hotel rooms. Nothing special. But very clean. No bugs. Quite mostly. The ice machine was broken on 8 th floor. But just went to 7. Nearby activities: Nebraska furniture Mart , IKEA, Scheels, Indoor go kart track, Soccer stadium, Frisco Roughriders baseball park. The Stonebriar mall and just about every store and Resteraunt you desire. Safety: Great area never felt unsafe. Lots of cars busy road close by. So forgot keep an eye out when crossing the roads. Walkability: Not really a lot to walk to. Baseball park and one Resteraunt. Those are close but if you don t mind walking about a mile or so. Everything you want to eat. Including In and out burger. The mall is about a mile as well. Food and drinks: Free breakfast best I ve ever had overall. Lots of food for everyone. Juice milk etc. Noteworthy details: Probably the best part is the 9th floor. Pool and whirlpool. Gym room just a few weights. Cardio machines. Wagers and dryers. The best is the patio that is on the 9th floor facing the north. Beautiful morning and evenings. Tall tables chairs. Some couches. Really nice.

First visit to a Drury Inn and it was a nice visit! The room was very clean and the staff was helpful! Special shout-out to Yolanda and Angelica for being so kind and attentive and helpful. Great breakfast teamwork! They made you feel at home. Appreciate the free dinner and breakfast! Only suggestion is not to put bubble soap in the hot tub. There were soap scum pieces in the floating bubbles. I will hopefully visit again or at least another Drury when traveling!

Awesome hotel ! We were helped by Renee at the front desk who had an awesome attitude and was very helpful!. The hotel was clean the the kick back for guests was awesome!! The only feedback/ suggestion would be maybe more associates watching the food as some guests were just digging with their hands and not the utensils. Overall very good experience and helpful and friendly staff ! Keep it up guys !

I call this my home away from home whenever I stay in the DFW area. All staff are incredibly friendly, the hotel is well maintained and immaculately clean. One of the last times I stayed here there was a member of the Drury family working behind the counter. The food is great, and amenities including the breakfast and kickback are excellent. Drury Hotels are all family-owned and not franchised and it shows. Drury is the only hotel I will stay at if there is one nearby. I have never had a bad experience and the rates are more than fair for what you get.

Let me start by saying the employees were really nice. And they give you some free drinks and food but that effort would be better spent cleaning...... Room walls were dirty. Hot tub was grungy and had a foam scum layer. Pool is cloudy, tiles arlund the pool are loose and uneven in places. Clock in pool area doesnt work. Pool bathroom had feces in the toilet and was not cleaned. Noticed the same peice of popcorn laying by a lamp on a table in the lobby for two days, so that showed me their attention to detail and cleanliness. No vent or at least not a working one in the rooms bathroom. Loose bathroom fixtures and gaps with holes can be seen around thenlighting fixture.. The tile job in the bathroom was actually really good tho.

I stayed at this hotel the weekend on July 4th and I just love it. It stayed out by me calling the receptionist before I even booked. Her name is Renee, she answered all my wisdom questions and made me feel happy and secure. Hint the reason why I booked. Once I arrived I got an mini happy birthday give bag and a card. I wasnt expecting that at all. I when they ask if anything special I just put my birthday. So thank you staff for that. My whole stay these two individuals where awesome Coronnie and Orra(if I spelled her name right). From the time we walked in until we left. We have no complaints. They made sure we had what we needed and stayed friendly, even when we had an little emergency evacuation. They where on top of it and handled it beautifully. Because of theses three individuals Ill stay here again hands down. The suit was good, beds where fine. Just chipped wall but the mirror tried to hit it lol. Love the patio. Good room great stay.

This is the best spot to stay. Breakfast and dinner and a fountain machine and drinks! Indoor pool and top floor view are great when the storms roll in. We had a great time here for over a month! We saw it all and I can say without a doubt this place has the best hotel staff anywhere. The elevators are fast, there is parking in the basement and it feels very safe. Right up the street from literally everything to eat and do. Hands down the best around. Thank you for an awesome stay!

I was greeted and checked in promptly. We parked in the basement and were lucky enough to get a spot right in front of the elevators. My sons loved the middle elevator since you are able to see outside due to the windows. The room is nice, spacious and clean with an amazing view. The amenities are all on the 9th floor. The pool is a good size, the hot tub is a great temperature. Its a bonus that you get a view while swimming. The terrace is a good size and there are plenty of seats. The dinner was good, the breakfast was decent. We stayed on the 4th and were able to see a firework show from the window in the hall, luckily it was directly outside our room. I loved this hotel, I wish the mini fridge and microwave wouldve been a bit higher, my toddler was having a field day with those appliances but overall it was definitely 5 stars. Nearby activities: There are stadiums close. There is also a place I wanted to take my son, Monster Mini Golf, which is why I chose this hotel but our plans changed and since we ended up staying on the 4th of July we werent able to go because they closed early. There are many options of things to do. This is a great location. Food and drinks: The stay includes a breakfast and dinner buffet. The dinner is better in my opinion. You also get 3 drinks included. There is popcorn in the lobby and also fountain drinks in the evening.

Rented a room for 2 nights, and when I called the day before to try and extend they told me they would be able to accommodate me as long as I came down in the morning before checkout When I went downstairs they told me they couldn t extend my same room, but could put me in a new one. So I told them as long as it s ready by noon that would be fine Now it s noon and they don t have the room and are kicking my guests out. My guests are a family with a small newborn baby, and the point of having a hotel in the first place was to accommodate them and their child. I don t understand why I was lied to twice and given the run around.

We went to a baseball game when we got back our room we got towels and the trash was took out but they did not make the bed. I come to Frisco annually, as part of my custody decree. Drury Inn Frisco MADE EVERYTHING SO MUCH EASIER IN REGARDING MY STAY!! Orra or Aura as it is pronounced, at the front desk needs to be cloned immediately!!! THIS WOMAN NEEDS to be the COOPERATE trainer or at the very least be consulted on customer service in the Dallas area, as SHE has got it figured the hell out!! I say that with 20 years in Personnel Management, hiring & recruitment/training. Orra was the initial encounter that every FIRST CONTACT should be when arriving at a hotel. Despite the time of day when I dealt with Orra, she was WHAT I wish all my encounters were at every other hotel, EVER! I have lived internationally, traveled the globe, been on cruises, all inclusive trips & purchased multiple pamper packages from various establishments in numerous countries. YET, Orra has set the standard for what I will now accept HERE ON as hospitality customer service. Her energy was infectious, effervescent and consistent, even though the hotel was jammed packed with entitled sports teams and their demanding parents. I promise my entire stay at this hotel was peaceful and fully accommodating. The customer reviews did not lie about being equal OR GREATER THAN A HOTEL JUST AS CLOSE WITH TWICE THE PRICE!! Clean, fresh rooms were the basic service. BUT ORRA IS THE GENUINE DEAL in old school customer service . My daughter lives in this city so I will obviously be coming back. BUT I SWEAR, ON ALL THINGS HOLY, That if ORRA IS NOT AT DRURY HOTEL ON MY FUTURE STAYS, Then neither am I, if I can find where she went! I can afford to tay anyplace I want to, but this level of comfort and customer service is basically a modern day unicorn. Drury, please reward and value the gifts you have on staff!

We had to stay at this location while our power was out for 4 days. Everyone was pleasant and professional!! Ivan was super professional, friendly and polite and deserves a raise. Due to the unexpected expenses it was nice having the kick back! They also have a Market for any snacks needed. We own a cleaning business and I always bring cleaning products with me. This is the first hotel we have stayed at that I didnt find problems. Your cleaning staff are amazing and thorough!! They all deserve a raise. Fantastic location! We stayed the night after a storm blew through Dallas knocking out power for many across the city. The hotel went from 20+ reservations to over 100+ in a few short hours. And the staff were fantastic. They handled the extra crowd easily and with patience. The hotel was very clean & well stocked. The dinner & breakfast was great. Even with extra crowds, they were quick to refill everything and keep tables clean. Even with the crowds, popcorn was readily available all evening, Our room was a double queen suite and was very large and cozy with a great layout. Our family of 5, 2 adults + 3 teens, were comfortable easily. The bathroom was large enough multiple people could use the mirror at the same time. The only down side to the suite was the light switch by the door turned on lights for both the living area & the bedroom area, which we realized the hard way of course. Pool & hot tub was on the 9th floor with great views. The only downside was it was all indoors compared to most locations with the indoor/outdoor pools with seating in & out. There was a nice outdoor patio down the hallway with amazing views. Overall, this was a great stay and would recommend to others as well as stay here again next time in Dallas. Rooms: Very clean with many options available, if not already reserved. Nearby activities: The location was great. We went to Meow Wolfe, Round 1 arcade & the national video game museum, all within a 20 min drive. Safety: Location felt very in safe in a good area. Staff even warned us at check in about more storms moving in overnight and recommended parking in the garage available in the basement. Food and drinks: Breakfast & dinner served. Dinner includes 3 alcohol drinks per adult. Popcorn is served in the evenings after 3pm. This location had the soda machine available all evening which was great this trip.

Stayed over the weekend and will definitely look ahead in staying more often when in the area! Everything was clean, and the beds were comfortable. Being that my room was facing the hwy, it was pitch black when curtains weew closed. The room stayed nice and fresh as we left for events throughout the weekend. Relaxed atmosphere throughout the whole place. The people in the front day/night were very friendly and helpful. The lady(short dark hair) attending the breakfast/dinner buffet was very nice and helpful and greeted as many people despite her being busy, making sure things were restocked. Great experience! This hotel will make you never want to stay at another hotel ever. From the evening staff to the morning staff to even the cleaners. Everyone seemed to love their career and do it well. Clean, fun, relaxing. We stay in a lot of hotels and the key cards and the elevators working promptly was awesome as well. Stop your search now. Do not pass go, do not collect $200, go straight to this hotel. Lol. GREAT job management. The morning manager on 4/28 was awesome and helped his staff and everyone that worked there seemed to enjoy being around him as well. That says a lot about management. Good job again.

From the moment we arrived, the staff was so welcoming and friendly. Exceptional customer service. You could tell that the people at the front desk had a desire to make sure that guests were happy and had a pleasant stay. When we arrived there was a line of people at the front desk and despite being completely booked, it took less than 5 minutes to get checked in. Staff made sure the breakfast stayed completely stocked and the dining area kept clean. The location is perfectly situated, providing easy access to everything in Frisco and Plano. The walls are thick and even with our room facing the highway and a championship team staying on our floor, there was no noise. It is a hotel with multiple guests and floors. If you are looking for peace and quiet then consider an Airbnb in the woods. A hotel in the heart of the City next to a Convention Center is probably not ideal for you.

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. They were unfortunately understaffed (not sure if they didnt plan well or didnt hire enough, but they couldnt keep up with the amount of guests showing up for the eclipse.) Regardless, the staff remained pleasant and helpful. The rooms and hotel in general were clean and just like the photos online. The negatives: The dishes for the kickback and breakfast were DIRTY. One plate I grabbed was covered in gravy still from a previous meal. We went to one kickback and two breakfasts. Each time the plates were speckled with old food. The hot tub was g.r.o.s.s. and filled with debris/hair. They didnt have enough staff to wash pool towels.

This was our first time staying with Drury and let me tell you they did not disappoint!!! As soon as we walked in Orra at the front desk was so friendly and welcoming!! Our room was clean and the bed so comfy!! They offered a complimentary dinner and 3 free cocktails from 5:30-7. The food was really good. The next morning we also had a complimentary breakfast which was just as good as dinner. All the staff are so friendly and want to make sure you are having a good stay. We enjoyed it so much we extended our stay for another night with no problem. We arrived back to our room after our outing to a birthday gift bag for my husband. This is our new go to place for our stays if available. We cannot speak highly enough about our stay at Drury!! Rooms: Clean rooms and comfy beds!! AC worked great all night. No outside noise. Great location. Staff was very friendly. Rooms were extremely clean. The TVs are not smart tv s so we just connected our Nintendo Switch to the tv to watch YouTube. The free breakfast was ok. The free popcorn was a nice treat. The snack closet had lots of goodies.. you pick what you want and take it to the front desk to pay. The Indoor pool was a perfect size. The outside terrace was so nice. The weight room was good with several treadmills, ellipticals & free weights. Overall a really nice experience. We came here recently for a staycation. It exceeded my expectations. The 2 room suite was great for us. We were greeted by friendly employees at check in, and again at breakfast. The pool was warm, hot tub could have been bigger considering how many people were there; but both were clean and constantly stocked with towels. Breakfast was free and hot, plenty of choices. The evening cocktail hour surpassed my expectations. Several snack options, so many that several people made dinner out of it. We were on the highway side and the room was completely dark; I was very surprised. The noise wasnt bad at all and its near everything. Highly recommend!!!!

It was a basic hotel, but very clean. If you re on floor 8, make sure you re not in a room below the pool / fitness center. We heard loud thumping / bass / bowling noises on and off from 8:30-11pm. When I called to ask if an event was happening or if I was under the fitness center, they immediately offered to move me. Once we moved, we didn t hear any loud thumping noises. LOVE THIS DRURY! Mostly due to the people that work there. Dont get me wrong, rooms were comfortable, and, very clean, but, a couple of the staff went above and beyond. First Person I met, Orra, was behind the front desk. She is beyond nice and later that night, when we had a problem, she was genuinely concerned and did everything in her power to help. 2nd, the young man working there, 1 of 12 children in his family, and, such a great singer. I still think he should go on Americas Got Talent! 3rd, as soon as the manager knew there had been a problem he called and took care of everything. HIGHLY RECOMMEND STAYING HERE!! The only Negative I found, is, there is not a bench, back where the ashtray is, on the side of the building. Please put a bench in so us smokers do not have to sit on the concrete steps. Again, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND STAYING HERE!!

We were in town for a funeral and reserved 3 rooms. Orra was so helpful in putting us all together on the same floor with rooms close together. She made us feel like family. Very professional and always a smile and a hello! The hotel was super clean and the breakfast was perfect! Only wish they had bacon instead sausage. The view from our room was amazing. One of the nicest hotels we stay in. Great food selections. The only drawback is the people they send around with a clipboard to beat on your door while your sleeping for you to answer questions about your stay. We had the room reserved from Friday to Sunday, but left Friday night to see my son play football out of town. When we came back Saturday evening they had given our room to someone else! Apparently the housekeeping came in our room despite the do not disturb sign on the handle and decided since we took our bags with us that we checked out! Glad we took our belongings because once the reactivated our room keys we found that our drinks were gone from the mini fridge and someone elses things were in our room that we never checked out of! We were forced to drive home after working at Comerica Center because they didnt offer us another room.

I had never been a guest at the Drury. It was perfect from the incredible staff like Renee at the front desk to the amazing room and value. The pool and hot tub on the 9th floor overlooking the beautiful city is so relaxing, and there is also a 9th floor outdoor patio to read and relax. I cant imagine staying elsewhere in Dallas in the future. Also parking is free and plentiful without much walking and very pet friendly. Rooms: We had a king suite, and it was very spacious with a TV room with a couch and a large bedroom overlooking the city. Safety: Very safe location, and it felt secure walking around the property at all hours. Noteworthy details: It is one of the most pet friendly hotels for big dogs. Lots of safe walking areas.

Just stayed 1 night this weekend. So rooms and surrounding areas were nice and clean. Josh the manger and Renne, we re very attentive. I could not get the a/c to go past 71. And I like my rooms cold 68/69 I mean we live In Texas. And it was 110 outside. I do have a problem with the hotel s policy. As far as party s. And not really a party . I just got two rooms and had some of my kids friends go swimming. I mean if u want to pay and get a room to use the pool. Make sure you do not invite any extra friends. Definitely don t use them if you wanna do a staycation and invite some friends over. They had a happy hour that was definitely nice. Breakfast in the morning was delicious. Rooms: Rooms were nice, spacious and clean. They did not have any bad smells. Even though the tub faucet that had clear caulking it was peeling and movable. We were in room 824. Could not get the room to cool. And when it did it took forever.

Minutes away from highways and access roads to tons of neaby restaurants, shopping centers, sports venues, grocery stores, and healthcare services. Rooms are kept well maintained, although the carpet, in the room, during my most recent stay, didn t appear to be vacuumed properly. This was an issue for me so I took off 2 stars from Rooms. I like that my stay here included breakfast and a 5Pm to 7Pm evening light meal. Last but not least, I can bring my little dog with me during my stay. Great job Drury Inn & Suites Dallas Frisco

We really enjoy the location of this hotel. Convenient and close to all different types of attractions in Frisco. We recently stayed for our anniversary, and the Front Desk Personnel that checked us in was so amazing and helpful. The entire Drury franchise is now the #1 spot I will be staying at if humanly possible! All of the staff are friendly and welcoming! The rooms are clean and dont have a weird smell, and the showers are large enough that I wasnt pressed up against the wall! The pool and little hot tub were perfect as well! The breakfast is a REAL hot breakfast with biscuits and gravy, fried potatoes, sausage, and eggs. They also had cereal options, oatmeal, bread, and waffles! And the one night we had dinner there, YES THEY PROVIDE DINNER FOR THEIR GUESTS, was amazing!!!!! We had mixed vegetables, mashed potatoes, meatballs in gravy, and salad, as well as our two free alcoholic beverages!!! We will be seeing you again the next time we come to the Dallas area! My first time visiting this hotel. I was very surprised that they give you three free drinks at happy hour every day you stay, free breakfast and dinner. The employees are very friendly and go above and beyond. The two Ashleys in the lounge/bar area were a delight to see every night. And the manager Caroline is the sweetest person every. While we were looking forward to using the pool and hot tub, there was no way I was getting in the hot tub. It was foamy and had brown bits of some matter floating in it. The pool was nice.

We arrive at this location around 6:15 pm. We checked in and asked the receptionist if we still had time for the managers reception, she sure you do weve usually run it til a little after 7. Well that wasnt true, they never called last call on food or drinks and at exactly 7:00 the bar had closed down as well as the food buffet, when they had just told us we had about 15 minutes. Looks like I am not the only person who had a poor experience with a male at the service desk. I had tried to walk in and make a booking and told I was pushing my luck. As I gave details of the room I was told how I was REALLY pushing my luck. Whatever dude, I had already checked to see if there was a room. Turns out he seemed to be in a bad mood as they were super short handed so it appears 2 people were running the whole show including food. If he explained that instead of giving me attitude that would have been awesome. Orra helped me a few times and although she seemed very busy she was super sweet. Stayed a few nights at the Drury in Frisco in May 2023. The staff were so friendly and welcoming and I really enjoyed my stay here. My room was spacious and clean. The free popcorn in the lobby was clutch! I walked to a few restaurants even though it was a 20 min walk. The walkways in the area really made the walking pleasant. Highly recommend the Drury Frisco if you re traveling alone or with your family.

I didnt sleep here, but I spent quite a few hours visiting with family over the span of a few days. Clean hotel, pleasant staff, amenities included free breakfast, happy hour provided 3 free drinks per registered guest per day, pool area with jacuzzi, outdoor lounge on 9th floor and tons of space to play games or just chat with visitors without being in your suite. We travel a lot for work and family. Generally for business my wife and I stay at three star hotels and splurge a few times a year for the four diamonds. Let me just say this is a hidden gem! The staff raise the bar overall. The place is very nice and very clean. Our suite was excellent and for being on the highway side was very quiet! Ok, so we had a couple of recognizable patches to the walls in our room. Mot would not have noticed but I do. Like I said before clean! Very nice roof top patio and the pool was nice. There was breakfast for two days we were there that although pretty standard offering of similar hotels this place is staffed and stocked! Does breakfast make a hotel? Not really! But the staff! Even the service teams were so friendly and helpful. Parking was packed due baseball and a local event. Garage is nice but just tight. Elevators worked very well. One appeared out of service but no issues for such a busy weekend. Garage level elevator smells very strong of bleach because there is a laundry room. If they fix the vent it would improve the air flow. No major concern for guests. Here is the crazy thing, a few small tweaks on the hotel and they could be four Diamond. Definitely not the Omni! But the cleanliness and the staff! Look up what makes a four Diamond and this group hits almost every mark! Walking distance to baseball. So much good stuff around the area. We recommend this place to all friends and family who come to visit us here in Frisco if they can t stay at the house!

Since we were able to book it through my credit card rewards it was an easy choice--and one we didnt regret. The room was clean and comfortable.
