Really tasty beef gyro and Sriracha falafel to go with pita bread. The proteins tasted really good, were fresh, and the bread was soft. Will visit soon. Had their sandwich again, but this time, I had the offer for a side and a drink for free. I got the Hummus and the extra pita bread. Everything was so delicious and wonderful. Update 1: Used my birthday coupon to order a regular rice platter with beef gyro and honey sriracha falafel. Everything tasted great and the white sauce in combination with the red sauce really made the platter super delicious.

Guys, stay as far away as possible from The Halal Guys. The food was over priced and over cooked. We ordered chicken shawarma, chicken rice platter and spicy chicken wings. Chicken in shawarma was hard and over cooked (burnt). A person with normal teeth cannot chew those rock hard pieces of chicken. Showed it to the manager and she apologized and quickly refunded the money. I don t know why and how they are serving this below average food to customers. In the chicken rice platter, it was more about the tomatoes, lettuce & rice and less about the chicken. The tiny meat portion does not justify $14 plus tax price point for this item. Spicy chicken wings from our order were okay. Unfortunately, we will not be going back to eat at The Halal Guys (Frisco location) in the future.

I have been to this location a few times and I have always found the quality to be a bit sussy relative to the Plano location. I ordered platter a few days ago. It was a bit pricey but I expected halal guys quality and taste. Unfortunately the meat was loaded with a particular spice (not sure which one but likely cumin or asafetida which sent some of us running to the bathroom). Will not be returning to this location anytime soon but still a big fan of the Halal Guys franchise.

Avoid this place! This is possibly the most disorganized place I have been to in a long time. Tried to order the spicy chicken, they apparently didnt have any ready so they go back to fridge or somewhere to get another tube of it and then placed the tub on a gas range to reheat it. Says about 3 minutes. At this point more people enter and after watching the one person at the counter work while the other tried to look busy on the grill putting even more different previously cooked meat on a flat top. 10 minutes goes by and now she has managed to help two people with 4 more to go.... save yourself the time and effort and skip this place. I love this place! The gyros are fantastic and the humus is amazing. That s all I ve had here because I loved my first order so much that I haven t bothered to change it. A consistent Halal Guys experience Ive come to expect from good locations. Ive been here thrice and I can say their service has improved as the new employees are getting the hang of it. On my last visit, the chicken was fresh and juicy. The portioning was satisfying and quick in-and-out. Premises were clean. The Halal Guys offer decent food, but its not exceptional. Whats particularly disappointing is the extra charge for sauces. Ive been familiar with this place since my time in New York, where they didnt charge extra for sauces. The flavors truly come alive only when paired with their sauces, so having to pay extra for that essential component lessens the overall dining experience. Without the sauce, the food lacks zest. Given this, I find it hard to see the value in dining here.

Clever idea and most definitely a product whose time has come, but in my opinion this places misses in most areas. First, no food is customer visible only menu board depictions of products sold. vertical meat cookers were cleaned and not in used, The food on prep table that should have been visible to customers was also covered. The food was okay, very average, not worthy of the $31.00 cost for two (we each had a small platter with beef and chicken). Reminded me of a Subway for Middle Eastern food. The lady working behind the counter (Maria) was very friendly, however, service was slow (she was the only person working at lunch). with all the food options around i am not sure this place warrants another visit.

Family loves Halal Guys, so we were really excited when they opened. We have been there 3 times now before 6PM, and two of those times they were out of rice. Save your time, go to another location until they get their operations in line.

Always great when you have the dream team Richard, Maria, and Marco there! Love the Regular Combo (beef & chicken) Platter, lettuce/tomato and any toppings I d like with white sauce for days and a few lines of red sauce (spicy!).. big enough for two meals and some of my favorite comfort food. Glad y all moved closer to Frisco!

Second time here and first word that comes to mind is stingy . They are pretty stingy with their protein. They pack on the rice and veggies, but very little protein to go along with it. Our family definitely prefers the Plano location.

Ordered a chicken platter. It was so bad. The chicken did not cook well. It was so elastic and had a bad smell. The pita bread was so wet that it just fell off my hand when I tuk it from my bowl. Worst experience.

The times Ive been here I havent had any problems. Good portions, good taste, employees are nice. It definitely is on the expensive side, but basically all middle eastern food locations are the same price, so its not like youre getting cheated here or anything.
