David Heiman and his team are amazing. He is a fantastic person to have in your corner and knows the family laws in this state well. He s realistic, intelligent, and doesn t try to drag things out just for a quick buck. He s an outstanding resource for questions you may have and is lightening fast to respond to emails directly. I ve been in contact with him for over 4 years for various matters and he still treats me like we are headed in to court tomorrow. You won t regret using him for your family legal matters!!

Mr. Heiman has worked with my family for 10 years, through custody hearings, child support enforcement and protective orders. He and his staff are professional, knowledgeable, communicative and kind. David truly cares about his clients and their children, and works tirelessly to help get the best results. He is realistic and very experienced, particularly in Denton County, and will tell you whats reasonable, what isnt, and the best way to get the result you need. He answers emails promptly, within hours if not minutes. His office staff is equally kind and do their best to help. Today, for example, I called, but hung up and decided to email instead. Almost immediately, I received a call from his office, making sure that I was ok and didnt need help because the receptionist saw that Id called. I am very grateful for the Heiman Law Firm, and I highly recommend their services, should you ever find yourself in need of a family lawyer.

Last year I was hit with a completely unexpected, potentially costly business issue that had me feeling quite concerned. I just happen to mention it to David while we were engaged in completely unrelated business and he kindly offered to take a look and see what he could do to help. David took over and along with his team began a back and forth negotiation on my part over the course of several months. When all the dust had settled, I could not believe what he was able to accomplish on my behalf. I cannot tell you what an overwhelming relief it was to see where we ended up from where we started. It took a huge load off of me to say the least. David has been in the legal service of others for decades and it shows. He is calm and capable when most of us are operating on emotion instead of experience and knowledge. I am very grateful for his help and do not hesitate to recommend him.

Family situation, which I was involved in was rather complex and I was quite desperate. David provided me with the necessary advice and guidance to get me through. He is a very decent person and a responsive attorney. Now that the primary part of the process is over I hope I m not going to need additional legal help for what s still left to do. However, if I do I will most definitely go back to David and will solicit his assistance again. Thank you.

I have been in an ongoing issue that I would have had no idea how to proceed with on my own. We have not reached a resolution as of yet, however, David is taking very good care of me and I am grateful I have him to represent me.
