Mr. Bud Glavy at Glavy Law helped me resolve an issue related to access to my late brothers bank safety deposit box in just a few short weeks. Access to my deceased brothers safety deposit box at a local bank was impossible for several months after his passing. Although I had a valid will naming me as the executor of the estate, I had the safety deposit box keys, and other required documents, the bank insisted that I go to probate which could have been very time-consuming and costly. I was recommended to Glavy Law and met with Mr. Glavy whom I found to be very kind and compassionate and immediately understood my situation. He listened to me, asked me some questions, and said he would investigate the situation and would call me back. Within a couple of days, he called me to explain that he had researched and suggested that he could submit a letter to the bank with some legal language. Soon after receiving the letter from Mr. Glavy, the bank contacted me to set up an appointment to view the contents of the safety deposit box. The box contained old receipts and duplicates of documents we already had; really, nothing of value. Although I was not allowed to take any of the contents, I was satisfied with being able to see them. Mr. Glavys knowledge of the legal process and guidance provided me with the closure that I needed regarding the safety deposit box and saved me hundreds or even thousands of dollars. Thank you Mr. Glavy! I recommend Mr. Bud Glavy - Glavy Law - to anyone seeking legal help.

Called seeking an employment lawyer and goes to ask last time I was working, if I filed for unemployment and who I worked for and what I did then says he can t help me because his schedule. Haha it s ok buddy you just don t wanna go against the big company s and clearly wants the easy cases

Mr. Glavy spent more than adequate time going through a thorough research of my personal needs and religious convictions ensuring all my needs were met. He explained and clarified documents in detail where needed. He is trustworthy, compassionate, friendly, understanding, patient and enthusiastic in helping me achieve my goal (and has a very well-organized and pleasant Secretary Thank you, Rose!). Mr. Glavy presents himself with the utmost professional behavior, is easy to discuss matters with and even a few giggles along the way. My wife and met with Mr. Glavy on May 17, 2022 so he could draw up a will and associated documents for us. He actually had them ready for us within 3 days but we were having difficulty finding time to return to his office to finalize them. He went out of his way to accommodate us and our strained schedule so that we were able to meet the during the next week. Upon our arrival he had all of the documents laid out for us. He made us feel totally at ease. (He had the witnesses standing by in his break room). He then reviewed the documents with both of us individually where he anticipated and and answered all of our questions. He was professional, accommodating and patient in his efforts to provide us a complete understanding of what he proposed for us. Mr Glavy is extremely knowledgeable in estate law and made us feel totally confident in what we were doing. We left his office with a complete will and all other associated documents. We are totally pleased with Mr. Glavy would highly recommend him.
