This was our second party at Pump It Up Frisco. The staff make everything so easy. They are attentive, and they relate to the kids so well. Everything was taken care of - no set up or clean up all we had to do was show up and bring the cake. And the kids have so much fun! It s the perfect place for a kid s party!

We held our daughter s 7th birthday party here and it was a BLAST! All of our attendants and support staff were incredible and it was the smoothest process ever. All we had to do was bring some decorations and everything else was covered. We even got help setting up and tearing down. Would definitely host here again!

Matt and JJ were awesome! Everything went so smoothly and they did all the heavy lifting and handholding I needed. It was better than I even expected and would for sure recommend this location. All of my guests and their parents had a good time and it was easy from booking to checkout. I very much appreciate everyone who helped from getting the room cleaned between parties, to helping with last minute touches, taking great pictures, mingling with my guests, helping me load in and out, opening presents and keeping track of who and what, all while having great attitudes and giving good customer service. 5 stars all the way! I wasn t impressed. My child had a birthday party here. The play time is 45 mins long but what they don t tell you is they make you leave each room 10 mins early which counts against your play time to get the room ready for the next party so you actually get around 25 mins of play time. Not worth all the money spent.

The staff is awful!! They were mostly teenagers, and they didnt do a good job AT ALL....they all had attitude problems and it was unbelievable!!! I tried to find the manager, but he was no where to be found. Never coming back again, dont waste your money!!!

Pump It Up did a wonderful job for my son s eighth birthday party. Our party host, Matthew was on his own for our party (there are usually two hosts but his partner was unavailable that day) and he did a phenomenal job keeping the party organized, taking party photos for us, serving the food/cake/drinks, loading up all the gifts - he did everything and it was much appreciated. We would recommend Pump It Up to anyone looking to host a stress free party for your kiddos!

Pros: Inflatables were good for kids. Cons: Customer service isn t good. We felt very rushed through the play area and the party room. There are other kid places for similar price that give more time to play for kids after the party. Staff were rude. Pizza was cold not worth for the price there is hardly any sauce and cheese on them.

It s a wonderful place for children to celebrate their birthday. Just remember to search the envelopes on the tables before you leave the party. Their staff don t pack up the gift card. You may lose them. The bubble area is very small, not worth it. Recommend the Glow War.

Great place for all inclusive, low stress planning for parties for big groups of daycare aged kids and maybe early elementary too! Only downside is the bathrooms. My kids can t reach the sink or the soap. I recommend a stool. There s nowhere set down goodie bags, water bottles, and other stuff the kids are carrying after the party. Maybe have a shelf or cubby area outside the bathroom stall just to keep things off the floor!

The party started on time they were ready for us. had a cart ready to take things to and from the car which was great! The parties were kept separate from each other so your group had the jump space to yourself! We had 2 people assigned to our group and they took pictures of the party set up the party room and passed out the food. The pizza was good and brought in from a local pizza shop. At the end they packed up the food presents and decorations for us and walked everything out to our car. The whole experience was great and the add one were very reasonable and they let you bring your own packaged snacks drinks, and fruit platter and decorations which I really appreciated! Thank you!!

Two big arena rooms which are nice with the inflatables. Would be better to open the space between the two rooms so parents can see their child between the sides. More tables and chairs for parents as there are just a few benches. At our local bounce house it is so much better for the parents. Music is too loud too. Overall it s decent but improvements for comfort and a more open setting would be ideal.

We had my younger childs birthday party in September at this venue. Organizing birthday parties could be stressful. But, we had a memorable experience at Pump It Up, Frisco. First up, I liked that they were prompt in their communication. They patiently and clearly explained the different choices we had and helped me pick the one that best suited our needs. They followed up 2-3 days before our event and ensured we were all set. I was able to create custom birthday invite based on one of their templates which was cool. They also had an option to sign the waiver ahead of time which made things smooth at the venue. On the day of the event, I liked that they were well organized. The equipment was all functioning well and the kids had a lot of fun. They also enjoyed the glow party! We always had at least two customer service specialists attending to the needs of the party. They were great at setting up the cake, the goodie bags and other stuff. They even helped carry all the gifts back to the car. Overall we had a great time at Pump It Up and thankful to them for making the event stress free for my family!

We had my kid s 5th birthday last Friday. We don t day it was the same experience what we saw with 2 other birthdays we went before. One of the big inflated bouncer collapsed in arena A. No attendant was there. We had to evacuate the kids playing inside that. We had to double make sure no kid underneath. The inflated bounces weren t same in arena B. It will be nice if they are similar type of different ones if they wanted to swap but they were childish and just only bouncy slide was good for everyone. Where as some adventurers was there when we came for other kids before us. Which was good. Kevin was assigned to take pictures which I already selected to purchase in the package. We expected some decent pictures will be given for us so I didn t pay a lot of attention to take pictures. May be he don t have any photographic skills or what, the pictures were so dumb. No angle, no focus nothing. Our guests took much much better pictures and shared us. Waste of money for sure. Also in the party room, there use to be a TV and taken pictures were displayed to all the kids. kids would see themselves and celebrate it. But for our party no TV was there so where is the picture display?? I asked Sera she was ready to show me in the entrance TV/reception computer but I had to send off my guests at that time, so couldn t go. While checkout, when I said the fact of no TV in party room to the receptionist, that guy seemed to be so careless and he said I ll let them know, I ll let them know. I don t understand how would that help as if they don t know that. Also a big drama for the TIP. we wanted to tip inperson to the host as they spent time with us. While checking when cashier mentioned me about adding TIP, I said we have tipped in cask to the host. He said no no you have to tip here and went and got the cash back from the hosts to us and made to tip in the bill which was kind of unprofessional. The whole cashier ( nov 3rd around 7:40pm) interaction for check out was so unpleasant. Pro: overall Sera and Kevin did good job throughout and in the party room. Special thanks to Sera for being there always. We are sorry that tip in cash was taken back by your receptionist. All kids of 4 to 5 years of age enjoyed throughout the party. Suggestion: if we want pizza that comes with the party package to be costumed, please give some room. One topping and stick to it is crazy even though we are ready to pay extra for toppings. Since parents also eat, it will be nice to consider extra topping for the package pizza.

UPDATE: I really appreciate the owner Lance reaching out to me in a timely manner. He was very apologetic and I really appreciate it. Most would ve just thrown it under the rug, so thank you. I just had a party here yesterday afternoon and I was highly disappointed with everything!!! To pay nearly $400 for a party and everything was chaotic is ridiculous! This was my first child s 1st birthday, I expected so much more from them. Everything was very disorganized and my family & I basically set up the party room ourselves, when we were told we would have a team helping us, that was false. Some of my family members were barely able to interact with the birthday child because we re doing what your party hosts should ve been doing! I shouldn t be the one having to pour drinks and give children pizza, what did we pay all this money for!!!?? Our party host just stood in the back looking lost the whole party, she did not interact with the children or anything, that is not okay!!! I used to work as party host so I know how it s supposed to go. Kevin was very rude to a few of my family members and it was just brought to my attention, that is NOT okay. We work hard for our money and we will never spend another dollar with this establishment. I don t wanna say that Kevin was being prejudice but that s exactly what the vibes were giving. Do not spend your hard earned money here if you are a person of color.

My daughter had her 9th birthday here. I think it was a great value for the price paid. Great service and planning. Very easy to simply show up, and let them organize it all. I also appreciate that we can bring our own snacks and cake. The only negative is that the pizza is just ok (and is a bit pricy if adding extra). Overall great experience. It was my first time there. It was Brooklyn BD. I enjoyed myself. I dont get out much. I actually slide down a couple of the slides a few times. Enjoyed the event, would recommend it for parents with children. One event all in one!!! Its nice and fun for the kids. They try to give great experiences. Nothing fancy. 4 or 5 bounce houses per room, 2 rooms. Very small celebration room for the number of folks who typically attend. They should have the cake and stuff first and then let the kids burn it off playing rather than the other way around. Bathroom situation is HORRIBLE for such a large place they have 1 locked room for men, 1 for women. So you better not need to go at the same time as someone else!

****UPDATE*****. 7/7/23 the owner responded to the post however it s been several weeks and no one has MADE contract to with me regarding their investigation . (Although google says post a week ago that was actually on 6/27. I made contact with them 6/20 gave them time to contact me however they didn t so I decided to make a google review . I hope to make others aware of their unprofessionalism please consider another establishment for your sweet child s party. Also I posted a review /photo on yelp showing where they send me pictures for the inconvenience but it shows another child name they couldn t even get that right after I called about my concerns. In my opinion it further lets you know what type of business they run here. Post from 6/27 DONT WASTE YOUR TIME/MONEY. I had a horrible experience the party attends were MIA majority of the time yet I still tip them. There were things in the party that I was told that were included yet it didnt happen. For instance the dance party, a slide show of picture of the party , At the end no one offered the pic for purchase as stated, I was also told they would go over how/where I wanted the decorations to go, the pizza was cold ...... I could go on. I called to voice my concern not looking for anything but wanted the manager to know my experience especially paying almost $500 for a party. They offered to send me pic of the party for free DUE to my concerns. Sadly when it was sent they included another child name and not my daughters smh. They also said they need to investigate as though I was lying about my experience horrible customer service. Other parents from the party agreed and said they would not attend here again its not worth it. Needless to say they never called me back. It was over all the worse experience I ever had at a party I would give a 0 our of 5 if I could.

I attended here with my daughter for the first time for my niece party. I would never have a party here. Horrible service my sister damn near hosted the party her self. She contacted the company and they claimed they were researching and would reach out it s been almost a month and they have not contacted her. We were misinformed that we can order extra pizzas at the time of check-in but denied to add extra pizzas at the time of check in due to which we fell short of pizzas for guest. They did not even allow to bring food from outside. Completely missmanaged by the pump it up group members. It was chiotic , they told they have hosted 60 member party but the room was too small to accomodate 60 people. Also party time for 30 min is too less to have cake cutting,pictures and have food for kids and adults. I have to take extra 15 mins for which they charged 40 usd.

It was overall a good experience for the kids some things I liked some things I didnt. The things that I did like are that the crew who Ran the place were very involved and energetic, I did a great job leading the kids I also like the fact that your party was in each room by themselves without a group of other kids. I realized thats an inflatable Then you but it would have been nice to see a few games for the kids to play.And a 1/2 an hour and each play area just seemed a little bit too short maybe you extended to 45 minutes other than that a good time was had by all even the pizza wasnt bad

0 stars, had worst experience. They outline few rules during tour time and they dont follow the same rules during event time. Rules they mentioned during tour time 1. Pump it up supplies plates, napkins, spoons but they did not during event time. We have to use ours. 2. No proper announcement when we are in cake cutting room and we are forced to vacate the room not even utilizing full 30 minutes. Check your surveillance camera, how your crew member behaved with us. 3. After cake cutting the crew did not distribute cake/cup cakes/pizza, we had to take that responsibility. Though we asked their help but they were simply watching the kids. During our tour time, they mentioned they would give additional buffer of 10-15 mins so that every one eat and have a good time, but they failed to keep up their promise. Ours is a last event for the day, dont understand what makes them to be so rude on us. 4.The worst thing is, after the event one of the crew member dropped the cake and other delicate toys on the road while he is loading the stuff in the car, he wants to do everything quickly. The cake was completely on the road, as he was rushing. 5. Manager, do check your surveillance camera (Jan 20 2023, event time : 6:30-8PM) how your crew members behaved with us on that day. None of our guests liked that place and they dont want to recommend this place to any of your friends and relatives No need of your apology, our experience cannot be reversed.

I wasn t greeted as soon as i walked in. The host at the party was not doing what she had to do we had to pass out the cake throw the pizza boxes away and serve the kids. Why pay so much when the hosts can t even do the job. If help is needed have more than one host there. The only thing she did good was snap pics lol. Don t recommend unless you feel like doing everything.

I will start by saying the kids had a good time, the Pump It Up team kept the party moving and on time. One of my hosts was in training and they made it clear from the start. I appreciated the disclaimer and she did well. They helped us unload the things we had and helped us pack up and reload the car at the end. I ve been to this location previously years ago. My concern is that one of the inflatable structures was not fully inflated and my two kids (one was the birthday girl) sunk in, my husband had to pull them out. When I mentioned this to the host, they said they were aware and checking that structure currently. I think it would have been a good idea to have stopped play on the structure until the issue was resolved. Additionally, the cart that the cake was served on was just a plain cart. As in, no plate or tray is on it. I did ask about this and whether I should bring a cake tray before the party but the answer wasn t clear. After we sang happy birthday the cart the cake was on was not locked or held in place so when my kid went to blow the candle she almost fell. I was right there with ninja skills but maybe review this with staff. It could ve been bad. At the end they almost overcharged me.They counted all the guests who completed the waiver online including the ones who didn t show. They also double counted some guests whose names appeared twice on the invoice. This was was easily corrected because I was paying attention. That s my full review. Use it as you wish.

Visited pump it up for my nieces birthday celebration and it was an amazing experience. Everyone had so much fun and the team helped setup the party after play time and also helped with wrapping up everything. Definitely recommended for private birthday celebrations!

We had my sons 4th birthday party at Pump It Up and it was the best!! Talk about low stress birthday party. They take care of everything! You give them your cake/cupcakes and any decorations and they set up the room while the kids play. And your party is the only ones playing in the room which I think is just awesome! Then you have two hosts that move the party along and help with everything from keeping you on time to opening up birthday presents and serving the food. They even keep track of what presents your kid got and from whom. We had Harris and Natalee who were rockstars!! I d give it 10 stars if I could!

Very poorly trained staff for Cake Serving and Birthday Celebration. Probably school kids, not trained, ruined my kids birthday celebration. Instead of giving a nice table for cake cutting, they have put a my sons beautiful birthday custom cake on a ugly moving cart :-(. Time was very limited, 45 mins to serve the cake and kids to enjoy the meal. After the party, my guests even could not have place to speak, they were asked to leave. Will not recommend this place to anyone. Better to celebrate in a park instead.

We hosted my son s 4th birthday at Pump It Up and we loved it. It was so great because they basically take care of everything. You just show up with cake/cupcakes and any decorations (optional). They have a party host for your party who directs the kids from one arena to the next and then into the party room. I loved that this was so hands off for me and I didn t have to think about wrangling a bunch of 4 yr olds myself. You can opt for a party package with pizza which is great to feed a bunch of kids after they burn their energy. It was efficient, organized, and so easy! Two other moms booked parties after coming to ours.

It is a great place to have a birthday party but, we were told they would clean between parties coming in and out but that did not happen. We actually walked into the room as the other party was walking out. We had several family members get sick a couple of days after. We can only assume family members picked up something from here. The space was great, the staff was friendly, and it was fun just not as clean as we wish it would be.

We hosted bday party with 30 kids. Clear election of 90 mins duration with 60 mins play time and 30 mins party hall. 1 rating down as they were rushing us to vacate the room at 8 30 pm after 90 mins. It was little awkward as we did not get time to greet the Parents and have a few qords when they come back to pick the kids

We ve had both of our sons birthday parties there, one scheduled when COVID hit and the other in the middle of a snowstorm, and they were extremely easy to work with in rescheduling.
