I ve heard glowing reviews about First Watch so I went in with high hopes and high expectations. Upon arrival, we were greeted by a friendly member of staff who was able to put our name down very quickly and efficiently along with giving us an estimated wait. To our surprise, the wait wasn t as long as estimated and we were able to seat our party of 5 pretty quickly. Once we entered the building the atmosphere was welcoming and positive. Once we were seated our waitress tended to us and we were given time to look at our menu. When the water cups came out, many of them were clearly dirty with food caked on and it almost looked like it wasn t even washed. I ve included a photo of one of the cups, but know that it was not the only one. Their menu is broad and serves all kinds of food, however the portions of all the different items such as the French toast was not listed. I ordered the tri fecta with an extra pancake. This included a pancake, two eggs, and a choice of meat. When the food came out, it was very clearly not two eggs and honestly hardly looked like one. Without the extra pancake, the plate was very underwhelming. Once we were finished we were given our checks which to our convenience could be paid online. My experience at this place was nowhere near terrible and I enjoyed the time with my party however the dirty/unwashed dishes and the very underwhelming portion sizes that were also sometimes unlisted, tarnished my experience.

We love First Watch in Frisco. We go weekly and absolutely love Marcus. It s so nice to be remembered. Marcus automatically knows what we would like to drink & gives us space to talk, while also keeping up awesome with the service. Great food & great service!

The restaurant is very nice inside and clean. Nice atmosphere. The coffee was good! The food not so great. I got the classic Eggs Benedict and it tasted very bland and hollandaise was very lemony. The waitress seemed very sad and did not seem like she wanted to be there. Not a lot of happy friendly faces.

This place is a 10/10! The millionaire bacon is something everyone needs in their life! The avacado toast was fresh with hints of lemon. There arw so many more things I want to try! I recently had the pleasure of dining at First Watch for breakfast in Frisco on Main Street, and I must say it was a delightful experience. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, with a cozy interior and friendly staff that made me feel right at home. I ordered the Avocado Toast with an egg on top, and it was absolutely delicious. The avocado was perfectly ripe and spread over a thick slice of multigrain toast, topped with a perfectly cooked egg. The dish was light, yet satisfying, and the flavors were fresh and vibrant. In addition to the food, the service was outstanding. The staff was attentive and knowledgeable, making sure that I had everything I needed throughout my meal. We picked First Watch to celebrate Mother s Day. The wait wasn t terribly bad. The food was seriously amazing. The atmosphere was pretty noisy, but it was a charming place. Pretty typical First Watch experience food was great as always. I tried the morning mediation and the cinnamon toast milk and enjoyed both. For food I stuck with the chocolate chip pancake with bacon, both were great! Its a bit expensive for brunch but the quality does match the price.

I have tried First watch in different states. And i loved it everywhere. The service is really good. So is the ambience. Typically love first watch, food is great and service is good. However this was the first at this location and it was awful. Wait for inside was 25-40 min, no problem. We asked to sit outside since that area was empty, they said yes but we still waited 30min to be seated. We then waited an extended period just for drinks so when they came, we ordered drink, apps and entrees. We got 1 of the 3 apps before getting our drinks. Had 8 different servers , finally received 4/5 meals. As a table, us 4 waited for the 5th meal to come. After a few minutes the server checked to see if we d gotten our food and then said 5 ppl was a large party so the 5th wasn t done. Us 4 were almost done eating by the time the 5th finally came out. They brought us checks without asking if all was good or if we wanted to go boxes, etc. I understand it was busy inside the restaurant but to have 8 different people waiting on us with the lack of service received, absolutely ridiculous and very poor experience. Certainly Would not recommend dining in.

I enjoy the food at this location but the last time and this time the waitress was awful. She had a clear attitude when she came over. We waited a long time before she returned and I watched her take other orders who came in later. She never asked if I needed anything and never refilled my tea. She should be addressed on how to make customers feel welcome. I will not return. Good good service bad

I am a grits snob. Today I experienced the best grits I ve ever had outside of a home kitchen! I didn t have to add anything besides my spoon!!! I ordered the classic eggs Benedict (I ve never had that before). I could toast the hint of lemon but it wasn t overwhelming or weird. The bacon was perfectly cooked with honey on top. The plating was pretty. The coffee was good. Service was lovely. The environment is aesthetically pleasing as well. All of this for about $20 for two!!! In Frisco!!! I ll be back!!!!

Great place and great food. I really love their million dollar bacon. So good, the only problem with this place was our waitress. I really feel she hates her job. Really nice breakfast. Place. Good Wi-Fi and relaxing environment to sit and catch up with a friend or get some work done. I had the Brooklyn breakfast sandwich with pastrami, it was amazing. The coffee delivery was regular and hot and tasty. Good to have another breakfast place in the area because all the good ones have very long lines in the mornings.

I was excited when I saw that First Watch was opening in our neighborhood. I love to go on early walks and stop for breakfast. They have great servers, especially Brittney and Daniel. However, I do have a complaint. As a senior citizen, there is no small portion or senior menu. Until recently I was able to order from the kid s menu with no problem. I do this at most restaurants because I don t eat a lot and don t want to waste food. Recently, this restaurant decided they would no longer allow any adult to order from the kid s menu. I think this is short-sighted. I hope they will reconsider this policy. You can see from this photo that was taken after eating that there is a lot of food that is wasted.

I haven t been to first watch in about 12 years, because now there are so many places to go for breakfast or brunch. I went today and I was pleasantly surprised as to the quality and taste of the food. I had that Chicky Changa and it was delicious. I also had one banana nut pancake. It was so good that I didn t have to put any syrup on it. I think it s probably the first time in my life that I ve ever eaten a pancake with no syrup. The service was good also. I will certainly start coming back to first watch again.

Hmmm, the theme for Frisco is, managers need to be present to guide and direct. Staff is trying and friendly. Ice cold building with servers working with their jackets on. Food took forever. We love the First Watch chain and dropped in on this new location. It s very elegant and beautiful, with a patio outside. We came right when they opened at 7. I was a little bummed by the service since other locations always have very warm and friendly staff. The two servers working this morning didn t seem very awake or engaged. The male server we got was fine, but we had to wait a bit to pay out and leave. The other female server seemed annoyed and unsmiling our entire visit. The food was delicious as always (Trifecta with the waffle yum!) but the service was a bit of a let down. Perhaps they were having a bad day

Nice atmosphere. Customer service leaves a lot to be desired. Asked to taste a ginger donut before spending $6 on an order. Was told No by the manager. Spent $50 on breakfast (our normal tab) every Sunday when we eat breakfast - $200 a month. With 5 other breakfast options w/in a one mile radius, we ll be spending that money at one of First Watch s competitors. Sad that the manager wasn t business savvy enough to know that refusing a customer the opportunity to taste ONE ginger donut (which can fit in the palm of my hand) to see if we d like it is worth keeping a customer from going to the competition.

I have visited several different First Watch locations the atmosphere is nice at all the locations but this location the vibe is a little different so I enjoy coming to this location a little more. I normally get breakfast. The Banana pancake is really good. The Million Dollar Bacon is good. I ve had the hash, waffles and the French Toast. The also have seasonal items on the menu. When I came here today I decided to try the Cinnamon Spice Churro s, they were not good so I sent them back. The waitress told me that they bake the Churro s, who does that ! Yuck. Overall a great breakfast/brunch spot. I would highly recommend.

Today I had my second visit to this location! It s my birthday, and I m so happy I have this First Watch that s so close to me now! Our server today, Adam was amazing! He was very friendly and attentive and we appreciated his overall attitude! You don t find that often anymore. I ve literally been to many different locations the last two weeks and ordered the Million Dollar Harvest Hash every time! Last week I ate it 3 times! I just crave it all the time now and I wanna get it while it s in season! My normal go to is the Avocado Toast which is always amazing and fulfilling! I have decided that this location will be MY location and I hope to be served by Adam again in the future! Thank you for hiring the most friendly employees here! I have to be honest and say that I love first watch. My review if for how I felt treated. My server was ok but just ok. The rest of the crew just stared at us, of course we had small children. I felt like if the wait ought we weren t going to tip. Regardless if some tips you or not you should treat people equally. I was a server for many years and believe me, I had my share of none tippers. I was a server because I enjoyed dealing with the public no matter the race of the way people were dressed of how they look. Anyway, looks can be deceiving and you might miss out on something great for judging. I still love first watch but I think I will stick to my location witch is Prosper and the people are very nice.

Went to other Breakfast/Brunch places before in the area but First Watch should have been my 1st!! ;) My mother and I loved the interior and details done with every utensil & plate Got soft lightly fried churros with the million dollar bacon for starters Onto 2 pancakes: Honey Almond and Blueberry! Finally with the main being ~ Salmon omelet and a classic make my own breakfast! We definitely needed a to-go box lol because of the amount but was totally worth every penny:)

There was a 45 minute wait for a table and when we finally were seated we waited almost 15 minutes and still no one acknowledged we were there..I mean no one. Didnt even say Ill be right with you. Nothing. We decided to leave. We went down the street to Berries and Batter. No wait time. Great service. Great food! Dietary restrictions: Gluten free menu is minimal at best.

So lets start off with the good. The food is great. Ive had multiple dishes from both their main and seasonal menus and everything has tasted great! Their drinks are unique and also very good! Lets get to the not so great.. On all the occasions Ive been there Ive always been left with an empty water pitcher. I drink a lot of water with my meals, 4-5 cups, so when its me and 1-2 other people the water runs out fast. It has never been refilled. This just bugs me. Now the biggest no-no Ive experienced with them. They are actively scamming people via the automatic tip options when you pay at the front. I have noticed twice now that the tip options, 15%, 20%, 25% are actually double the amount of what the tip should be. How do I know? My meal today was around $16. That tip should be $3.20 for 20%. I selected 20% and it was $7.40. You should not be tricking customers into tipping higher than they want for your staff. If they dont make enough maybe you should pay them more. I do not know if I will be going back because of this shady business practice.

Another First Watch location much closer to my house! Went for breakfast on 9/8/23 and the food and service was excellent as usual. I had the trifecta with a blueberry pancake and real maple syrup.

The food was great. Lots of healthy and unique options. Bacon was perfect. My waitress was awesome, kind, and helpful. My only complaint is the 2 guys working the greeting/checkout front desk seemed to not want to be there, and bothered to be interrupted by me/customers. If I had not said good morning they would not have said a word to me. Very off putting and unwelcoming. It just takes a hello and a smile. But again, my waitress was awesome so overall great breakfast.

The ham I ordered with breakfast was too chewy and dried out to eat. The pumpkin pancake was kind of crispy on the bottom. Our server was great, busy, which probably explains why he had to keep coming back to the table bringing stuff we asked for. The atmosphere was good it was a nice place.

Being a new building the area and ambience is nice. I live very close to here so it is in a convenient location. The bacon was perfectly between crisp and soft. I was a bit underwhelmed by the graininess and taste of the multigrain pancake. The seevice was great though for being so busy.

Honestly one of the very best breakfast spots around. The elevated breakfast sandwich, roast beef sandwich, breakfast sausage, potatoes, and waffles are all outstanding. Its rare to have one dish be the best around but this place has several. Have not had a bad experience yet. It can have long wait times but I think its because its so good... worth the wait. It is pretty loud inside, the restaurant should look into sound dampening wall and ceiling treatments.

I would give this place 10 stars if I could. Their food is excellent and their staff is extremely friendly and efficient. Food is clearly made with high quality ingredients and they accommodated us (a party of 20) with great ease and professionalism. I will definitely be back and will recommend this place to anyone who wants to start their day with a hearty breakfast in a great ambience.

This place is amazing! The food is all fresh, and you can tell!! It might have been THE BEST Eggs Benedict Ive ever had! The salad couldve been tossed a bit more, but the pieces with dressing were delicious. Service was great too. We had to wait a while to be seated and to receive food, but thats understandable on a Sunday afternoon. Oh and they even brought a big bowl of water for my dog!

This location is new and the services and food is outstanding. The prices are reasonable so I recommend you try this location. They have outdoor patio seating so when its nice weather its very nice overlooking the pond

I usually love this brand and normally recommend, but not so much this one just yet. The advanced waiting list didn t seem to be very effective. Greeting and front staff could be more friendly, helpful and informative. Server was excellent and so was the food, but not enough to justify the wait and poor communication.
