We visited this restaurant today, but unfortunately, the experience was not as great as we had hoped. The employee didnt inform us about the kitchens closing hours, which left us hungry and upset when we couldnt place our order in time. To add to this, our beer was misplaced, further affecting our experience. That said, we understand it was the employees fourth day, so we hope things improve with time. Despite this, we do like the place and will visit again, hoping for a better experience next time.

I have been in here on multiple occasions where the some of the girl are not doing their job. And we have tried to give it chance after chance but today was the last straw when we are sitting at the table for 20 mins with out anyone greeting us but making nasty looks at us when it was clearly not busy I really wish they would get some better service. The girl had long black hair and was wearing all black. I hope they get better because again the food is great

This place is a home a way from home, where everybody calls you friend. Although there are only 2 pool tables, the crowd is able to cheer on everyone who wants to play. The best part of coming to this establishment is, hands down, The bartender Lauren. She is quick to serve with a smile and remembers what all of her regulars drink. If you re looking for a laid back place with The best bartender (Lauren) around, this is your spot.

6 times to this place and food still is terrible, had to send it back. Order wasn t even complete chicken was raw. The worst part was the server was high out of his mind. The bartender knew it and was trying to cover him for it. All the other locations are great, about this one. Go see Bailey down 423 and Legacy. Whataburger is better than the 423/380 location.

This is a good place for a sports bar vibe and it has a good indoor and outdoor seating. They have poker, snookers and other machine games too. Ambience is good. They have decent menu options for food and drinks. Food is ok but oily and smells oily. It may be good option for drinks. Customer service is ok. Price is also ok they have happy hours too.

The waitresses have the biggest attitude... they made me stand there and wait for them to finish their gossip about a client and then they looked at me and said yes...? Omg! I grew up in Iowa going to catfish fries. This catfish is beyond amazing. The closest thing I ve ever found to a fresh fish fry!!!!!!! Sweet potatoes fries were a TINNYYYYY bit under cooked. But the catfish MORE than makes up for that!!! I asked for extra tartar sauce. And never even opened it!

Didn t get to eat due to feeling like we were a burden to our poor waitress. Came in on a Sunday night for the Stars game 7. Lots of people but 1 server for the whole restaurant and after 15 minutes of waiting we left so we weren t another table for her. NO manager helping out and turns out the owner was sitting at a table with friends and not helping her in his own place. Very disappointed since it s new to our neighborhood, but with the lack of care to help their team I don t think we ll be coming back. I ll be sure to have my buddies in the hood call up to make sure there is more then One server. Left the poor waitress a tip anyway for our sodas to ensure she was taken care of since she was the only one working outside of the 1 bar tender. Sunday night 1 waitress and 1 bartender on game night. Owner sitting just watching and laughing with friends just don t understand. Very disappointed in our first and possibly last experience at our new neighborhood establishment.

Stopped for a Guinness and decided to have chips and queso. Queso came out cold. Asked for another queso and specifically for it to be heated up but it came out cold again. And I was charged for it. The bathroom was disgusting and hadn t been cleaned in god knows how long. Not recommended. Please note: the wait staff was very polite and sweet. It s just that the manager isn t paying attention to his operation.

Placed a pick up order, which I have done a few times b4. Provided my name, Drake, for the order, which is not a very common name. Walk up to the bar to pick up, and every bartender passes by me 3 times b4 I m even acknowledged. There was a guy close by who looked annoyed and impatient. Bartender brings his to go order, and I thought I heard him say Drake . Thought about saying something, but figured I misunderstood. Dude gives bartender his card, bartender brings it back to sign and says, Thank you Drake . That s twice the customer could have questioned it, but he leaves in a hurry. The bartender who took my order on the phone comes over and apologizes that another customer took my order by mistake. The customer was being rude to the staff and wanted his to go food. They prepare my food and bring to me. Honestly, I thought this mishap was worth some compensation (I did not expect it to be free). Nothing. Was the customer b4 me just not paying attention? What are the odds his name was also Drake? Not sure, but left a bad taste in my mouth. The burgers are actually really good, but I won t be getting another from there.

My husband and I have lived here since 2022 and tried this place a few times always trying to give it a second chance. We felt like it was over priced and the service was rude. Today we decided last minute we would swing through and give it another chance. We were actually very happy with our service. The prices seemed more reasonable and Nicki was amazing, along with the rest of the staff. The only critique would be that you need to refelt your pool tables so we would want to play.. We definitely will return very soon.

Management was unprofessional and lacked problem solving skills. Everything was the customer fault. Per other low reviews and responses by management, they are petty at best. Instead of taking a customers feedback as an opportunity to improve, management gets really angry and takes things personal. Food & drinks are basic. Menu pricing is vague. Service was pure garbage. Waitress was unknowledgable about menu items when asked about modifications. I was overcharged with no explanation and told I walked a ticket and I was charged a crazy amount for a tip due to their whack a$$ policy. I do not tip for persons who do not know how to follow up on an order and I was for damn sure insulted when told I walked a ticket. How do you walk a ticket but you were able to charge my card for a food order. There are better eateries in the area. This was not worth it at all.

This place has been a constant since I moved out to this area almost 2 years ago. Sean continues to provide excellent service no matter how busy the bar is. Melody is such a sweetheart and always gets you smiling when you come in. Lauren holds it down always, she is the reason I even came back. Also, come see Mercedes in the day time, she s a badass. Greg makes my heart smile. A neighborhood bar with a staff to love.

Tried Tailgaters for the 3rd time. And EVERY SINGLE time, we have been ghosted by our server. At one point it took 45 minutes for our server to come check on us (yes, we times it). We are usually a part of a party that is over two people and enjoy having dinner with plenty of drinks. We tip well and are patient and understand if the place is crowded. But we have to ask for our server to only be yelled at and then takes another 15 min to get our server s attention. But once we ask to cash out, it takes less than 10 minutes. It seems they only serve certain clients playing pool or you have to know the manager and be a close friend. I ve seen and talked other customers sitting around with the same frustration. Unfortunately, we will never return. They have a DJ, but I can t imagine the DJ makes any tips with an empty restaurant.

This new place in Frisco at Main and Legacy is the best in the area. The staff is fantastic and the food is great. The atmosphere is so warm and welcoming. The manager Bailey interacted with guest and that made things even better to see how the great service. I had the waffle and it was so fluffy and good with a compote on the side that tasted really good. I recommend this place you will love it.

Id recommend this place for affordable drinking while watching a game. They have an all day happy hour and daily specials that wont break the bank. However, the service is hit or miss. The servers were less attentive when there were less people which was interesting. The food left a lot to be desired. I wouldnt recommend the buffalo chicken wrap at all. There was very little chicken, it was more like a salad with a few pieces of diced chicken with way too much sauce rolled into a tortilla. The brussel sprouts were REALLY good and I would recommend those.

I use to work here, I m not going to sound like a disgruntled ex employee. But the management ran here is not the best. If you re the customer I do not blame you for being upset with the service provided. No proper training and care for the employees is provided for them to give the best service. As a franchise company they should know how to run a structured business and make sure everyone is on board, trained and have all angles covered. But all they do is make excuses and blame it on the little guy. Also Lauren the main lead over there is not an effective team player or leader and lets stress and controversy get to her easily and expresses it. It takes a team to make things work especially on a busy night. Do not go missing or be in the office when you see your team getting overloaded. There s a lot that needs to be fixed and it only can be done if they realize they have their own issues within. For the future of your business you need changes or you will continue looking like you never ran a bar before.

Met some fellow motorcycle enthusiasts there to sell them a bike I built, the beer was cold, but once our server realized we werent ordering food she became dissatisfied with the 7 of us at the table. I had to ask 3 times for her to get the table a second round of drinks. Thankfully, she either went on break or handed the table off to a very polite and attentive server who got 3 healthy tips when we split our check because no one wanted to let someone else get the tab. As for the establishment, it was clean and neat, run of the mill sports bar in a strip mall, beer was cold and not flat if that helps.

Just to start. It was a slow weekday afternoon. The place was not busy. Service was awful! From the time they took our order. Didnt come back to the table the entire time. Had to find condiments on another table myself. Not One refill on drink. The order was wrong! The buns were hard. The fries were stale. The food was not good! Had to go to the bar and get a bartender in order too get our check just so we could leave.

Ordered pizza they didnt even put sauce on it order the book burger and it was burnt asked if there was root beer and that guy there said they dont have root beer ask for other juices they said they didnt have any and all the time the table next to us ordered root beer and the food there is horrible the worst food I tasted they need to close that place down food is pizzas not even realize flatbread they charge a lot of money it came out cold. So far no complaints. Due to no fault of theirs, the roof has a leak and was damaging one of the pool tables. Didnt seem like the employees cared at all. So we/nobody else could use it... kind of sucks that the owner has employees who dont care if their stuff is being damaged. Not a good look. Update: this time around the leak was fixed and had a great time shooting pool. However it was hard to get service. Seemed like there was only one guy for the whole place

First of all who charges $0.25 for SODA WATER? I asked the bartender and he said owner makes them charge for mixers anytime they are running specials. Ummm, I didn t get a special. Include your expenses in the cost, this just makes you look cheap. Also, see the service charge AND the fee for credit card instead of cash. Service charge for what? Taking up a seat? Walking thru the door? I m not impressed. You can t keep any good bartenders because they see pretty quickly how bad this place is run. Stay far away from here. There are so many better options close by. In response to business owner reply: Very nice of you to dismiss my comments and say good bartenders mean free drinks. I actually never received a free drink from anyone - they were just attentive, unlike who you have now. We are friends on social because we came in so often. But glad to know you stalked my social media. I won t be petty and go back and forth on your other comments. First off, I ve read all the recent reviews, and don t believe the negative ones! Shannon was my server and she was exceptional! This establishment was fantastic. I was instantly greeted upon arrival and I was able to choose whatever seat I wanted. They made sure my Seahawks were playing on a screen that was directly in front of me. The food was excellent. I had the boneless wings. Choose whichever house-made flavor you want! The buffalo hot wings were impeccable. The atmosphere was exactly what I ve been looking for. This will be my new spot. I tip my hat to the wait staff and cooks. If you want somewhere to go that s easy and casual, go here! 5 stars all day.

Great sports bar atmosphere. My wife and I had the wings (buffalo hot and garlic Parmesan). The wings were perfectly cooked crispy outside, tender inside and well done. The wings were covered with plenty of sauce. Also the blue cheese dipping sauces were good and seemed fresh. We will return!
