This chapel is stunning beyond belief and photographs so elegantly. I am a photographer and have shot many weddings and this by far is one of my favorites to photograph. The staff is a dream to work as well. I would highly recommend. I recently was welcomed back to photograph another wedding at the Marty Leonard Chapel and man I honestly can say I don t think I ll ever get tired of coming back. It photographs so beautifully and the high ceilings add so much depth to each image. There is minimal to no decor needed if getting married here because it has so much to offer in itself.

A super nice place. If you want your ceremony to be romantic and cozy for you and your guests, this place is a good option. Also the lower part of the building is very complementary and accessible for people like the bride and her ladies who have to leave at the beginning of the ceremony.

We recently had our wedding ceremony at this chapel and it was absolutely beautiful! The acoustics made the music very pretty and it is perfect for 100-175 guests. We had around 145 and no one had a problem with finding seating. Everyone was great to work with at the chapel (Charles, Diana, etc.). Would recommend in the future!

Marty Leonard Chapel has always been one of my favorite wedding chapels. As a Fort Worth wedding photographer, this chapel is perfect for any size wedding. If you are looking to unite in marriage whether its an elopement or a traditional wedding, this is a must see venue. It fills up with a lot of light, but has a romantic touch to it as well. You can use different areas inside the chapel for portraits and also the outside grounds. A few favorite photo spots that I have are photos in the balcony to capture the grand essence of the chapel in the background and also the front of the chapel on the exterior to get the full view. You will need to go by and visit it to see for yourself!

This is an absolutely beautiful chapel. The grounds and architecture are stunning. I went to view as a potential wedding venue, but was told the wedding could be held there, but due to less than 100 guests it wouldnt be ideal to host a reception next door because they would have to put a wall up to divide the space. I was a bit confused as to that as many hotel conference rooms used as reception spaces do it all the time. Anywho, lovely grounds great for bridal pictures...$50 an hour, which isnt a bad deal.

This Chapel is designed by architect E. Fay Jones the same architect that designed the beautiful Thorncrown Chapel in Eureka Springs, Arkansas. He was a follower of famous architect Frank Lloyd Wright. The Marty Leonard community Chapel is in Fort Worth located next door to a Central Market. I attended a wedding which was beautiful. The inside of the chapel is amazing with a Gothic like ceiling made of glass and wood beams.

We had a truly wonderful experience with the Marty Leonard Chapel! The facility is beautiful! The architecture allows natural light to flood into the Chapel, the finishes are impressive, and the overall space comfortably accommodates 180-200 people. We loved all the unique areas in the Marty Leonard - the varies entry points, the gardens and fountains leading to the Chapel, the feeling of seclusion created by old trees, and sneaking a peek from the balcony before our wedding. The Marty Leonard staff works hard to accommodate everyone. As gay men and members of the LGBT community, we were a little nervous contacting venues, but the staff at the Marty Leonard was kind, inclusive, and friendly. We could not have asked for a better experience. Katherine and Charles were lovely every time we visited, called, or emailed. We highly recommend this venue for a distinctive yet traditional wedding experience in a chapel that is both unique and beautifully designed.

Great venue for a wedding. Easy parking. Short walk from parking to front of church so people with mobility issues may want a wheelchair instead of a walker to get there. Plenty of seating since there are benches as you would expect facing the altar, but also sections on each side of the bride and groom.

We had a great time at Marty Leonard Community Chapel! The staff was very accommodating and helpful! At first, you get a list of trusted resources. If they re on there, they re good! Katherine recommends getting a photographer off of that list because of the architecture and constant lighting changes...DO THAT. It s true. You need someone who knows what they re doing with that chapel. We chose Lyncca Harvey, and she s amazing! Anyway, it s inexpensive by far, and you don t have to decorate at all. The staff was very helpful on my wedding day, and made it easy to get married. We invited 200, and ended up with 140 showing. They all fit comfortably in the chapel. It was a great day. If you need to get ready there, do know that the electrical in the chapel is not equipped to handle lots of electricity in the outlets, so if you need to do that, find somewhere else to do it before you show up. There s plenty of room downstairs to do your makeup and change into your dress downstairs if you have to, but know that! It s an older beautiful building, that s why! Thank you so much!
