I highly recommend this place, the food is delicious, the atmosphere and the energy that is transmitted in this place is very pleasant, the staff is very polite and very attentive, our table was never unattended, even the manager of the place was very kind at our table, he served us wine and it was a very pleasant chat with him, we were delighted with the service they offer, although I read somewhere that it is a casual place but I would describe it more as elegant, I loved seeing that the people who come to the place dress with the formal and elegant dress code, the food was delicious, we really enjoyed dinner, thank you for serving us, we will return !

Overrated, overpriced, unsatisfactory menu, but with good and average chef skills. Helpful waitress that makes you decide over the poor overpriced menu choices. Not impressed. Price vs Experience is lacking. You better take notes of price tags because the competition out there is way better.

After visiting their counter part up the street. This location must be the step child of original location. Ambiance was ok nothing spectacular. Host staff wasnt friendly, tolerate of guest at best. Vincent our server was horrible!! Only took drinks and app order, saw him a combine 3 times in our 2 hr dinner. Kitchen Manager took our order. Didnt write down our order and of course messed up and forgot items we ordered. Honestly for the money they demand, the service doesnt match at all. Steak was good, mac and cheese dry, mashed potatoes dry had to add butter and cream to make edible. For the $400 check very little value did i see in this place. DO BETTER!

Hear me out. We were downtown for an event and came in for lunch. Everything was spot on an incredible. The manager came by and checked on us. Well we came back for dinner tonight and ir has been really bad. We had reservations at 7:30 and there is no hostess as the stand for 8 mins. Then we sit down and order. The waiter was excellent. Then we wait an hour for the rest of our food. So lunch shift was amazing. Night shift was awful

I m currently on a work tour traveling around the entire USA, and every city we go to a couple friends and I choose a spot to grab a burger We re looking for quality, value, flavor. It happened to be my turn this week in Fort Worth and I chose Del Frisco s, which was close to our hotel. Fortunately, I chose correctly! The burger was in the top three of probably the 50 or so burgers I ve had so far in the past year We all chose the filet mignon burger It had a great steak spice in the flavor. Perfectly done and complemented well with sweet potato fries. The meal was excellent value, and checked all my boxes! The only problem was that I didn t want to leave without having another delicious item from the menu So I chose the tuna tacos Again great value. Fresh and incredible flavor! Hands-down, one of the best restaurants I ve been to on tour and will look forward to trying the other locations now that I know what they re capable of The only question will be consistency and they can pull it off at another location.

Yuck. I ordered a Dry aged prime NY, been here before so I know the drill order it medium get it med rare or rare. So I asked the waitress for Medium well , guess its like that western movie Hell or high water, where they guys were forced to get medium rare stake. The crab cake appetizer was just 1 tiny cake 17$. not great for sharing. I ordered a garden side salad with blue cheese dressing and they coated it with Italian dressing and gave a side dish or Italian and a side of blue cheese. It didnt mix well. And to boot I asked for 2 butter sauces for the stake, 1 garlic herb and 1 truffle. Needless to say they out both on the stake overlapping. For my trouble I was offered a free dessert, but the appetite had vanished. The waitress was very attentive and nice. 5 stars for her and her attitude through this. Go ahead and like if you dont think the steak is medium well or medium.

We ate here last night for my husbands birthday and we found the food and service leaving much to be desired. It s just too pricey to be this mediocre. Our server was kind but I ordered a Sangria that never came and this was after my husband ordered an appetizer that never came. So I just didn t mention it.. we were over it. When my husbands steak came out he did tell the server about the appetizer and it eventually came mid meal. Let s start with the good..my friend had the filet burger she said that was good. My wedge salad was good. My husband had a steak that was good .. I tried it. Brussel sprouts were good. The steak and cheese eggrolls are pretty good. The wings were decent not amazing. The Mac n cheese is just ok. Nothing I had to have again. Espresso martini is made with decaf..awful. The mashed potatoes were INSANELY dry.. and dry overcooked lobster laid on top. No butter, garlic butter nothing. Just DRY! The bread pudding has no pudding to it. It is also really dry pieces of chocolate bread stuck together . Bland , dry and undelicious. Not even worthy to be called a DESSERT! Four of us tried it and hated it. The meal wasn t the worst..but add that to the poor service and it s a no for me. I wouldn t come back. Our money would ve been better spent at Eddie Vs

We had a reservation for 11 people. We were seated right away and then left alone for a long time. Like 10 minutes. Then, drink orders were taken and left alone again for another 10 minutes. Then drinks and bread came. Then 10 more minutes alone then orders taken. The steak in the steak salad was very tough and salty. Really, I only liked the sides. The truffle Mac and cheese was delicious. The creamed spinach was good. The mashed potatoes were good. The rib eye was salty and tough. The skirt steak was good. The desserts were good enough. The tacos were pretty pain and lacked flavor. I was disappointed overall.

I was a big fan of this place but after today I wont be back. My wife took me here for Fathers day and my wife is gluten intolerant/ has celiac disease she had asked if they had any gluten free bread. The server seemed unsure of what was available and it concerned me. She then brought my wife what they said was Gluten free. My wife eats some of the bread and comments how good it is for gluten free and next thing you know the floor manager runs up and asks if shes eaten any of the bread and that it wasnt gluten free. I let him know she has any extreme reaction, he was very apologetic and seemed truly concerned. We sat there for a bit and my wife started to feel bad. She ended up going to the restroom and getting sick from the reaction. They took all the food off of the bill and apologized but this is serious. If someone has a more severe reaction or they dont catch the person before they eat the food in time someone could get seriously sick or die. Beware! P.s. The food I had was fantastic for the record!

Our server, Alexandra Lexi, was great! Always attentive and helpful. Creamed spinach was lacking in spinach. Truffle macaroni was very good and aromatic! Cobb salad had the right amount of blue cheese and bacon crumbles. Jumbo crab cake was a single crab cake and not as jumbo as one would expect for the price. Steaks were cooked to perfection, medium-rare, as they should be. Chocolate torte and cheesecake were heavenly and complimented the richness of the meal and topped off the evening just right. The experience on the patio was perfect and the service was wonderful. Food, as always, was really good! I would highly recommend Del Friscos Grille for a special occasion!

For the pricing requested, restaurant is lacking in service and food quality. Spent over an hour waiting on order despite location being practically empty. Watched one server essentially handle every table in restaurant and the remaining staff stand around and do nothing. This was still better than the kitchen to which I assume had to have been fighting the crab I ordered to the tune of the loud 80s power ballads for this apparent upscale restaurant. Ordered the eggs benedict with crab cakes; Eggs were over poached and included breakfast potatoes were hard. To go and charge $30 for this is a bold choice.

We went here for our Valentines day dinner and were very disappointed. A couple of bites after we received our salads a server delivered our main course. My husband asked to return it to the kitchen so we can enjoy our salads. After few minutes our server brought it out again so we asked him to return it again to the kitchen. We felt like were being rushed. My husband ordered the grille salad. It has 2 pieces of unchop cold bacon. He didnt eat them because theyre not even crispy enough to cut in small pieces. My Caesars salad doesnt have any flavor but I didnt complain. I thought Ill let it go and hoped that my main course would be great. I ordered braised short rib and my husband had lemon dill salmon. His salmon tastes good but my short rib was very salty. The meat alone was already salty but add the cured olives and salty preserved lemon my whole meal was just like eating salt. Not sure if the girl I informed to was the supervisor or manager. She apologized and asked if I want something else. At that point with the flavor issues I had with the salad and short ribs I just didnt want to try anything anymore. They did took the short rib off our bill and asked if we want a free dessert which we declined. Not planning on coming back to this restaurant.

Absolutely horrible Christmas dinner. Not only did we wait over an hour after our reservation, the restaurant was out of nearly all steak and most sides. For the outrageous price we paid the food was cold and burned. When I asked for a manager supposedly there was not one available as multiple other parties were complaining. Unbelievable how horrible the entire experience was. Very disappointed

Casey was an excellent server! So kind, always had my drink refilled without asking, answered my 1000 menu questions, offered me a replacement meal when I didn t care too much for mine, consistently checked on our table, and kept such a kind positive attitude when having to work on Christmas. Food wasn t bad for what I tried! Limited Christmas menu since the stock was low so I can t judge their day to day menu! But exceptional service! Thank you!

We were there for Christmas Dinner, but most of the entrees were not available, unfortunately we had driven to the restaurant for around 40 minutes and and we had reservations, the manager on duty Brook was not just apologizing, but completely understandable and complimented our beverages and actually provided my wife an entree that they did have available! Although we werent able to get my steak she went the extra mile to make certain of her sincere desire to help ease our frustration! Merry Christmas Brook

I have been here several times and last night was very disappointed in the service I received. I ordered the salmon with asparagus. They gave me green beans and when I asked why they told me sorry, we are out of asparagus. Ok, I get that but it would of been nice to know instead of giving me something I did not want (or like!), although they were nice about it and the manger offered a different side it really would of been nice to know that before I ordered my meal.

We had higher expectations for the price point of this restaurant. The customer service was not great- we waited about 30 minutes before our server circled around to take our order. We got our food in a timely manner only for my husband to tell me not to move because there was a German roach that had made its way into the booth where we were seated. Would not recommend this restaurant and will not return.

Did you know they charge for a bottle of water? Even if you dont ask for it and its in the glass when you join your party. Do they bother to tell you? Nope. Just added a bottle to every single check for a party of 14. This is a joke and I definitely wont be coming back.. The food looked great, I didnt eat and still spent $30 with the water and one drink. If youve got the money, its probably ok.

The best part was the drinks. We were disappointed overall considering our bill was over $500. We ordered the braised short ribs and asked the kitchen to split our plate.. it came out with short ribs on the plate. When asked where the couscous and squash accompaniments we were told this was how it was served when asked to split a main item. We ordered heavy on the appetizers so werent that hungry. Overall it was a disappointment considering the money we spent.

So frustrated with our experience here. Food was average, but expensive. Water cost us $27. Water people! You know the free stuff that 99% of restaurants serve. We had to get to a concert, so we had to leave without speaking to a manager, but $9 a bottle for regular water, and we only drank 2. What a petty way to squeeze money out of people. We will never be back, way to lose two families forever, over such a chinzy money grab. Btw, the server never told us we would be charged for water.

PLEASE BE AWARE THAT WATER IS $9 PER BOTTLE HERE! The waitress never told our large table that water cost money, so we were billed $81 for water! They also brought out as many bottles as possible at the beginning, so we had a lot of water left over by the end of the meal. Most of the foods were decent but nothing spectacular. Food had a lot of inconsistencies with the salt. Some bites were edible, and then others were salty. We understand it was a large party and do appreciate the waitress taking care of our table. But for the cost, the food couldve been better. This place does have a nice view of Sundance Square. Would recommend this place for very small groups and couples, but not a large group due to a long wait.

Just dined here on a Sunday night. They were not busy at all. The food was excellent, but our expectation for service from an upscale restaurant was not met. We were not checked on often leaving our drinks empty. Our empty drinks and dishes were not picked up from the table. The manager, Jeff was attending to the table next to us resolving an issue. It would have been super easy for him to stop by and ask us how we were doing, but NOPE! Very disappointed in this night to celebrate our son s birthday. Not that they knew it was his birthday. Didn t even ask what brought us out like a lot of servers do. No personable service.

The New York Strip Steak with Truffle Butter was great. The truffle Mac was a little too rich for my taste, but I could see most enjoying it. Overall the food was great. The service, however, was not great. After we started eating, we were checked on the second we got food, and not again for almost 30 minutes. In that time period, I politely attempted to get the servers attention (he was tending to all the tables around us frequently) to no success twice. Specifically, I wanted to request a refill and the cobbler dessert to share with the other person with me, knowing it would be in limited quantity. Unfortunately, because he did not get to us until 30 minutes after the initial attempt to get his attention, the tables next to us received the very last of the cobbler. This was disappointing due to the fact that the cobbler was *the* reason we came, and was communicated to the server at the beginning of the dinner, Overall I was disappointed with the visit due to the service. Generally, I am not over-needy when it comes to service at restaurants, and understand the difficulty of working in the service industry on a holiday. I was disappointed to pay a total of $82 for a meal that had poor service. Despite this, I did not stiff the server (20% tip) considering he was probably given a poorly appropriated section that was too much to reasonably handle.

After work, I occasionally stop for a beer at the bar. This particular evening, I decided to order the filet mignon hamburger. It comes with 8 oz Ground Filet Mignon, Aged White Cheddar, Melted Onions, Baby Arugula, and Butcher-Cut Bacon. I dont remember any baby arugula, but I do remember the bottom slice of the bun was starting to get soggy. With a steak knife, I tried to cut the burger in half. I couldnt cut the bacon. When I bit into the burger, I couldnt bite through the bacon. I decided that management should know. I saw a younger man dressed in black with a man-bun. I waved and he came over. I began by saying I wasnt trying to get anyone in trouble, but the bacon was so hard it was inedible. I showed him a square of bacon and dug into with my fingernail to show him. He just said must be a bad cut of bacon. That was all he had to say. No pro forma Sorry it didnt meet your expectations. Nothing. He was smug. I was at a loss of words. Furthermore, I sensed arrogance and condescension. Im an older man (66) and I guess he might have thought I was complaining to get free food or something. Whatever he was thinking, it was not the customer is always right. I dont normally complain to management about anything. And this kind of interaction is why. The bartenders are nice and professional. The management team was not well represented, to say the least. I might try Razoos next time.

Sadly disappointed. Service was simply bizarre and bad. Very pleasant but simply not even on par to a burger joint. We knew our order upon arrival, ordering salads, steak and salmon, a side of mushrooms, and 2 desserts. I asked for a cup of coffee before my meal. Our salads came about 10 minutes later and shortly afterwards, my coffee. Some time later our meals, which were cooked to perfection, but no mushrooms. Two or three wait staff checked on us, we told them no mushrooms, but none appeared until we were done with our meals, and they were cold. Then my wife s dessert arrived and the staff person proudly brought us two forks. We smiled, thanked her, but asked where my dessert was. Asked again several minutes later, and again. Mine finally arrived well after my wife had finished hers. And never mind the coffee refill I had requested earlier. We never saw a manager and it appeared service was very slow all around us. The food was very good but we will not return. We had Thanksgiving reservations which will be cancelled.

I went here with my sister and brother-in-law to celebrate his 50th birthday. The restaurant was very hot. It was very uncomfortable. I asked the waiter multiple times why was it so hot well he came in with a picture of ice and put it in a machine, I guess which was an air conditioner in the corner of the room and filled it up with ice. It did not blow cold air like an air conditioner. Should it was hotter inside the restaurant than it was outside. Very miserable. I did not enjoy my dinner. The steak was cooked perfectly. I will say that. I did also speak to the manager about the air conditioner. He said that he would check the thermostat well I don t know if he did or not because it never got any cooler.

The Grille is not the Steak House. I went here with a large work group so my review may not represent the experience you would receive with a regular size party. Our group was large. That being said I was expecting more. Better service, better food and better portions. A few guys got their dessert before they got their steak. 3 hours later. I don t want to rag on them too much but I will. Half the steaks weren t prepared properly and the amount of time it took us to get served was crazy. It s a good social place. If your looking for a great steak. Go to the Steak house, not the Grille.

Watch out for the bait and switch and be prepared to be treated terribly. I was hosting three clients to dinner and I decided to order a bottle of Austin Hope Cabernet that was printed on the first page of the wine list where wines by the glass were shown, as well as the bottle price. The Austin Hope Cabernet was $62 and this was the bottle I chose. As I ordered it, I pointed to it and stated that I would like the Austin Hope Cabernet. The server brought the wine, presented it as Austin Hope, and proceeded to open it. Throughout the evening, we ordered another bottle of the same wine. Again, the server presented it as Austin Hope, which is again what I ordered. When the bill arrived, it was $200 more than it should have been and so in looking at the charges, I saw that I was charged $165, per bottle, of Austin Hope cabernet as opposed to $62 per bottle. I questioned it and the server said she would get her manager. I proceeded to tell the manager what I had ordered, and what I was charged, and he said that there was another bottle of Austin Hope Cabernet on the wine list that was $165, and that is what I was being charged for. I told him I did not order that other bottle, but I had ordered the bottle that I pointed out on the first page of the wine menu. He started to argued with me, and said his hands were tied, there was nothing he could do because we drank the wine. He then pointed to the menu and said that I had ordered it off of the wines by the glass page. I continued to tell him that yes, that is correct, because the bottle price was also printed on the same page. And that is the bottle that I chose. When I asked for his name, he said it was Jeff, when I asked for his last name, he refused to give it to me. It was not until I started to write down information that he blurted out his last name, which was Gregory. During this entire exchange, while I was disputing the charges, the server took my card and charged my corporate American Express the INCORRECT full amount. I was in shock. I made it very clear to him that I am not a wine sommelier, and how would I know that they had a different bottle that was presented to me with the same label? and consumed at the table with the same label of the bottle that I chose. How in the world would I know such a thing. Im no sommelier, so when this bottle was presented, I had no idea that there was another bottle, with the same label but a different year. After all, the bottle that I chose, didn t even show a year on the wine list page where I chose the wine!! This is FRAUD. The manager, Jeff Gregory, copped a lot of attitude and was absolutely the rudest person I have ever met. I have never been treated so horribly in an establishment. I am actually in so much shock about what happened. With this caliber of a brand, I would NEVER expect this behavior or treatment. Make sure you double check your bill. Or better yet, go to Whataburger! I spoke with another manager the following day, who gave me his direct supervisor s name at Landry s. Let s see if they do anything about this.

Im no sommelier, so when this bottle was presented, we had no idea that there was another bottle that was more than twice the price. When my colleague explained the error on the bill, they took her credit card and charged it anyway. This is FRAUD. The manager, Jeff Gregory, copped a lot of attitude. Beware, they don t know how to cook a medium rare steak . and they ll argue with you (apparently, I don t know what medium rare is).. The first steak was clearly cooked medium and the second they brought in was clearly cooked rare .and not seasoned properly. Service is very poor. Our waiter was MIA all night and I had to tell other guy that my steak didn t come out right. The manager didn t come to our table after I told the waiter I wasn t happy with the second steak.
