I highly recommend Elevate Property Improvement! We used them to clean our back patio stained concrete and our pool deck! The deck had not been clean since being built like 8 years before. Cameron did a great job and the price was very reasonable.

My family business Ross Pest and Lawn and I recommend Elevate Property Improvement for any pressure washing, window cleaning, or gutter cleaning services. The water pump on one of our trucks blew and stained one of our client s driveway. Elevate quickly responded to our request, provided excellent customer service, and cleaned up the mess for an affordable cost. Thank you to Cameron at Elevate for a great job!

Cameron was so fast to respond and he did a fantastic job cleaning out our gutters, one section of which had a large ant colony while another was growing a plant. Yikes! Will definitely hire him again in the future and highly recommend!

I had a pretty bad mold problem I the outside of my house. Thats is gone now. My sidewalks and driveway are bright white again. I highly recommend Elevate Property Improvement.!

Cameron is amazing! He communicated well, showed up early and knocked out the whole house quickly. My driveway and walkway had 30+ years of grime and junk and now they look new and bright. Competitive pricing and super easy to work with. Would recommend with out hesitation.

Hi neighbors! Just wanted to take a minute to give a BIG shoutout to Elevate Property Improvement for coming to our rescue yesterday! We have been wanting to get our gutters, windows and driveway washed forever. They were in serious need Cameron Ginger came to save the day, and worked some serious magic for us! I m so thankful we were able to do this finally, and save our gutters from needing replacement, because my gosh he removed a literal ton of yuck from up there! If you need the same services (or even others) we HIGHLY recommend them! Excellent, thorough, and impeccable! You will be glad you called them!

Weve had Elevate wash windows for 3 of our properties, and they did fantastic work for a very reasonable price! We live in an old, historic house (100+ years old) with more than 40 windows. The upstairs windows hadnt been washed on the outside in 20+ years. No exaggeration. Looking through them was like looking through fog; there was SO MUCH grime and dirt built up, not to mention paint splatters from previous paint jobs, etc. We werent even sure they could be cleaned. But then Elevate came out and actually managed to get them beautifully clean! We are so thrilled! Since then, we also had them back to do two rental houses that we own, and now all 3 properties are looking great! Additionally, Cameron (the owner) is incredibly responsive, friendly, and professional. His bid/quote process is clear, with no hidden surprises. We definitely recommend Elevate Property Improvement!

The difference before and after cleaning is something that has to be seen to be believed. We thought the outside was fine but after EPI was through things were shining, and our business presents much more professionally as a result. Its the little details that matter, and Elevate paid attention to detail. We appreciate it greatly, and look forward to utilizing them for years to come.

We were blown away with the level of service we received from Elevate Property Improvement. Not only was the job done thoroughly, but we were asked to make sure everything was done to out satisfaction. Our windows have never been cleaner, our gutters are all cleared out (including the rock that our kid likely threw up there) and the leaves have been bagged up. Would highly recommend. Before the work even started I got an itemized estimate, so we could decided on exactly the work we wanted done. Through and through a wonderful service.

Elevate Property Improvement is a great company managed by great people! You have to take care of your property, otherwise, you WILL have to pay big money one day on major repairs. Avoid spending the big money and get Elevate out to upkeep your investment (property). They do excellent work and go above and beyond. Quality and reliability is in everything they do, whether it s power washing, cleaning gutters, or anything else you need to keep your property looking good and in great condition.

This local business came in and did a great job on the house. For sure looks cleaner on the outside and helps keep the value of the house. Cleaned up the flower bed for us as well. Well for sure have them back soon to have them put up Christmas lights on the house. Prices are very reasonable as well!
