We normally love the pizza and burgers at Old Chicago. Today salad was part of the special. We both got sick withinan hour of eating the salad. Very disappointed. The house salad greens were bad, warm and should have been kept in the refrigerator for one and disposed of if they were expired. We will not be eating salad there ever again. Very disappointed in the poor quality of the food. Tried to contact the store through the app and their firmat didnt work. It should not be this difficult to notify them so that someone else doesnt get sick.

We drove an hour from the country into Ft. Worth for dinner & a movie. The food was excellent. But the waiter, Chris, was severely lacking. Someone else had to refill our drinks. At the end, we showed we needed the check. He came in 5 minutes to ask if we needed a box, which was perfect, we d be able to make the movie (we didn t need a box). 15 minutes later we had no check. I found someone else to give us a check. 10 minutes later, the check and our card wasn t taken yet. So I went and found someone to cash us out. The movie was only 2 miles away, but we missed the movie because it took 30 minutes to get a check and pay. And that was only because I asked someone help us. Other tables with different wait staff came in after us, and left 30 minutes before us. Great chef, poor waiter, others had responsive waiters.

The service was wonderful!!!! It was a little warm upon arrival due to their ac being fixed but it was tolerable. My mom enjoyed her food (pizza) and our side salads were great. My chicken parm was flavorless though. Im glad we gave them a try and Im sure we will be back.

I went thinking that this was Chicago-style pizza. It is not. Their pan pizza is decent. Taste like old school pizza hut deep dish cooked in the cast iron pans. Great beer selection and great service. They should add a real Chicago pizza to the menu since they have it in the name.

I am a Chicago pizza snob. Period. I had a sausage and onion personal pan pizza. The crust was great along with the sauce and cheese but the sausage is not right. Must be the spices are missing. To be fair, i have not had a sausage pizza i can talk about in Texas yet. My niece had chicken parm and the breading on the chicken was cooked to long almost burnt. Chicken Ceasars salad was good and a Burger and fries were ordered. Wheelchair accessibility: I saw a gentleman with a wheelchair eating there

The food here was so bland and nasty. We ordered thin crust and it was fairly thick compared to what thin crust really is. The pizza had no flavor and we even let the manager know. We did not ask them to take the food back or ask for a discount but we were genuinely wanting to express that the food was not what was being advertised and they didnt seem to care.

Ok this place is something else. My wife and I order 2 pizzas Double Deckeroni and Meat Me. What thy dont tell you is these are basically personal pizzas...we bought these being new to the area and wanted try them out but $30 for 2 medium pizzas is insane! This was for family night...not gonna happen with a family of 5!! The pizzas were not fresh at all zero cheese pull barely any toppings...you know its bad when you have 2 totally different pizzas and cant tell which is which because they were the same basically! And I was literally there 10mins before the time they said it would be done. None the less I had to chose spend another $30 for 2 more pizzas or go to Lil Ceasers and still buy another pizza...of course I went to Lil Ceasers. They really should show ppl at least for comparison so you know.

Lovely server! Amzing food and good drinks! We had the chance to get a new server who was in training and she did her best to take care of my family and I while we where dining! She made sure we didnt run out of soda and was very polite with our severe autistic family member! When we expressed the concern over the sprite just being carbonated water she quickly came back with a substitute drink and when the sprite was fixed offerd us the new sprite! All in all 10/10 will recommend and will eat again!

The name of the place is Old Chicago, I ask my pizza to be cut Chicago style, didnt happen, I called my order earlier to be picked up much later, they put the order in anyway. Here is the kicker, they want a tip, by the way thats everywhere you go, and Im ok with that, but management has to tell these people, they most provide good service, or at least get the order right. They screw everything up, bad service to boot and theyre upset when theres no tip on the receipt. Go figure!!!!!

Old Chicago is a favorite! Friendly staff, great beer selection, really good food - AMAZING pizza! Fully customizable, too! And fairly priced. Our favorites are the Sicilian Pizza Rolls, deep dish Double Deckerroni with roasted garlic, the Crafted Beer Burger, and the Roasted Chicken & Apple Walnut salad. Yall... that salad... so good!! The only drawback is that the tables are close together and theres no acoustic dampening. It can get loud when theyre busy. We usually go at off-peak times but will still go on a Friday night if were craving pizza. Worth it! If you havent been, please go. You will not regret it!

I especially liked that when I sat down and told her the styles of beers I liked she immediately made suggestions and let me taste what was on tap. On top of that, later I was having trouble deciding what type of pizza I wanted and she suggested something that wasn t even on the current menu! I think it was the Italian grinder , it was AMAZING! I will definitely be going back and highly recommend!

The food is not bad, but you have to get past the lousy hostess service, unnecessarily loud music, screaming bartenders, and understaffed waiting service. We just finished an overseas assignment in Israel where customer service at restaurants has the reputation of being the lousiest on the planet. Since returning to States 3 months ago, we have enjoyed the customer service at all restaurants except OLD CHICAGO at Presidio. On the first visit, we endured all aforementioned grievances along with landscape of unclean tables. Last night we hoped to be met with redemption at OCP. Instead, my wife and I were immediately UN-GREETED by two attractive teenage hostesses. Puzzled at the rebuff, we asked for assistance but got a mouth full of attitude. My wife asked for the manager, who must have performing duties as for the understaffed waiting service as no one materialized. However, I was done with the teenage hostesses and we left. There are so many choices of restaurants in our area to put up with lousy attitude and wonky atmosphere. Not to mention that life is too short to deal with poor customer service and mediocre experiences. We wont be back.

I say no, dont worry about it, she says, you can order some Calzones to go if youd like. No thanks... we spent over $50 on dinky pizzas that has given us diarrhea for 24 hours straight. Honestly, one of the worst experiences I ve had. Zero service. Pregnant girlfriend and I sit down, to which the server greets us. Order large think crust double decker pizza, got a hand tossed one. Server asks us if we needed bigger plates for the pizza - we say yes please. 10 minutes ). No silverware/napkins (also had boneless wings). Had to get up to ask for the roll up and plates. Charged us $0.50 for ranch after waiting all that time. Never refilled drinks (or even offered - I would ve ordered a second margarita). Server touched the table as few of times as possible. Meanwhile, server was sitting at a different table on their phone texting. Horrible service. Wrong pizza. No plates/follow up. I work in hospitality and can confidently say this was one of the worst services I ve ever received. I take pride in never tipping below 20%. This was negligence though, not a bad day.

First time trying this place and will never return nor recommend. Went in Monday around 9pm and immediately got a bar vibe more than a restaurant. However there were more than one family in there with children so we gave it a shot. Food was mediocre at best and were very small portions for the price. And the wait time was ridiculously long. And on top of that, the belligerent guy sitting at the bar yelling and cussing over a Rangers Game was the icing on the cake. Great first impression!

This was our first time here and I was really looking forward to it, but was disappointed and probably won t return. I ordered the Chicago 7 calzone (no sausage or mushrooms, sub extra pepperoni and another veggie) and my husband got a personal pizza. Our waitress asked if we wanted ranch with our food, and we said yes. During after she walked away, we looked at the menu and it said side sauces are $.50 extra (which was not mentioned). Then after a while, our waitress returned saying they had to re make my husbands pizza because the cooks didn t set the temp right on the oven. Well I said when she came back that if mine was ready, to go ahead and bring it. She brought it out and it was barely warm. Soon after my husbands pizza followed. So essentially my food sat while they re made his food. Not sure how much more cold it would have been if we haven t asked her to go ahead and bring mine out. We told her and she offered to have the kitchen re make it but I was tired and didn t want to wait. She said she would tell the kitchen about mine being cold but that s it. No manager visit, nothing else else said . Common sense should be to re make mine if his had to be re made. Food was good, I m sure better if it had been warm to hot. Then come to find out, she charged us to sub out the sausage for more pepperoni and the veggie sub, but NEVER TOLD US. I even asked her and she said it shouldn t be a problem. There needs to be more transparency.

THEY ARE RUNNING A FAKE RESTAURANT ON UBER EATS! LEOS ITALIAN KITCHEN. I usually order the food and its good but tell me why my spaghetti was half the portion it normally was and I still paid fill price??? I understand inflation is at 11% but a 50% cut in the food portion while being full price is criminal! Low and behold I search for leos Italian kitchen and its not even real its this place running as a fake name.

Me and my family wanted to come eat at Old Chicago at 8:50pm to celebrate my niece graduation. It wasn t busy at all so that was a good thing there was like 12 of us. Me and my family are the first to arrive and we asked the Host/waitress about the large party coming She already knew cause someone already called a head. Right off the back we didn t feel welcome cause two waitresses started saying they didn t want our table in front of us. We just let it go and sat at the table they gave us. About 5 minutes later my brother and his family arrived. Still not busy in the restaurant. We get waters and our order taken. After we asked our waitress a few different times for water she acknowledged but never came back. It was getting later and later and still no food finally my brother call for a manager and asked what is taking so long. First he wants to start off by saying it s the way the put in the order then he proceeded to say they are short staffed. My daughter got her calzone first and was almost done before my other daughter got her Alfredo pesto pasta. Then maybe another 10 mins or so me and my husband finally got our pizza. Which it was already 10:30pm by that time I just wanted it to go and my 17 month old granddaughter was already getting fussy. The worst part was the waitress didn t even check on us or even apologize for the long wait or anything. I would totally understand if it was super busy. It s sad to hear a manager say sorry there is nothing he can do about it. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM WAIT STAFF AND MANAGEMENT.

Cant do 4 1/2 so i will go with the 5 star. Dont think it deserves less than that 4 1/2. Visited this place yesterday, ordered some pizza and really enjoyed the pizza. I had a veggie pizza with their thin crust and super good. we also ordered a meat lover pizza with cauliflower crust and well the crust, not so great. We had someone with GF allergies. But overall, the pizza is delicious. The staff was friendly and a little slow to attending you but it seemed they were a little short handed. Vegetarian options: Veggie pizzas available and GF Crust. Parking: no issues with parking Kid-friendliness: They have kid menus, mac n cheese was good

I don t know if Emma our server was having a bad day or was tired or needs more training but it s bad that we waited almost 15-20 minutes to get our order taken. And at no point did she offer refills. Hid in the back somewhere most of the time so if we had questions we couldn t even ask her cause she wasn t around. Love this place but she needs better training :(

We were greeted upon entry by the hostesses. We advised we were going to sit at the bar. The bartenders were nice & attentive. The lady with the longer brown hair made excellent drinks. Plus she shut the garage window when a child was screaming her so loud. Shes like if her parents arent going to discipline her, well just close this door so yall dont have to listen to it. By far my fav bartender ever for doing that! We ordered the jalapeno pretzel bites, do not recommend. Theyre not that good & theres not too many of them. The Chicken Tai hand tossed pizza was excellent.

Ordered a 9 piece Chicago 7 to go over an hour before they closed on a Friday night. Order said pick up at 11:26. Picked it up before 11:30. Got home at 11:40 and the pizza was ice cold. The underside of the pizza was soggy too. I was disappointed with the very small size of the pizza for paying $14. Definitely my fault assuming the 9 piece pizza would be regular pizza slices and not tiny squares, but the pizza seems small for the price.

I tried two different styles of the pizza, being from Chicago myself I can tell you that none of it came even close. We also tried the Detroit style which has much butter flavor and texture but still doesn t come close to the other Detroit style places around town. If they were doing a half off special for happy hour I would probably go & get the Detroit style and enjoy a drink. Otherwise I would spend my money somewhere else.

Big shout out to our wonderful server, Adrianna, who made our visit great! With all the menu changes throughout COVID, I thought they had discontinued making one of my favorite cocktails; however, she asked the bartender and to my surprise, they were still able to make it! We ordered 2 rum berry limonees and some delicious pizza. They have more than just pizza though! I personally have had their pasta and calzones and thought they were pretty good. Lots of beer to choose from. Give this place a try!

Love the Italian Nachos. Great sharable food. UPDATE 1/2023...This has become a classic run-of-the-mill chain restaurant. Old Chicago no longer offers a Chicago Deep Dish option. The food, Italian Nachos and thick crist pizzas, seemed to be very salty which leads me to be believe the quality of their ingredients has gone down. All told, the food was okay, but just okay. The name Old Chicago is a huge misnomer. It should be called Old Corporate Chain.

Just terrible, we drove one hour to get here so I pre-ordered a deep dish pizza which shouldve taken 40 minutes to bake. After an hour drive guess what no Pizza. Our order never was put in and honestly Management seemed like it was no big deal... We just left and I even paid for the soft drink that I did not even drink. A great night turned into a great disappointment...manager offered a dessert and I did accept, as a business owner I wouldve offered more than a desert for a two hour round trip. Hope customer service improves at this place!!!

We were in on a small family trip and kids wanted pizza. It was a Saturday night, and it was busy. Our waiter (Brae) was amazing and very quick to refill drinks, was polite, and really enjoyed his job even after he had been there all day. We loved the kids menu and that it provided fun games for us to play at the table while we waited for our food. Food was amazing as well, will definitely go back there to eat next time we are in the area. Kid-friendliness: Love the kids menu and that it provided games for us to play while waiting!

1st thing I have to say is.... if theyre not going to offer Chicago style pizza, they REALLY need to change the name of their business. Needless to say we were HIGHLY disappointed when our pathetically small Old Chicago pizza (according to their menu) arrived to our table. Then the waitress even had the audacity to admit this was a regular occurrence. Well if you know this usually happens, why didnt you let us know when we placed our order. Pretty bad overall experience. Needless to say, well never return.

My first time eating here and I was super excited based off the pictures I seen online. When I got my pizza and opened the box first thing I noticed is that the pizza looked burned. And once I bit into it, it was super dry. I m starving so I ll eat it. But first impression is everything. It could be an off day but I will not recommend or return.

We were seated while they were not very busy. Our table was next to the wait station where staff kept walking by, and walking by. Surprisingly, nobody ever paid attention to us. After 15 minutes of being ignored, and not even asking a drink order, we got up and left. Went a block over to a Mexican restaurant and were seated immediately in a busy place, chips brought out immediately and drinks ordered on the spot. Within 5 minutes dinner ordered. So many good options in DFW people need to realize it s the service that differentiates you from the others.
