Unfortunately, they were not able to help me. I dont know how hard they tried, but the communication was just not there. I was not receiving an update, but they said they would contact my insurance, but my insurance said they never received a call. But my insurance said the same thing, so I dont know. I had to call them in order to receive an update because they were not getting in contact with me. Even after I requested a call, I never got one.
