I came to here. The lady helps me that is a legal assistant. She seems help at first and I so appreciate her. I provide for her every information such as pictures, records, insurances from both sides. But after few months still not hear anything back from her even a phone call. So I needed to call her back and ask about my case, she said to wait, she also said she did not receive any information from me...?? WAIT? Why dont you save the clients information? You still can find back by email though???? I provide everything AGAIN for her and yes, it was a big delay for me. Then she said my case is hard, you need to wait for long, she said her lawyer need to solve other big cases first. If you cannot do it, just let me know at the first time, I will find another one, just wasting my time in this business. I know you guys have a lot of cases to help. But I am also your client, even my case might not big like other but I came for the help not to see the ignorance. How can you solve my case without saving the information? I don t even receive a care from them!!!! POOR SERVICE lead to poor business :)

It did not seem like a professional job on the part of this law firm after 6 months of working with them of medical appointments and therapy to tell me that they are going to abandon the case that they are not going to continue gives a lot to think about if justification just to expect a letter saying why they are dropping the case

I was referred to Rad Law Firm from my work at Modani. Thanks to Mike Mitchel, who took care of our case. Our accident was so tragic & sad. After speaking to the insurance companies on the day of my accident, it became evident that I would need to hire an attorney. I contacted Alfonso Herrera at Rad Law. From beginning to end, Mr. Herrera zealously advocated for my best interest. Throughout the entire process, he promptly addressed my questions and concerns. He made sure I received the medical care I required without having to worry about paying out of pocket. In the end, I received a fair settlement which not only took care of my medical expenses, but also compensated for my pain and suffering after the accident. Everyone from the receptionist to the legal staff are exceptional. They were all working towards the goal of settling my case. I was constantly kept up to date. You get the feeling that you are their only case.

Completely mishandled from day one. Never got settlement 3 years and counting. Attorney promised cash money in your pocket but never delivered! Beware Beware. Very shady partnership with chiropractors and DRs referred. Be aware. Next call to Tx Attorney Board.

I had my first accident and did not know what to do afterwards. Thankfully, after calling Rad Law Firm they were able to take care of everything. It was like a weight lifted off my shoulders. They were professional and explained everything very well. There were times where we didnt hear from then in a while about our case but a quick call assured us that our case was being taken care of and they explained why there had been a wait.

My case was resolved in 4 months afer a car accident and I had my check in hand at that point. Rad Law Firm is great about negotiating fees to bring more $ into my pocket. I appreciate the help with doctor referrals also. I unfortunately, got into another accident this past year in December and now that it is May, my final claim has already been billed to the insurance. Looks like this will be resolved shortly as well.

I hired the Rad Law Firm after a truck accident and it took a long time, over 3 years for the case to settle so I could move on with my life. The attorneys I worked with were very professional and sympathetic to what I was going through. Ana and Phyllis were absolutely amazing, anytime I had a question I would either call or email them and they would get me answers very quickly. Phyllis always touched base with me to make sure I understood the process and I never felt like I was out of the loop. This law firm cares about their clients, i hope I never have to hire an attorney again but if I do I know that the Rad Law Firm will always be my first choice.

I was in a wreck September 2017 I came to Rad law firm this is my second time using them the first time me and my bf was in a wreck and he didn t like them due to us having to always call them to me I felt that I would try them again this second time and I had to always call them I would speak with the assistant who constantly never knew what was going on so I would speak with the actual lawyer on my case Magdalena and I felt that she was helpful at first than she started not returning phone calls I pray that I never have to end up in another wreck if that is the case I wouldn t use Rad again . I don t think the client should constantly have to call the law firm to get updates weeks after never hearing from them they should at least contact the client to let them know what s going on since they do work for us

At first the process seemed to be going very well and then all of a sudden it started slowing down. I didnt get a big of a settlement that i felt i should. But i guess overall they were very helpful.

My case was finally completed 20 months after my accident. The first lawyer I spoke to was Ana. She was very professional and went out of her way to help me on a separate issue regarding the accident. Once the case was transferred to the litigation lawyer, Brett, my case slowed down to an almost complete halt. Maybe his case load is too heavy because once I began hounding him and his assistant, he seemed competent and my case started moving forward. I ended up with a small settlement that required mediation from an outside person which lowered the payout of my settlement. Brett and his assistant did not meet my expectations. They would repeatedly ask me for paperwork that I had already submitted and also asked me to do research on the accident, which I felt was their job. I did not receive my settlement until 3 months after we came to an agreement. I also did not receive any confirmation or follow up. I logged in to my account and it just showed up one day. While Rad Law Firm is not the worst, Im not sure its the best option. I am happy that the entire ordeal is finally over.

I dont know how other people rate. But I hate the lady who is legal assistant works in Fort Worths office. Maybe she thought all Vietnamese dont know anything about the law so she treat us like SH... Im an educated person, Im the Xray-Technologist. When my sister come to see her first time, she said everything she would take care. Actually, my sister had car accident, she had neck and lower back pain after the MVA. The legal assistant told her go to Chiropractor. His name is Thien. His offices in Watauga. (She and this guy have connection, and he treats patient like S.. also). I received mail from insurance which said insurance wouldnt pay for our medical bill. I asked legal assistant several times to make sure before my sister went to chiropractor. She said dont worry, just go, she guaranteed the insurance must pay for my sisters medical bill. After while, the insurance deny, so she said she couldnt do anything, and also she didnt tell me that she guaranteed insurance pay for my bill. Oh seriously??? If she didnt say that, my sister wouldnt go to Chiropractor. Ok Fine, no choice, we must pay for that..... We asked her what option we should do to ask insurance pay for our medical bill. She said her lawyer will take care this case. After 3-4 months, we still didnt hear anything from her so we give up because the insurance must close our case. NOT RECOMMENDED TO ANYONE!!!!!!
