I can not PRAISE Mr. Abraham Lopez enough! He was assigned to me as a pro-bono lawyer for my DWI case and did not treat me like some have-to-do client! He got my case from a Class A to a Class B (which is huge because you can t get a class A off your record but you can a B) had me on route to finish all my classes before court (the classes they make you do during probation) which made me look super great to the Judge and had all my community service waved because of it! He did so well I Hired him for my ALR process and he got me my Occupational License with ease! He always took my calls and emails promptly! Abraham Lopez represented my deaf friend in both a felony & misdemeanor case. Mr. Lopez kept telling him he had a good chance of winning and he supported my friends wishes for a jury trial so he could prove his innocence. During the 7 months, my friends lawyer would encourage him not accept the deals the prosecutor would offer and wait to go to trial. He also made it almost impossible for my friend to get an interpreter until I got Deaf Services of Texas involved, even then he got an interpreter who told him and the judge she was not the appropriate interpreter for Tim. So, on June 5, 2023, the lawyer ran out the clock, scared him into pleading guilty and he will be on probation for 10 months. Get a court appointed attorney, they will help you more.

My attorney was Abraham Lopez! I am beyond satisfied with his representation! This has been a very stressful situation for me, I hired two attorneys before him they were pressuring me into taking pleas I did not want at all and very pushy with me. Mr Lopez actually took the time to LISTEN to me and worked out a great deal! That two ther attorneys were not even offering! He Got my DWI to a class B instead of a class A!!!! Less fines and fees and I feel great about this outcome! I m so glad I hired him he treated me with the upmost respect explained everything I never felt rushed or pressured! He is amazing! When all firms fail you. Go to Canas and Flores. I lost hope in my case with two other law firms that gave up on my case because i fell through the stairs in my apartment complex. They avoided both firms as much as possible, which eventually they gave up. I went to Canas and Flores when i had nowhere else to turn. I had Stephen Horton represent me.
