I had a wreck, and was referred to Adam. From the very beginning, he and his team made me feel completely comfortable putting my case in their hands. My wreck was a result of an unlicensed, uninsured, teenager, in someone elses vehicle, pulling out in front of me, and the rest of flowing traffic. This incident caused a break in my sternum, and a loss of almost 2 months of work. All I was really concerned about was making sure I wasnt going to be the one left with the medical bills. Adam and his team started addressing this on Day One, and started addressing issues like vehicle replacement, initial (ER) medical expenses, and lost wages. It took a well for everything to be wrapped up, which is fairly standard when dealing with insurance companies (especially when one of them insured a vehicle that a non-licensed driver was operating), however, in the end, I not only had all of my bills covered, but was also able to replace my totaled vehicle with a new one. I have nothing but positive reviews for Adam and his team, and I would recommend them to anyone. They went way about what would normally be expected (in part from having to deal with the VA) and in the end, I could not have asked for a better outcome. Thank you, Adam! Well done!

Want to try to take care of it by yourself without an attorney? I tried that too... Bad idea! Want to at least give it a try on your own first, and see how it goes before calling an attorney? Yep, I made that mistake too...The clock is ticking, and not on your side. You need to get professional help after an accident ASAP. The insurance companies want you to sign a few routine forms. Yep, I made this mistake too... Dont do it without first consulting an attorney! Hoping the insurance company will just do the right thing and take care of you? Good luck. But the accident was clearly someone elses fault. Surely the insurance companies will have to do the right thing, wont they? Again, good luck. Not sure who to call? Neither was I, but now I know... I sustained a life changing eye injury when a shipping company hit me. I was recommended to this law firm by a friends attorney in California. Best decision I have made. My family suffered an immeasurable loss when my Father and best friend was tragically killed in a collision with an large truck. After the initial shock and weeks of soul searching our family decided we needed to seek any and all available forms of justice to hopefully have something good and healing come from this event. I met Jason and Tracy while looking for Legal Representation. If it wasnt for the excellent attention to detail provided by Tracy and Jason, the outcome would not have been as great as it was. I could not have been more pleased with the way that I was represented from Jason Stephens. I felt as if he truly took the time to know my family and I on a more personal level to know what we had been through and what we were going through. I was represented by Jason Stephens on my personal injury case. From the moment we walked into his law firm we knew Jason was the lawyer for this case. He was honest, professional and treated us with respect. Once he got a statement from me, he traveled to the accident site in Nocona to obtain evidence. His assistant Tracy Heffner was there anytime we needed information about the case and kept us updated as the case was being settled. You take a horrible situation, like a car wreck, add in a significant injury that requires surgery to repair, compound that with months of pain and sprinkle it with insurance companies that want nothing more than to ensure that they are paying as little as possible, if anything, for their insureds mistake. It makes for a really bad day. John is straightforward, honest, direct and up front about the realities and challenges of the filing a suit. He worked diligently to ensure that I was not only protected but that I was being treated fairly by the insurance company. He was able to, with limited expenditure of time and effort on my part and next to no drama, take a bad situation and make it significantly better. I could not be more satisfied with the outcome and could not recommend another attorney more highly.

Jason Stephens 5 star rating was not given, but earned. All attorneys have knowledge of the law, but he takes it to a completely different level and Ill tell you why. Thoroughness,attention to the smallest details, professionalism,understanding, compassion, hes a pitbull negotiator and much more. I cant say enough about his or Tracys skills in dealing with complex issues. After a traumatic long term injury he changed me from a life of poverty to a very comfortable retirement. Not many attorneys would have went the extra mile, but he did and for that I am forever grateful. So if your lawyer shopping like I had to do your first and biggest mistake would be to pass up Jason. Hes the man for the job.

I couldnt be more pleased with my legal representation by Jason Stephens. From the day I called his office and initially spoke to his paralegal, Tracy, to the day my case was settled, the entire team was understanding, compassionate, diligent, and knowledgeable as to current law. It is difficult to know what to do after a traumatic and debilitating motor vehicle crash; however, they are excellent at patiently taking you through the process from start to finish.
