My wife and I were in town for a car show and she has always wanted to go to Billy Bob s. I ve been a few times before and really enjoyed it. My wife and I had the best night ever! The staff was incredibly accommodating and welcoming. Our service all night long was five star. Ernest happen to be playing that night so was a huge bonus for us.

Went here to see the Southern rock band 38 Special. (Great show!) The audience sits at tables, $$ or general admission and stands. Its a HUGE place, very western/cowboy themed. Bars all over the place, live bull-riding, souvenirs, western wear shops.

Went here for XKO Fight Night 2024. Amazing service, lots room to schmooze, dance, and see some great Knockouts. Beer and drinks are a bit pricier than a typical bar, but the atmosphere and experience makes it worth it. Be sure to have Angela as your server during the week she is awesome.

Never Great as a pure concert venue but its Billy Bobs...music sounds good but seating is always wosky. Beers cheap. Lots to do. Honky Tonk kitchen is actually decent food and perfect for soaking up whiskey and Shiner. Always fun but if you wanna dance you cant do it in reserved seating so stick to GA by the big dance floor.

Would have loved to have seen this venue, normally I wouldn t leave a 1 star when I haven t been in a venue however we wandered around the venue for quite some time (with 3 other groups of people) trying to get in, all open lights were on and signs were out. Another group rang and the staff informed them that there was a private function on. Put a sign out saying that and there would be no issue! In response to the owner: there was A frames out front which you can see in my image. It advertised open for lunch daily this is not the appropriate signage

Took a visitor from Ireland and they were astonished at the size! We had a great time wandering around, and taking in the history of all the famous acts who have played there! Enjoyed a couple of games of pool. Unfortunately, we couldnt stay for the rodeo, but will definitely include that on our next visit.

Such a great concert venue! It s small and intimate but also so open to stand wherever. The lines move quick and there s bars scattered around the inside. It was however difficult to find the merch - no signs or anything. Also there s TONS of parking around so I don t imagine that s usually a problem on weekdays.

I have been to BB s a few times over the years and wanted to share the experience with my new wife. We drove 6 hours to get here , paid $17 for parking at the Stockyards, walked 4 blocks in 103° heat only to discover them closed for a private event at 7 PM on a Wednesday night. There was absolutely no notice on their website mentioning they would be closed, and no one informed me when I called the day before. The world s largest honky tonk turned into the world s largest let down

Unfortunately I will not be buying seated tickets for a concert again. They are very unclear on their website and unless you are sitting in section A, B, or C you do not have access to the bathroom or bar without walking through the crowd and they will not let you step over the small chain to get there although the prices in section A, B & C are the exact same as D & E. If you are past section C you have to maneuver through the crowd and walk through >10 stairs to make it to the bathroom. I was with my elderly parents and they still required this. The staff is extremely rude and if you buy tickets together and someone has to use the bathroom and the ticket is not on their phone they give them a hard time and you re not able to send tickets to someone else individually. You cannot stand during concerts or dance near your seat. It was a poor experience and just standing in general admission would be a better. We purchased directly from the website. And no where was it stated that the access of section C & D would be different. I bought extremely in advance and bought section D for a smaller table but would have bought section C for the better bathroom and bar access. Poor experience with rude staff.

BUYER BEWARE! We brought our nieces to their first concert on a visit to Texas from Oregon. They were denied entry due to the attendant never having seen an Oregon Driver s License. They claimed it was fake. We drove 2 hours and were also denied a refund for the tickets. I would not risk attending a concert here without a Texas driver s license.

We visited on a Sunday when a festival was going on. Many kids were having face painting & free ice cream. It was busy but we still managed to see the permanent art collections without any problem. Make sure to read the descriptions of each piece to prepare to become amazed of the particular Art piece you are looking at. I was surprised how close you can get to the paintings and sculpture to look at the detail. Definitely worth going and having a little lunch in their small cozy cafeteria.

Charged me and no other girls on Wednesday June 12th on ladies night. Come later to learn that they charge until 6PM but there was no communication letting me know that/ Visiting from FL. They then decided to overcharge me for merchandise and then the manager wanted to give me attitude. I ll never be back and at this point this is ridiculous and Jill was the worst person that I ve ever talked to, and that was the manager. I spent $78 in that gift shop and they didn t deserve my patronage. I will never be back and as someone who was on a business trip, I plan on telling all of my colleagues not to come here. Pretty sure they treated me adversely for a reason. Instead of refunding me, they tried to offer me a drink and I stated that I didn t want a drink and I wanted my money back. I want my cover fees back for this inconvenience. Update: It is June 18th and the hold has still not left the account and it has been 7 days so I plan on pursuing this organization. Not sure how a mistake on their end is now a problem on mine. No one has reached out either and I have $107 that I don t have access to in my bank account (I used a debit card and not a credit card). Guess this is the thanks I get for patronage. Update #2: the hold on my account was for the entire duration of my trip (7 business days) so if you want to be treated rudely by the manager and while you re traveling have a $100+ hold on your card the entire time, visit this place I really wanted to visit Billy Bob s since my mom went here in Fort Worth in the 80s but this was not it.

Whether its directly the fault of the establishment or not doesnt matter but they allow the artist to decide whether veterans have served this country get a discount or not which is always a no for the weekend hours. And then when people give up their tickets and the establishment has to resell them and cheaper price then they add an additional fee for reselling the tickets that the new purchaser has to pay for which is split between the establishment and the artist. Billy Bobs has to be the worst venue to see live music, hands down. Not only is the sound atrocious, you cannot see anything from the back of the seated area, including the useless tv screens. When standing against a railing at the back, not bothering anyone, I was approached by an overweight classless hillbilly who told me I had to sit down as it was a seated concert. First, who sits down to watch Lee Bryce, second, when I attempted to walk around the table to my seat, this large human posted up to me (female), I had to tell him to move so I could sit. This place is a cash cow, fix it! Employ classier staff, who don t go into defcon 5 at the smallest thing. If this is the representation you want for international visitors then congratulations! Overweight, classless, hillbilly s providing terrible customer service is how I now think of Fort Worth. Good job!!

Billy bobs has a fun, larger than life, aesthetic. I went for a concert that was happening, this was my first time there and to say I was impressed is probably an understatement. Whenever I would ask an employee anything they were absolutely helpful and would guide me in the right direction without fail. Everybody I met that night, even though most were drunk, were super nice. Only complaint I had was how hot it got in the pit area in front of the stage. First off, charging a $3 cover in the daytime is ridiculous. That said, its a pretty awesome 20k Sq ft place with a bull riding arena, dance floor, live music, pool, and more. We came here to eat at the Honky Tonk cafe.Cafe. Food is excellent.

Great honky tonk bar! Live music, good beer, and dancing! Add in bull riding, popcorn, and billiards and youve got the recipe for just an awesome time. Its calm enough to go out for casual get togethers, but stay after 10pm and it turns into a really packed party house.

Very cool place. It s so big you don t feel crowded. Too many bar tops inside to count, seating is limited, but with everything there is to see and do, you probably won t need a seat.

I went for Jelly Roll, I can honestly say the support staff there are AMAZING!!!. I will not be back for another standing room only concert. This was my first and last. We stood in the same spot for 4 hours. I got to hot and got really sick and almost passed out. Then Lainey came on. The dark haired EMT was amazing!!!!

Went to JELLY ROLL BENEFIT CONCERT!!! SOLD OUT & Yet I was able to get around with ease in my Rollaster. Ladies Restroom, Even had easy access. Every Person working there, is SUPER KIND & HELPFUL, with Elderly, Disabled. Dont feel like its crowded at all. Prices are average for beverages & Food. Had EXCELLENT area, Park my Rollaster, & See Concert on Big Screen too!!!

Went for Jelly Roll concert. This venue should not try to accommodate that many people. Sold out show 6000 people. Sound system was terrible. Couldn t see the stage. Just way too many people. Awful venue. Won t be back.

Showed up for Jelly Roll charity event. Billy Bobs took my money for booze all night long. Waited for food for 90 minutes but computers went down. Couldn t purchase food but they kept pushing booze then when I questioned it they had me thrown out by off duty Fort Worth police officers. Will never go back.
