If I could Give 0 I would give it, I gave this man who calls himself a lawyer all my trust because around 6 years ago he arranged her residence for my mother so I completely trusted him, it all started because My husband was in the process of arranging his citizenship, with another lawyer, for whom the process was super long, he filed papers in 2022 and the process took a year, my husband was able to do the interview thats when I went with Alex, starting my waiver payments for residency because I already believed that everything would be ready soon and my husband would become a citizen. I told him not to send my waiver until my husband became a citizen to have a faster and more efficient process. We had a problem. and my husband was detained but they did not add charges, my husband When I was with this man, I trusted him and gave his case to him so that he could do the interview and he could collect all the papers to show that he was innocent and that neither He didnt even have a court or a trial process so that citizenship was not denied. Well, to begin with, when I spoke for the first time, SUPER UNPROFESSIONAL, talking about his affairs that he had, Speaking badly of every immigration lawyer and saying that he was the better in AUSTIN, he was never in the office, I never met him and he spoke to me like anyone else since he knew my mother, I didnt want to do something big so I continued my process with him, when my husband had the problem I charged him $2,500 for just sending the papers and proof that the case had not been processed and that he was not guilty, I WAS SUPPOSED TO CALL HIM TO MAKE THE PAYMENTS BUT THERE WAS 1 case where he removed my mother from his card $200 dollars Because he was on vacation and charged her for my case!!! I should have called to make the payment and I made it clear to him that I would not give it to him month by month until he started my case and sent all the papers for forgiveness. My husband made his payments on time and there were also numerous times that He never answered, it just so happens that my husband was denied citizenship and he DIDNT EVEN KNOW AND THE PAPERS THAT THE COMMAND WAS EXTREMELY INCONCRETE, (the case was already paid in full) It took him almost a month to answer us about it. case and it was because I started to bother them so much so that I could know something about the case!!! Since this man never answered until the last time he answered me, super unprofessional because I was upset that he was not aware of my husbands case. The msgs say it all. This man only takes your money and does absolutely nothing! He was good in his time but now he is a very irresponsible person with his cases. My husband had to personally go to Sam Antonio to find out why the case had been denied and it was due to lack of evidence that he DIDNT SEND. He said he would fix it and send everything necessary and we NEVER HEARED FROM HIM AGAIN!!! Thank God we now have a super professional lawyer who does not mix her personal life with her clients, nor does she tell me her anecdotes with her affairs that I dont care to know!!! but we lost around $3,500 with this person!!! the worst of the worst and his super bloody and rude assistant. I spoke to him to ask him certain questions and he answered me in an arrogant manner. Here are some of the messages I SENT WHEN THEY DIDNT COMMUNICATE AND WHAT I RECEIVED FROM HIM THAT DAY AT NIGHT at almost 11PM, save your money and dont waste your time with this person. He always treated us as if we didnt pay him and as if we were someone who asked for things for free when everything was paid on time!! And if I didnt pay all of the forgiveness it was because he still hadnt filed paperwork and my case wasnt in any process!!! I lost all my money with this rude man for NOTHING. The evidence is there!!! Because without evidence I never speak, the lawyers are not paid before finishing the case because they ignore you, well at least this man.

Hello everyone, I want to express my great happiness and gratitude towards lawyer Alexander C. Reyes and his wonderful team!! Today was one of the most important days in my life because my dad was able to obtain his resistance thanks to the excellent work done by this firm. They acted like family and guided us step by step throughout the entire process.
