Great sound advice as to what I should do about my situation. I was undecided/unsure about making my decision. I never had a legal problem like this unusual experienced. I was treading on unfamiliar territory therefore I called Silberman Law Firm. I talked to a gentleman at the firm and explained my particular circumstance. His advice/counsel informed me about several options. At first I was uncertain about his explanation. After clarification to my particular situation I started to recognize my solution to my problem. He provided several options to my situation. I took one of his options and it worked great.

It is a pleasure to review this law firm and the outstanding, professional service they provided. Specifically, I needed a new will, powers of attorney and so on, as my prior personal attorney had retired. The service was provided for a set fee, and Christopher Heald interviewed me and drew up the documents. Even though it was for a set fee, I was never rushed, his questions were helpful and insightful, and my questions were numerous. The resulting documents were thorough and even an improvement on my prior documents. Clearly a 5 star review!

Silberman Law Firm is an excellent choice in an attorney. The Lawyers in this firm are upfront about price and explain in details the actions in which will be done and included in their fee. Have questions? They are ready to answer them by phone or by emails. I will definitely use them again if I need an attorney and I highly recommend them to friends and family.

I was terminated without cause, and knew I had a good case. However, when the Silberman Law Firm looked at my contract, the attorney realized I had been operating under an expired contract. I am certain the company I had the contract with were aware of this fact. I received speedy, thorough, and valuable advice from this firm and would recommend them to anyone.

I hired this firm to help negotiate a judgment, they made two phone calls to the creditors counsel and never did anything else. When I called to speak with the attorney about the lack of effort that he put forth, he accepted no responsibility, talked in circles, and tried to pass the buck. This is the absolute worst law firm I ve ever experienced they are the most unprofessional, uneducated group of people and I would never ever ever recommend them for any kind of representation. I highly encourage you to call a different law firm these guys are a joke and will take your money without producing any kind of positive outcome, again I repeat this entire firm is a joke make another phone call to a different attorney!!!!!!!!!!! *** whoever wrote the response from your law firm is a flat out lying piece of trash everything you said is a lie and inconsistent. You made two phone calls and did absolutely nothing I have demanded my retainer to be returned and you have refused I will be filing a formal complaint against your firm and it associates with the Texas Bar Association For legal malpractice as you were given a direct order to provide a written offer which you never did, that is malpractice!!!

I see this firm has multiple locations to clarify I called the forth worth location. I just called and spoke to the receptionist trying to explain a situation I wasn t even 1 minute into the explanation when she cut me off and said a retainer would be $5,000 dollars. This is a ridiculous way to run your firm. You haven t seen any documentation I have and listening to less than of a minute of the situation is crazy to automatically say $5,000. I just hung up! Don t waste your time. I can see why others have said the receptionist is rude.
