And so I would just like to say that Im not posting because they didnt buy anything I could care less I bought a storage unit and Ive already made back what I paid for it so its not about the money its about the customer service that being said Im not too sure who the gentleman was that greeted me whenever I came in the door but he was very rude when I was trying to explain that I had bought a storage unit and I kind of figured none of it would have value but I wanted to see he cut me off and he wouldnt even let me finish numerous different times all I was trying to explain was that I wanted them to see if they had any value but I never even got that chance to get it out he asked me to stop talking and let him explain what I did and I stopped talking all the way until he made it out to my car to come look and explain to me that none of them had value which I kind of figured but again its the manor and your customer service skills and Im posting this because a lot of people look at my reviews and I want it to be known that the customer service today was absolutely horrid I had my son with me and he said the same thing Also not to mention I was referred to you guys by someone who spoke highly of yall that was terrible UPDATE: Im being threatened for making this post because its an attack on someones integrity and they will be reporting me for selling to competitors yada yada yada I never sold to your competitors I still have the pieces threaten a woman because you think it scares me it doesnt and I have taken screen shots of this review and the response to submit to the BBB NO BUSINESS WAS DONE BECAUSE OF THE HORRID CUSTOMER SERVICE I RECEIVED I CAN SUBMIT RECEIPT FOR A RING THAT I NEVER INQUIRED ABOUT THAT I HAD EVERY INTENTION OF SELLING THERE BUT I DIDNT BECAUSE OF THIS MAN. On a sidenote I must have shook up someone because 5 hours ago we start replying to months old responses. I pray no one comes back here till better customer service is learned

The selection of engagement rings and wedding bands is wonderful. Claude was very knowledgeable and helped to narrow down the rings we liked and ultimately we were able to make our decision. Dory was also very welcoming when we entered the store. This was our families second purchase from the store and I m sure there will be more in the future. My wife lost the diamond out of her wedding ring and was crushed. We decided to go and look for a replacement and went to Dallas Diamonds to see what they had to offer. Their service and selection was top notch. We went with a larger stone and they rebuilt the setting to fit the new stone and had it all done in days. I have an older Rolex watch,took it to Dallas Gold and Silver in Preston Rd because it was not keeping time left it and was told they would call me with a estimate in 24 hrs. That never happened I called for about 3 week s decided to go to the shop. Picked up the watch because they said it could not be fixed, took it to Dallas Diamonds on Oates in Mesquite they fix the watch no problem. Will used them in the future for anything that needs fixed or purchased. Very nice and professional.

This is such a quality establishment. They have beautiful jewelry as well as coins and dollars a pretty cool and unique collection. Recently I experienced some inflammation and my ring finger puffed up and my ring got stuck and was cutting off my circulation I called Dallas Diamonds and they got me in right away and cut it off in less than a minute it was painless! They have some rings that really stood out and once my fingers return to normal I am hoping to purchase another ring in honor of my 12th Anniversary!

I rarely give a 5 Star review but Mr.Dallas and Dallas Diamond deserves it. I went to get an appraisal on one of my spare Rolex s I wanted to sell which I purchased in Miami when living there last year from a trusted dealer Mr.Dallas was honest, upfront and very knowledgeable. He showed me the serial number, how it was refinished, difference in the clasp, year it was made and a variety of information my previous dealers never showed. I knew he knew his stuff when he knew exactly how much I paid for it the year I bought it and what it was worth now on the market before the detailed inspection. He gave me a solid offer which was 3k below what I wanted but did not lay on any pressure, it was very conversational base and professional. I could have made more selling it to an individual but made the deal due to his honestly and insight and honestly I like the guy he seemed like a straight shooter. They also had a nice selection of jewelry my wife liked as well so I will be returning for business. I would recommend this business to others looking to sell or buy. Thank You.

I would definitely not recommend this shady business! I came in here to sell a gold ring not for much but for a little bit higher than what I was offered from the pawnshop down the way. The guy (son of owner) asked me how much I want for it and I told him 300 because the pawn shop down the way offered me 200. He examined my ring and made it seem as if he was going to give me the 300 then turns around and say well you may wanna go back to them and get that 200 rudely while laughing! I didn t see anything funny about that if you knew you weren t able to provide a Customer On what they ask you for then you should have been straightforward to say I can t or won t be able to give you the 300. Instead of dragging the conversation and making jokes. I pray for small businesses like this one to continue to service our community but our community does not deserve anything mean individuals. This business needs to be more professional and well kept up. I can see a person in their 60s going there to buy jewelry but definitely not a young crowd. Glad I was able to take my ring to another business and actually came into $400 when one door closes another one opens. I don t wanna hear anything about FTC got lines Customer service comes first and you guys I don t know that if you re running a business! Where to start... Loved the owners. Very polite, great personalities, down to earth, and very knowledgeable. Dallas and his wife were super informative and made me feel secure about the transaction. I didn t want to leave our rings with just anyone so I researched a few places, turned down a couple after visiting, but decided here after just a few minutes. I came in with my husband to have our rings repaired. I neglected mine for years and had recently lost a diamond and crushed another. My husband lost a stone. We were instantly greeted. The repair process was explained to us and what to expect. We were even introduced to the other employee just in case we were contacted by him. Three diamonds later, plus I had them dip my ring to change from white to yellow gold, the rings are beautiful. They even had them done in less than 24 hours. My ring looks brand new. I ve been in this store twice more then 6 months apart from each visit and I will say that the owner and salesman recognized me which is impressive due to wearing a mask on the second visit. This place did an amazing job with my wedding ring. My diamond had come out of the setting. The reset the diamond and rhodium plated my ring and band. This place is amazing! I had my engagement ring sized up when I bought it. Three days before my wedding I cracked the band. I went here in tears and they explained why this happened and what all would need to be done to fix it. They worked with me and had my ring ready the day before my wedding! Now fast forward a few years I inherited some jewelry that was bought from Zales and was under warranty so I had zales size the ring well of course it had the same problem as my engagement ring so I went right back to Dallas Diamonds and got it fixed correctly. My husband went to Dallas Diamond today (07/08) to try and potentially sell a ring he spoke to a young gentleman (short hair, diamonds in both ears) after 30-45 minutes in the store we were told that he could give us below 8 if we wanted to sell .... so we said yes ..... the gentleman then stated he would have to dismember and take apart the diamonds to weigh and take measurements and it could then be 500, 600, 700 it just all depends but he would have to remove the diamond and he WOULD NOT be able to place them back (if we decided to decline) - which makes no sense ! Long story short we came to another business and so glad we did - Straight answer to the point, didn t have to take apart the diamonds, and professional !

I bought my wifes bridal (14k white gold in Halo) set here back in April 2017, this is our story. Within 4 months, 2 of the diamonds had fallen out and the gold had become very tarnished. We took it back to them and the son of the owner was not very helpful, telling us that the gold will tarnish and we need to bring it in very 4-6 months to get it re dipped and it probably happened because my wifes work. My wife is a stay at home mom and does not need to work. He said that we would have to pay for replacement diamonds, that is when I started getting a little bit annoyed saying that if I purchase a ring for $1400 i dont expect diamonds to just fall out, then the owner Dallas came over, he was polite and did offer to replace the diamonds, have the ring dipped and solder together at no charge, so we left it and came back later that day and collected it. We get home and notice that the diamonds he replaced it with were of a difference size which was very noticeable, but my wife was so done with dealing with it we left it as it was. Then we in February 2018 ANOTHER diamond falls out, I go in there and the lady tells me that we will have to pay $30 now to have it replaced and told us to come back on Monday. Well, we will NEVER step foot in that place again, we took the ring to a large retailer and had them look at it, they said that the quality of work was far from what you would expect from a professional. We ended up traded the ring in at another place (not the one that looked at it) and now my wife has a ring that she feels comfortable wont break or tarnish so quickly.

We updated our engagement ring adding a halo around the 1 ct. princess cut diamond. The whole staff was amazing and very helpful. A special thanks to Dallas himself who worked with my fiance Sylvia D. and came up with a great design. Their jeweler does incredible work! The ring is dazzling now and we are sure we could not have gotten a better price and service or been more satisfied anywhere else. Even with the Christmas rush they got it done very quickly. They have a customer for life!
