Highly recommend Modern Law Group! We are grateful for their expert guidance in successfully navigating the K1/K2 visa process. The situation was unusually challenging because the beneficiaries are in Russia, where interviews are not currently being conducted. I did initial consultations with this group as well as a couple other immigration law practices, and Deron Smallcomb stood out from the other immigration attorneys in how directly and expertly he answered questions particular to our situation, including about what options we had for interviews (given that it cant be done in Russia) and what additional documentation is needed to get a K2 approved.
