This company does not listen to the customers. When pointed out that they weren t doing their due diligence, rather than fixing their service, they become rude and do not own poor performance. They do not brush pool walls or floor consistently. They messed with filter settings. Told me my filter is running perfectly every week then said the problem was due to my filter.

We ve used Backyard Butlers in the past and they ve always done a great job. This time was extra special as we know they re usually booked a couple months in advance especially in spring. However, I reached out on Monday asking if they had any availability this week because we had a tragic death in the family and we d be hosting friends and family quite a bit. They responded within 30 minutes and had us on the schedule for the next day. Then they continued to adjust the schedule and were able to come out Tuesday morning so we d be ready to love up on family during this time. I realize having a clean patio is a small thing when you re dealing with the unexpected loss of a loved one, but everyone at Backyard Butler was kind and supportive and we deeply appreciate that this is one less thing we needed to deal with amongst everything else.

Ethian Rosier and his crew were able to wash and polish everything on my patio and in the yard, including the windows, BBQ grill, and furniture in much less time, and much better than we could have. I initially thought the costs estimated to clean my backyard concrete, grill, fans, and powerwash of the back of the home was a tad expensive. However, after seeing the hard work and the final results, it was worth every dime. My only issue was they immediately charged my card for the final 50% of the estimate--and it didnt leave me time to give the guys a tip (which they deserved). Ill use them again.

Had them out previously and they did a great job. Really paid attention to the details. However, this last time some parts of our house were cleaned well and other parts looked like they were either not touched or barely touched. I called at let them know I wasnt happy. They quickly sent 2 guys out the next day. They did clean some of the areas that were missed. But the back deck was supposed to have been power washed but it wasnt done on either visit. I did not received a follow up call, which i figured they would call seeing how they knew I wasnt happy. I figured whats the point of calling to complain again.

Coming out of the spring rains our outdoor kitchen and seating areas were covered in dust and debris. Realizing it was a bigger job than I wanted to take on I began the search for someone to clean outdoors. I luckily stumbled across Backyard Butler, the only company I found that specialized in outdoor living/pool deck cleaning. I called and arranged an appointment. The crew showed up on time and consisted of 5-6 guys who dove right in cleaning, polishing and spraying every surface out back. The attention to detail was excellent and they listened to the special needs and requests (including not disturbing the birds nest under the pergola). The crew worked at a rapid pace for 2-3 hours. When done they asked me to conduct a visual inspection for anything they might have missed or I had neglected to ask for. The team was responsive and eagerly jumped on the nits I found for them to do. We have now gone on the monthly service plan during the summer and couldnt be happier. Last month, a group of neighbors convened out back and every family at our party commented on the cleanliness of the outdoor living area and asked for contact information. Highly recommend.

When I used the Backyard Butler service in the past, they simply washed all of our upholstered furniture with a power washer, specifically against mfr recommendations, resulting in permanent stains on the cushions. They also inverted our metal furniture onto the concrete deck, without protection, for more power washing resulting in superficial scratches on the finished services. I think theyre capable of basic cleaning but they do NOT take appropriate care of higher end patio furniture and instead simply power wash *everything*. If you have anything more than the most basic, cheap patio furniture I would NOT recommend their service.

Dez came out to give me a quote. I booked with them over a month ago because I had friends coming to visit for a week. Everything in our backyard was so dusty and needed some deep cleaning. On the day of our appointment, which was this past Friday, I received a text that said, Due to circumstances beyond our control your appt is canceled today . That was it, last time I heard from them. I thought someone would call to explain and reschedule .. nope! So unprofessional! At tte last minute they really left me in a bind. Dirty furniture and patio w/no apology or opportunity to reschedule. Very very very unprofessional and unreliable. I tried to reach out to them twice but no response. What a disappointment. It seems they don t care about new customers.

You guys. This is an amazing service. It would have taken my husband and I multiple weekends worth of effort to get our outdoors to look about half as good as these guys made it. The Backyard Butler team did interior and exterior window cleaning for us, pressure washed and cleaned our front porch, back patio and pool deck, as well as all of our outdoor furniture and grill. I was referred to Backyard Butler from my Father In Law who uses them in Southlake on his 3 patios. I called them to get some information and they sent our Theo who was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and polite. Even though they normally dont come out all the way to Celina, they made an exception for me, which was greatly appreciated. I have used them a few times and used to be a repeat customer. The few times I have used them, they showed up on time, were professional and did a great job. (Which is why I was a repeat customer) now I have tried on several occasions to hire them again and can t get a phone call back to set up a time and date. After trying on two different occasions to hire them, I have decided to move on to another company. The other company did a great job and was a little cheaper. So a win/win for me. These guys did a fantastic job! Cleaned my entire backyard, every cushion, piece of furniture, every concrete surface, front driveway, all walk ways, every window inside and out, grill, countertops etc! The arrived at 8 pm and worked until 6 pm in the heat of August. It looked spectacular when they finished. They broke one window screen and quickly replaced it. They are pricey, but I have to say worth every penny. NOBODY wants to do this kind of back breaking work themselves. Andrew was our crew leader and he was fantastic! I will have them again next year and maybe for a few touch ups.

Excellent service - BYButler showed up with an entire crew and worked all day. I thought my back patio was somewhat clean, but it was sparkling by the time they were done. We had an excellent experience. We purchased a gift certificate at a charity event. It is easy for a company to treat the certificate holder as a lesser client, but we had the exact opposite experience. I think you can tell a lot about a company in how they handle something that does not go as it should. We added an extra cleaning service to their normal package and it was missed when they completed the cleaning. One call and they immediately were out to take care of the missed item.
