Gem of a Sushi place here at Lewisville!!! I was pleasantly surprised with the quality and taste of the sushi rolls we had here. We had the Dynamite roll, the Flaming Hot roll and the Spicy Shrimp Roll. Honestly, these arent really that spicy except for maybe the presence of jalapenos toppings, which probably gives them the spicy kick. We loved every one of the rolls we had. We were also given 2 pieces of the Crispy Seaweed Snapper, the special for the day, on the house, and these were surprisingly great! The service was top class too, and they made us feel welcome. Overall, a great sushi place here in the DFW area. Highly recommended .

The sushi was ok. The flavor was good, but the rolls were not made well and the rice was sticking together and falling apart. The young woman at the front was nice, but I just noticed that my card was charged $10 more than it should have been. I placed the order online for pickup and my order total was $48.55. I just checked my bank account and they took $58.26!! I have no idea where the extra charges came from, but I will be calling them tomorrow to find out.

A bit off the beaten path is Sushi Rollin. They have a solid selection of rolls and appetizers to sample and share. My egg rolls were wonderfully crisp and the tempura shrimp roll was full and tangy with a refreshing crunch.

Im totally obsessed with this place, whether Im eating in or getting it delivered. Its legit one of the only sushi joints that understands my avocado allergy, and thats just awesome. Some of the best Sushi I ve ever had and I wish that was an exaggeration. I m very surprised their business was empty other the party of 2 that included me. Although I saw multiple people come in for pick up orders still surprised the traffic was light for how good this place is. If I can give them 10 stars over 5 I would. Highly recommend this place.

First time at this strip mall sushi place. I would put this in the fast casual category. They have a fairly extensive menu but the main focus seems to be on their sushi rolls. We were greeted when we arrived and were directed to a table. Restaurant was bright and clean. Pricing was competitive but portion size I felt was just a bit small. Just one or two pieces more in a roll would have made a difference I think. The roll pictured here was good but there was too much sauce for my taste and if I go back I will ask for half of the normal amount of sauce. I would go again if I m in the area.

The seating area is a simple and calm environment with entertaining music! We decided to dine in after falling in love with the Cali rolls that we got to go, and we really enjoyed our time there. Staff was attentive and fast, food came out quickly, and the food itself tasted amazing! This little restaurant tucked away in a strip mall lived up to its rating. We tried the Khami Kana roll, the Ironman Roll and the Titanic Roll. They were all very good. This restaurant is a true hidden GEM!! My cousin and I were really craving sushi and we googled sushi near me and this place came up with great reviews and we figured wed give it a try. While we were walking in there was a table of three talking to the waiter talking about how theyve gone to several sushi restaurants around, and this was one of the best ones theyve ever had. We ordered the the Cry Baby Roll and the Popcorn Shrimp Roll. Both were AMAZING. Later the waiter/chef gave us a couple of pieces of this salmon nigiri that was smoked on the top. Literally one of the best things my cousin and I have ever ha. If youre in Lewisville and you like Sushi this place is a must try. I feel like we dont have enough great food options that arent chains!!

Thoughorly enjoyed our first visit to Sushi Rollin. When we arrived, it was not packed or busy. It was very clean and had beautiful decor. We were provided menues and drinks within minutes of us walking in the door. Each of our sushi rolls were fresh, light and full of flavor. My son normally only eats Sashimi and tried a new sushi roll and really liked it. He is now open to trying more. We experienced a wonderful visit and plan to return.

Ordered delivery - decent food, not the best sushi I ve ever had but good enough- happy and satisfied. Ordered 4 side salads, 2 special rolls and 2 bowls and it was $100 after tax, tip and service charge on Uber eats. Not the dressing I was expecting that I usually get at sushi places, more vinegar based but good. Bulgogi bowl was good. Alaskan roll was large in size, the California roll aspect of the Alaskan roll was a bit heavy on the Mayo, salmon was solid, avocado was ripe but not brown. Monster roll was a large size as well, good flavor. Poke bowl had a different flavor , not our favorite but ok. Worked for what we were looking for , something lighter and easy. I typically don t get sushi a ton (although I love it) and when I do, I go to Hatsuyuki in Fort Worth which is super fresh and great , so hard to compare to that but sushi rollin was a solid basic option , would try again if I was in the area.

Visited from out of town and was craving sushi so we stopped by here, was so good we had to come back again the following day. Fish was excellent and fresh, the salmon is some of the best I have had and they have a wide selection of rolls to choose from with all of them being excellent. There might be a wait for baked or fried rolls but that is to be expected nothing outrageous. Service was also excellent both server and chefs take great care of you and make for a great experience. If I am ever back in town this will be the first spot I go to!

I got the Tuna bowl (tuna tower) and the server offered to mix it up for me and when she brought it to me it was this adorable heart! The food was delicious, the service impeccable and the restaurant was cute. Nothing over the top, bright and welcoming, I kinda wish it was closer to me so I could patronize regularly. Update: went back again (4.8.23) for lunch with family and got a Monster roll and the sushi burrito wrapped in rice paper (fantastic) and again, delicious food, attentive staff, very chill place. The freshest and most delicious sushi Ive had in DFW so far. The Itoen green tea is excellent. Service is great; the staff are friendly, capable, helpful, and attentive. Everything is clean. The atmosphere is very simple. Take-out is a popular option. In the evening--on the weekend especially--its bustling. Whereas, it is fairly quiet during weekday afternoons, making this the perfect lunch spot. Overall, I think its an excellent place, full of good people serving outstanding food. Ive gone twice and its quickly becoming my favorite local sushi joint! Ive tried a few of their rolls (eel, tuna, dragon, spicy tuna) and have enjoyed all of them. The fish tastes very fresh too, which is not always the case at many sushi places. I would also recommend the bulgogi bowl, which was very filling and yummy. Ordered take out; angry wife roll, fire dragon special roll, and baked red snapper tempura. Everything was delicious, and fresh! Needless to say, wife was not angry anymore after our meal. Definitely will be coming back!

Wow! That s our first reaction. First time here. It s so hard to find a place with real sushi and rolls, poke bowls, etc. This is a really good place!! Super clean, with environmental friendly plates, bowls, etc. Food quality, great service. We tried the Angry Wife roll, titanic roll, poke bowl and fried rice with chicken. They gave us free samples of smoked salmon sushi which was REALLY good. Will definitely come back !

The food is absolutely amazing! Worth every penny! And the staff is so sweet, Meredith is so polite and kind and sweet, and Kayden gave us free seared salmon Susie that is amazing! Went here for lunch; very average sushi. We were one of two sets of diners and they still got our order wrong. I had to ask for drinks multiple times. The hostess doubled as the waitress and just wanted to be on her phone most of the time. The use of paper plates and bowls makes it feel cheap.

Were SO lucky to have this badass little sushi place hiding right next to WinCo. Awesome team working the front/back. Great menu of standards plus creative rolls you wont find anywhere else. They just got their permit to serve sake and beer! As a chef, I love seeing creative and resourceful people opening new places, and this place deserves our support. Great sushi, fresh fish, proper prices...right in the middle of suburbia. Were becoming regulars!

So if youre like me, and you see all the 5 star reviews and think, What? No way it can be that good, know that I, too, was once a skeptic. So, my husband and I tried 3 things - the Ida roll, the dragon roll, and the stuffed mushrooms. Everything was so good that it sort of became a vicious free for all at the dinner table. Sushi pieces were coveted like precious minerals, chopsticks battled it out, hurtful words were exchanged. All in all, divorce may be in our future. If youre married and think that this would be a cute date idea to share with your significant other, maybe try eating somewhere less good. If youre single? Try the stuffed mushrooms. Theyre practically sinful.

Great tasting sushi at reasonable prices! It looks like a hole in the wall, but don t let that fool you! This place can easily compete with those sit-down sushi places that charges double. The roll sizes are big, similar to Densetsu in Plano, which happens to be where one of the owners used to work. Definitely recommend this place and I m so glad there s a great sushi spot in Lewisville now!

Quiet sushi restaurant- on a Saturday night only two other tables seated. Reasonably priced. Only complaint is that two of the rolls tasted like straight up Hellmans mayonnaise- not the usually mild spicy mayo you get at sushi restaurants. Had to scrape off the toppings because it did not taste good.

love this place! spicy chicken fried rice is my absolute favorite. the only request i would have is to please offer a kids meal- i often bring my son (4yo) who can not eat a regular sized order of the chicken fried rice. if they offered a kids plate, i would come even more often than i already do :)
