Ordered the large 5 topping pizza Omg! It was barely $12.00 and something cents! Seriously it was the best pizza I ve ever tasted pepperoni,ham xtra cheese and bacon and pineapple! To die for wow! This crew on this Wednesday did an awesome job! I highly recommend this dominoes it was so good!

Placed an order online and requested change for $100 bill. Got a call from the manager stating for security reasons they don t send drivers with that much cash. I work for Dominoes we can make exceptions and accommodate to the customers needs. The female manager was very rude and did not care she just straight out canceled the order. I always tip minimum of $5 seeing drivers hardly ever get tipped due to delivery fee of $4.99 we only get $2 out of that. I m stuck at home with my kids all day and have no car to go by them food.

This branch of the dominos is full of goons!The people at the reception makes a lot of mistakes, not focuses on time delivery, behavior especially from the males and females (except for few) are pretty aggressive, even they denies to give paid order. Lately been forced to complaint at the head office, still the branch head had lied to them, then later on been forced to contact and even while apologizing and offering some pizzas as a part of their customer service policy, they were pretty aggressive and behaving like goons. Was in a turn lane with no one behind me. Busy intersection so I allowed room in front of me so that traffic from the this locations neighboring business would be allowed to enter and exit from those establishments that they were either going to or leaving from. When this Dominos driver decided to jump in front of me rather than behind (where there was plenty of space) blocking all traffic in. When I approached the driver of the red Toyota Carola to inform her of her mistake she proceeded to tell me to get the F back in my car. I turn around and went to the restaurant to speak with a manager. When the cashier said to the other three employees there that I wanted to speak with a manager everyone looked confused and finally a young man came my way. He must have been no older than 22 (Im guessing). He informed me that he would speak with her. If this is a representation Dominos Pizza wants to show it is a poor one. I hope that regional management does some type of retrain with this location because this was highly disrespectful an unnecessary.

Five Stars, not because its the best pizza, or because the never make mistakes. They make mistakes like everyone else but what sets them apart and why I will always choose this location over another location is because when the make a mistake they apologize, they fix it promptly and they usually throw in a free side like lava cake or wings and you dont need to ask. Ive never had problems with this place until today. Horrible costumer service. Got the wrong pizzas via phone app (pick-up) so had to drive back to the location, they give me a cold pizza and make me wait for the second one. Instead of giving me the wrong pizzas as compensation (which I had already touched and opened) they gladly take them off of my hands and are probably going to give it to another costumer from what I could tell. Very unprofessional, at least expected the manager to appear and say something.

Have been ordering here since 2018 when I started living close to campus. I have got carryout and delivery. I have had some circumstances were the pizza takes a while to get delivered even tho I live 5mins away but I believe this because its probably very busy. Without a doubt this is the best Dominos Pizza store that I have eaten in compare to other Dominos. Definitely recommend if youre close by it.

Very unsanitary when first off they sent me a message that my pizza was ready then when I got there they told me it was still in the oven. While i waited I saw the guy at the register go take some pizzas out to a vehicle then went back with no washing hands or nothing after touching the dirty door goes and grabs the spatula they use to take out the pizzas front the oven. I mean wear some gloves or something you know, but no! None of them wear any type of gloves and oh yeah I ended up with a bad stomach that night! I love Dominos but I for sure wont be buying from that spot again!!!!

The pizza was the same as usual but the pasta I dont recommend. I order two different types and they both werent worth the cost. The both had roughly half the container filled with noodles. The Alfredo sauce was very dry on one with the other having the correct amount. The other had very limited vegetables. The picture and what I received was not the same. I combined the two to make one. As the taste of them both or lets say the combination was fair. Will I ever purchase this item again ? That will be a no just based on the portion size. Ill go back for the pizza again.

I ordered cheese bread and it was bread with just a little cheese. Like it was all bread. Disappointed I get that you guys are busy but come on. Look at how little cheese there is. So be careful ordering during the holidays at this location. Dominos has no system in place for the consumer to know when the order is ready when you call it in. I called @ 8:10pm & was told it would take 1hr & 30 min....I asked if its done any earlier will you let me know or do I just show up in 1hr & 30 min. She said just show up...so I get there & find out my order was done @ 8:54pm & it was 9:30 (even got there 10 min early willing to wait to get it fresh). Well as you can imagine after 36min under the heating lamp, that famous look that dominos brags about... left me with just a cold flat pizza. The wings & stuffed bread were not enjoyable & ruined our Christmas dinner. I was left with excuses only, well sometimes the time is wrong on the timestamp & we dont even have enough racks to hold all the orders.... so basically dominos is starting they either have inaccurate faulty equipment & that they are not equipped to handle the holiday rush. Dominos I think its time to reflect on your process & help us that spend 100 percent of our money to get 50 percent service!

I did a recent contactless delivery on Dec 15th, and lo and behold I received the most amazing delivery experience Ive had in my history of ordering food. He is the reason I am writing a 5 star review. I wish I had the delivery mans name, he was an older gentleman, and in my awe and the excitement I forgot to ask him for his name. When I opened my door, I expected my pizza on the floor, but NO, this man had set-up a small portable table where he placed my order. He was standing waiting for me to take it and proceeded to wish me happy holidays and well wishes. That extra touch was the cherry on top, he went out of his way to provide his customers with a warm experience and I gotta tell yall, I enjoyed my pizza and wings that much more thanks to him. I hope Dominos knows what a divine individual they have working for them. I even ran out to give him another tip because that experience was superb, unfortunately he was already gone by the time I came out. Whoever your are dear sir, my hats off to you - youre amazing and thank you for making my dinner that much better.

The workers are super lazy and do not care about the customers. Placed an order on the app paid for extra sauces with my wings but yet again they dont deliver. This is not the first time this has happened. I ordered 2 medium pizzas, and the experience started going downhill the moment someone picked up the phone. The worker sounded tired and was straight up rude. When I asked what kind of white sauce they had, he responded with, Alfredo, I guess. I dont know. The worker interrupted me several times, as well, to ask things like my name and phone number, which he shouldve done at the beginning of the call. I also ordered extra garlic on the crust of one of them, but instead of adding more garlic sauce, they skipped it entirely! Every other Dominos Ive been to has been able to add the extra sauce with no issues, so if this one just cant or wont, then it should be made clear when I ask for it.

I m honestly really proud of this dominoes location. It s 2-16-2021 most of Edinburg is without power currently so all of the fast food places have LONG lines. I went to Pizza Hut and they said it would take 3 hours so we left and went to dominoes and I got my food in 15 minutes! Many many people were coming out with a bunch of boxes of pizza from how fast the employees are making the pizzas! I was so amazed with the fast service, you d think because they have a lot of customers that they would be in a bad mood or stressed out but you couldn t even tell! The delivery person snached the change!! I turned to the side to put my ranch down and she was gone booked it. And this isnt the first time thats horrible to have a rat working with you. If shes stealing from customers watch out probably saying people didnt answer the door with money in her pocket to! And this is why we dont tip! Adding tips to our credit card transactions like i said its not the first time! 10/23/2020

This pizza joint is my favorite. I love their thin-crust pizzas as well as their hand-tossed. The pricing is pretty fair and their point system to earn rewards such as a free pizza is better than The Huts (Pizza Hut!). I much prefer spending points on what really matters, the pizza, over other items such as breadsticks.

I always order from Dominos and from this location well on 4/17/20 (Friday) was the 2nd time I get horrible service, I get a message that my mix and match is ready I get there and nobody greets me, i try asking for my order but I was ignored several times so after standing there for about 20mins I leave call in to speak to the manager and all he says is I m sorry for the inconvenience I ll throw in a soda for the inconvenience , seriously Domino s pay more attention to your customers and not just the ones that look like they have money.
