We were just there and left without eating. We ordered an appetizer and 2 entrees. My entree came within 10 minutes. When the waitress came by, I said to take it back, that we wanted to share our appetizer first. After waiting another 10 - 15 minutes, and no appetizer, we left $20 (for our drinks) on the table and walked out. Service industry in this country has gone to hell.

We sat in the bar area, great and friendly service, bartender Jackie greeted us and took our order right away. Lauren brought our drinks and was great on consistently coming around to check on us and getting our next round. Marco, the GM, came around after a few rounds, greeting us and asked how we were doing. The staff seemed well connected and helping each other. Overall excellent service by all. Thank you Lauren for your courtesy and friendliness.

Im writing this review while stuffing my face with the best chicken sando in town. Chicken Bacon Club w/Jalapeños. Chicken is moist, veggies are fresh and they church it up with a dollop of ranch and it just takes it over the top! All capped off with absolutely impeccable service. Belly up at the bar, ask for Daphne and get ready for the best lunch youve had in a while. Cheers.

The taps stretched from one end of the bar to the other. The staff was friendly although they should issue the wait staff full uniforms... I thought for a minute I was at a Dallas Cowboys game. The menu had plenty of choices from pizza to burgers. I had the brisket nachos and Id order them again.

First the beer is cold, the food is great and the tv channels are on point when it comes to selection of games. That said... so much has changed it s like night and day. Celeste thank you for hosting the beer festival and Marco thank you making us feel at home. I went on Sunday to the build your own pizza which is supposedly required to buy drink which is fine it said build your on pizza for $2 but 1 each, topping on Wednesday it say $1 pizza and on that day they charge you $1 a topping and put in mind these pizzas are very small so they worded Sunday in a way that you thought you could put all the toppings you want on it but they just worded it different to lure you in this is bad Service. this is probably the reason why less and less people are going.

Met a friend for lunch and the service was very good even thought the server had a lot of tables. Had a steak sandwich which was pretty good, but had a lot of gristle that had not been trimmed out. Great selection of beers! Patio is very cool and happening. Plenty of TVs to watch sports on.

My boyfriend and I went for a Locomotive watch party. It was very disorganized, no one knew what was going on we had to move tables multiple times. In the email announcing the watch party, they advertised a free drink for the watch party. Upon requesting the drink, the waitress told us that the drink was going to be given later on, we never received it. During the second half of the game the waitress told us we had to pay a cover because they were having a UFC fight.

Porter was good. Pizza was lame. Service was pathetic. Didnt bring the beer list to the patio at a brewery ...??? Then the pizza was delivered 5 minutes before the beer. Update: the replies from the managers underscore their incompetence. My wife and I stopped in on the last night of a 14 day road trip, expecting a beer and dinner. Claiming an event night gets hectic, just shows inadequate staffing was planned. The patio was mostly empty until our pizza was delivered, so the busy time occurred after I should have been ordering a second beer. Either way there is no excuse for bringing menus without a beer list, then how could it possibly take longer to fill a beer glass than to fix and cook a pizza. Parking: Overflowing into the adjacent mall. Business in the other half of the building was closed for remodeling, so it will be worse when that reopens.

It was a little expensive but was ok. Some of the beer we asked for was not available. The waitress was nice and gave us some useful suggestions on beers. They were short handed so the service wasnt the greatest . The manager walked by our table and we asked for our drinks, he didnt like to be interrupted but he went ahead and got us our drinks. Our food was getting cold from waiting on our drinks. We gave him some feedback and he was obviously annoyed with it. He didnt apologize, he just rolled his eyes and said is there anything else I can do for you, and walked off. Not professional at all. The feedback we gave him comes from 18 years of management experience and 10 years of waitress experience, it wasnt meant to scold him but obviously struck a nerve. I guess the truth hurts. Over all the waitress was personable food, was great, beer selection was nice however management was chaotic. If you like to have your moneys worth this place is not for you because management obviously is there only for the paycheck.

Ive been here a couple of times food is always just ok, mainly I keep coming back for the beers and because well sadly el Paso doesnt have a lot of options to eat in a patio which is something I really enjoy. Today my partner and I came to have some food in their patio, we saw they were charging a $10 fee per person for a fight we didnt even were aware of we paid the fee and went in just to find out there was no more sitting available, some people were saving tables for 10 by themselves. When we told the person in the front about the situation and asked why he didnt let us know before charging about the sitting situation since we just wanted to eat and would leave before the fight even started just shrugged his shoulders. Did not give the money back at all. We also found out that a guy at the bar who was already sitting eating got charged when he stated he was just about to finish his food and leave. That said, I dont recommend and will not come back its so sad the way they just tried to take a couple of bucks when we were not even staying to watch the fight that was happening later that night.

This place its the bomb....all different locations are similar but different. This one needs to improve their service skills. Any other than that everything its great Ill guarantee. Challenge yourself you become a 100 beer club member

My server/ bartender was Michelle. The Service was not amazing to say the least. Was tending to ppl around the table not getting the full order. When she returned I did try to continue my order she walked away half sentences . Kid-friendliness: The younger they are the less ppl skills they have apparently

Fair warning, do not bring your kids to this draft house guised as a borderline gentlemens club, minus the poles. Loud, hardcore rap music with explicit, misogynistic lyrics. What a total letdown as I heard good things about this place and saw some promising TV ads. Wanted to watch some college football games on big screens with my kids thinking the joint would be like a local version of a B-Dubs and I like to support local businesses; not the case. Two chicken and bacon ranch sandwiches with fries (upcharge for fries), 1 order of 7 wings, one Whiteclaw Hard Seltzer, 2 soft drinks with 20% tip came to $78. Wings alone were close to $18 for 7 wings and celery slivers. Save your ears, save your money, and save your time. To the owner(s), you will not get our business back; ever.

I am not normally one to post but I have to say i just can t let this one go. My husband and I went in on Friday around 4:30. We found a table that was less messy as all the tables around had not been cleaned from early servings. My husband grabbed a placard so we could download the menu - couldn t download full menu but needless to say we waited for over 5 minutes-and there were only 4 other tables with people. Needless to say we left and went to another local flare without the delay. Not sure how an establishment can stay afloat on a Friday waiting on happy hour. So disappointed.

Thats a dirty place, they dont even serve the guy at the entrance, hes biting his ass, it took him almost 5 minutes to check the ID. I mean, dont worry, sir, or that he was 15 years old. Apart from all that, they didnt even serve me and my partner, the waitresses passed by 5 times and they didnt even serve us. They offered us nothing to drink, we sat for 20 minutes and it wouldnt have been better for us to go drink water from the toilet because the service is terrible. If I could give it zero stars I would.

Kassie is the best waitress at Union at Sunland. We go there almost every other Sunday and the food and environment are great but Kassie always makes us feel like were at home!

It s a nice sports bar to come watch an event. On Wednesday s they have the dollar pizza specials and the pizza is actually pretty good. Overall had a nice time. The only downside is that if it gets busy, be prepared to wait a long time for your order. The place also gets very loud sometimes so you might have to yell for others to hear you. Would still recommend this place for their specials multiple screens to watch events.
