Patton Maynard has done a fantastic job for me and my kids! I am a step father of two kids, 7 and 17. My wife passed away and my children were taken from me. Patton got my 17 year daughter back immediately and my rights to my 7 year old son restored . I have a past and other issues that didn t make things easy for Patton, but he did a great job! My family will forever be greatful to the Maynard law firm.

QUALITY service. I m glad I hired this law firm as I had a very complicated case, with an incarcerated spouse and a love child. Patton was straightforward about the process, answered questions directly, and was reasonably priced. Mindi was professional, and always kept me informed of my case status. It took a little less than 5 months for everything to be all said and done. On the day of court, I was in and out within 15 mins. Highly recommend!

For 6 years Ive retained Patton for my sons custody case. Patton and Mindi are an excellent team that worked very hard and diligently. They are straight shooters that do not take you for a ride, very un like other lawyers in family law practice. First consultation was very quick, they managed to get me in with the offices busy schedule. During the whole process I had great communication with Patton and his team, emails and phone calls were responded to in a reasonable time, every time. Patton never missed any appointments\court appearances. Over all very pleased with my experience with Patton and his team. 10 out of 10 WOULD recommend.

The Maynard Law Firm was excellent in handling the adoption of our two children. The process was a little longer due to complications from the other party and of course COVID. However, the communication was always there each step of the way and any questions we had were always answered promptly. We were told upfront how the process would work and about any of the possible hurdles we might encounter. Additionally, the price was upfront and reasonable and there never was any additional hidden cost. I can definitely recommend the Maynard Law Firm for your adoption process.

I read all the reviews and strongly agree with all the positive statements. However, the negative comments seem difficult to believe since I had to go through multiple court appearances which spanned two years and the staff at Mynard Law Firm were very helpful, straight forward, and always communicated in a prompt and timely manner. Back in 2019 I had one of the worst experiences in my life. I walked into the Maynard Law Office, talked to Mr. Patton Maynard and Mindi Motley and they immediately made me feel at ease. Mr. Maynard went above and beyond to assist me with my case from the beginning. They were both very empathetic to my situation and provided all the guidance and support that was required to address my case. Mr. Pattons advice and recommendations were key to the success of my case. Needless to say that the judges decision favored me, which was a result of Maynard s Law Firm proper management of legal documents and an obvious expertise of family Law. Mindi, I greatly appreciate your proactiveness and great communication which was always provided in a timely manner. BEWARE!!!! I hope this serves as a PSA. I started my case about two years ago. At the beginning of this year, Mr. Maynard began asking me for money each month, first 3400 then another 3400, then another 1000. About a week ago, he called and said he needed another 4000, I told him I dont have it. He said that he would work my case through our next court date, because he was already obligated to do so. He negotiated something with the other attorney that I had not agreed to. When I told him I did not agree, he said that I had agreed, however, I had the recorded call proving that I did not agree to what he had setup with the other attorney. He said he didnt care what I had recorded, but that I owed him a lot of money and needed to pay. He put a bill down in front of me, which did not reflect $4800 that I had paid. This indicated that he owed me about $2000, rather than that I owed him money. He then quickly said that the bill was incorrect and would need to be updated. I asked for a copy of my bill, and he said no, because it needed to be updated. I told him I didnt feel comfortable and wanted to call the police and when I got my phone out, he stood up and began gathering things to leave, so I grabbed my bill off the table and went to leave. As I went to the door, he turned around and put me in a chokehold trying to bar me from leaving while he yelled, dont you leave this office with this paper. Actual client of Patton Maynard law firm. Patton is an amazing man. When my ex took off with my kids. He wouldnt let me see them or talk to them. No other attorney would even help me. He gave me a chance to get my kids back. He is honest and to the point. He is truly an attorney who cares about his clients and his community. I will forever be eternally grateful for what he has done for me and my kids. I cant ever repay him for what he did to help me. You would be crazy to go anywhere else. Im sorry, but the big chain attorney offices has nothing on this man. All they cared about was their bottom line and all he cared about was the truth. I was wanting to do this review when he gave me shot and took on my case, but decided to wait till it was over. Just take it from someone who was their. If their is ever a person to have on your side its Patton Maynard. You cant do any better. Thanks.

He works very hard for his clients and is a professional in every sense of the word.
