Ordered catfish and it was raw. When I told the manager she said no it wasnt but you could clearly taste it very soggy. She kept arguing with me and would not change my order nor give me a refund. Mashed potatoes have a weird taste. The chicken fried rice was hard . Corn on the cob tasteless, no butter or salt. Nasty food and owners cheap to refund or exchange food

I recently visited Luci s Chicken in Irving and tried their 3-piece chicken. It was absolutely delicious! The chicken was perfectly crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside, with just the right amount of seasoning. The portion size was generous and very satisfying. The staff was friendly and the service was quick. If you re in Irving, Luci s Chicken is a must-visit for some amazing fried chicken. Highly recommended!

This place is INCREDIBLE! I go here as often as possible because of their amazing deals on all the food! Its always good and fresh! Whenever I go there, I usually switch between combos, and each one tastes delicious! I especially recommend the combo #2 (3 Mix Combo). It is my all-time favorite! This is by far the best. Place your order, when you get it, its Hot. Not warm but hot. All food is cooked to order while you wait. Just know its worth the wait. Catfish and shrimp is MY FAVORITE. Go, its worth the trip. Parking: Easy parking and right next to building. No traffic hassle.

I went through the drive thru but the food was ok. One chicken was hotter than the other and the fries were a chunky crinkle and a little stale. The corn was cold and the roll had a dead weevil on it. All in all ... could have been way better.

Was in the Irving area and wanted to find a good place to eat lunch saw Luci s driving by and decided to give a try! Everything pictured was so good! Since it was my first time eating here wanted to try a little sample (the fried chicken thigh & fried catfish seasoned very well fried golden brown and was crispy & hot, egg roll & fried rice complimented the chicken and fish very well. I didn t know what to expect taste wise but all the food was cooked well and to top it off I got a plate of food and drink for less than $10! Luci s Exceeded my expectations.

They have the best tasting fried chicken around! And everything else as well....we go weekly for the 2piece special to the catfish special, everything they serve here tastes great. You must try the egg rolls, too. The workers are always friendly. This fast food restaurant is always clean.and nobody beats their prices for the value. Wheelchair accessibility: ADA compliant. I went here on my lunch break never been here before so wanted to try something small. I got the kids meal fish and ordered it with fries. When I got my order I got Okra instead and told the lady I wanted fries she took my order back and instead of just having me keep the okra or throw the okra away she put the okra back with the other food and gave me fries. Now I used to work in fast-food and know that you never put food back on the shelf once its given to a customer because I actually moved my food around so I touched those okra. The chicken tenders are excellent, fried shrimp tasty, fried rice is good, corn on the cob could use a little flavor, I did not like the hush puppies they are very dry not good, fries are fries, mashed potatoes aren t bad, but they are definitely not real potatoes. Last the GRAVY was horrible, can t really call it gravy, it was just runny liquid not good at all. I ordered extra, and they charged almost $2 for a 2oz container that s unreal.. as far as the service. The window person was just doing a job, and not very friendly, but the Asian young man was very nice, he came to the window cause he seen I wanted to ask a question, he tried to let the girl know I wanted something but I guess she ignored him, so he stepped up. This location is even better than the one in Grand Prairie and thats saying alot! Hot, fresh food! I like every item they offer except of the fried rice. I strongly suggest you try them!

OMG... They fried fish is deliciously addicting ! Their sides are delicious and the value is unbeatable. The place is clean. The food is fresh. The people are nice. You cant go wrong. It is now a weekly favorite of mine !
