One of the best Apple stores in DFW! This location is always streamlined. As it gets you in and out as fast as they can so you can enjoy your Apple products. It s a great location with lots of parking. The staff have always been friendly each and every time I come in. I m lad t have this location in Fort Worth!

It was a very bad experience I bought a phone nine months ago 15 Pro Max It was a very bad experience About a month ago something strange happened in the phones external speakers and I went to the store They replaced about 90% of the phone from the inside only I spoke to support more than once and they did not help me with anything. After I pay to buy this new phone and pay $1500 for it, they give me a phone with internal parts replaced, which reduces the price of my phone. I asked them to replace the phone even though it is under warranty and my father has the warranty too, but they did not hear anything. Very bad employees. After changing the internal parts. She gave me the phone. Its not my phone. Because I know my phone from the outside very well. When I told the employee that its not my phone, she said, No, its your phone. We wont do anything to it except change some internal parts. And after a week, when I want to make a call, I cant hear whos talking to me. Its very weak. I want to turn on the external speakers so I can hear whos talking to me, and everyone around me can hear my call. This is very funny. The camera is also bad at night. I contacted support many times and they will not understand anything. They are very bad employees. In the store they are also bad in treatment. I will go to them next week also and they dont understand their treatment is very bad. Because I want to replace the phone when I give you the money I will not give you old money or money with replaced parts inside. I gave you the money intact give me a phone I dont want to carry a phone with internal parts. Changed. Even if it is under Apple warranty. I dont want that. I would like to escalate my issue to Apples senior advisors. If my issue is not resolved, I will resort to other methods.

So I 100% percent got scammed, I had someone pose as my boss and request that I buy two $500 Apple Gift Cards--I didnt think much of it and went to the apple store. The Apple Employees intervened and recognized that it was a scam when I had yet to realize. I am so thankful for the apparently majorly awesome customer service - saved the day for sure! I am so grateful. Thank you for the solid, Apple Store Employees.

My experience here was pathetic. The purple-haired wheelchair lady named Lois is bitter and condescending. My intent on this visit was to authenticate a pair of AirPod maxes that I am selling to a private buyer. I understand this is not a brand new product but Lois was being rude to both me and my buyer. She kept interrupting us and thinking she knows everything. The way she speaks to us is down right nasty. I dont care that you are wheelchair bound, it doesnt grant you the right to be an awful person especially for a customer service position. There are hundreds of people that would be glad to take her job. I hope this DEI hiring Is working (im being sarcastic.) Lois needs to be fired or at least moved to a position without interacting with customers. This experience left a bitter taste in my mouth for both this retail location and for Apple as a company.

One star review for Louis In the wheelchair. She must feel like we can t complain about her because she s elderly in a wheel chair. If she were a sweet person this would never happen. She is rude and nasty to customers. On top of that she recruits her co workers around her to laugh and smile at the customers that she is being rude too. Braylon gave the information of nothing being wrong with the iPhone and only having too replace the inner components of it. this is after we just left Best Buy (geek squad) with them saying the phone needs too be replaced. We continued to tell him all the issue with the phone and he would consistently shut us down and tell us there is nothing wrong with it. Braylon said the iPhone will be ready by tomorrow (today). As soon as I got to the store and got assistance I was told that there was an issue with the motherboard and needs too be replaced. This would have not been a big deal if my WHOLE CAREER wasn t on my phone. I am now without a phone for another day (3 days). I have now got a new phone and lost my whole clientele list and contacts. The false information is not a good look for this store at all and Braylon does not care about his job and will tell you anything too get you out of the store.

2024 I GOT COVID FROM HERE. I purchased the iPhone 15 Pro Max when it was first released. I noticed that the camera was taking very poor pictures, so Verizon directed me to get my phone fixed at this store. I went on a Saturday. After arriving for my initial appointment, I had to wait for almost five hours to get it fixed. I also observed that some of the staff, including the person who helped me, seemed unwell, possibly due to the crowded conditions at the store. Unfortunately, the day after visiting the store, I began experiencing COVID symptoms. I now have to miss work. I strongly believe that I contracted COVID from this store, as it was the only place I had been to and people were visibly unwell and sneezing. This store needs to enforce a limit on the number of people allowed inside at one time and instruct sick employees to stay home. I urge caution to anyone considering visiting this store.

This place is always so crowded, it s ridiculous. It s overwhelming and it was very hot inside last time I went. I had to talk so loud to be heard over all of the people inside. The alarms also kept going off from shoppers pulling things out. Lots of kids running around. It felt like the 7th circle of hell. Never answers the phone. Location is so unprofessional and ridiculous that I can understand the low rating. Called during hours of operation to set an appointment and sat on the phone for an hour until they closed as the automated voice continued to say someone will be right with you the entire time. Obviously, none of the workers actually work. Ordered my wife her computer from this location. It had one small upgrade so they had to ship it from china using DHL. Terrible experience. I work from home and DHL said 3 different days that they could not deliver the package because no one was home. Had to call management multiple times and they ended up admitting that there was no evidence the driver had gone out there. Apple please dont partner with such a weak sauce delivery company. Or at the least give us a means of contacting you about the package, dont pass it all off to a company you know is dropping the ball.

I went to this location to see if they could fix my old MacBook Pro. They unfortunately weren t able to do anything with it (eh, it s 10+ years old, it is what it is). They WERE able to help me with my iPhone battery (thank you for that). I want to shout out the employees. Herds of Karens were at this store and the team behaved so incredibly professionally and with god-tier patience. There was a particular male-Karen supervillain shouting at an employee. I wood like to thank Devin, DJ and Chad for their efforts to help me to resolve my on going issues with my iPhone 14. Each of them are a 5+ Star Individual. I have gone to the Fort Worth, TX location multiple times starting in December 2021 for pretty much the identical same issue. I feel confident in using my iPhone again due to DJ an Associate, Davin a Manager and Chad an Associate. Chad has help me many previous times before yesterday. These three people and the people prior to December 2021 are the read I gave a 4 star, a 5 star was great until the others I encountered during this spans of time that took so long to receive the help necessary for my phone to work better, without ghosting and other issues.

Liars! Purposely misdiagnosed my macbook trying to sell me a new one. Absolutely terrible experience. On October 29th, 2023 I brought there macbook pro because it wont turn on. I inherited the computer from my brother so I didnt know what could be the problem, and I told that to the tech. The tech took the laptop and went to the back room with it. 20 minutes later he came back and said it cannot be repaired, theres a massive damage due to coffee spill. He even showed me 2 photos on his phone demonstrating the rust. He said that to rebuild the computer would cost me at least $1000 and that I should just buy a new one. He returned the laptop to me with all screws in place so I couldnt see the inside myself. Fast forward, it is Christmas vacations and I decided to turn at least the screen into a DIY project, so I purchased special screwdrivers to open the macbook. And lo and behold! There was absolutely no signs of rust. What was there is clearly swollen battery. I disconnected the battery and the computer started with no problem. Im furious! Not the best experience. I was there late in the day and I was told to schedule an appointment the next day. I came the next day and I had to wait for my phone to be repaired almost 4 hours. My phone was not completely turned on because it needed the iCloud information. But the tech didn t want to wait because he had other customers to attend. I went home and still had to spend another hour at t-mobile getting the phone activated. Make sure your phone is completely working before you leave.

Maybe its just me but I usually see associates swarm people coming in to help them get started but I dont get that attention even though there were a few just chatting with each other. Maybe I dont give off the Apple vibe. ;) I had prepurchased some equipment and just needed to pickup so I had to stand by the order pickup sign until the table attendants finally asked if I needed help. Once they took my info it only took 5-10 minutes before I got my stuff and was gone.

I would give this place a zero star if I could. Terrible service and extremely disappointed. I went for my appointment and they told me to sit at genius bar. A guy named Joe came, asked me 2-3 questions and rebooted/restarted my macbook and told me that a Tech will be here in few minutes. I patiently waited for 10-15 minutes but there was no tech. I waited again for 15 minutes more and was just looking around that someone would notice and come help me but yet again NO HELP AND NO TECH for support. Please do not waste your time going to this place. Find another apple store.

If the U.S. Government had a store front, this would be it. The customer service is absolutely non existent after you make a purchase. You would think people who work for Apple and Apple having the reputation of knowing their phones inside and out would know how to activate and transfer the data over. Instead you ll get one employee start the set up, then move on to someone else. After he s moved on, you ll get another employee and have to explain to that employee what just happened after that employee walked off. After you explain it, that employee will be confused, call an additional employee over who then explains exactly what you just said to that employee, that new employee then goes and grabs the previous employee you initially started out with who is then now confused as well. This store is absolute garbage and the reps and management dont care if they help you or not. Ive been in this store 5 times now for the same issue. A senior adviser arraged me a replacement in store. Came in today and worked with manager Reed. He flat out refused to honor the replacemetn, and refused to even watch teh videos I have showing the issue. He refused to help me in any way. He did not care that I was unable to make a emergency call to my daughter yesterday cause my screen wouldnt repspond to touch. He just didnt want to help at all. Do yourself a favor, go to another apple store. If you do go here, if you get Reed, just leave. you will help yourself doing that more than Reed will actually help you. I have filed a former complaint on the store, and Reed and his manager for their service and lack of concern on my issue. Hopefully apple will fire them and get someone who cares and wants to help customers, because Reed and the management at this location definitely do not.

I agree with the last review about completely incompetent; rude; and self serving staff. NOTHING is their fault. They forgot to put the SIM card back in on our THRD visit there and somehow that was our fault. Absurd!!! In our second visit, the person assisting, for lack of a better term, advised us that we would have to come back the next day even though their employee had mistakenly sent us back to AT&T store the day before for an issue that ultimately could only be handled at the Apple Store. During this conversation, I finally asked to speak with a manager as this person was totally condescending and unwilling take responsibility for their mistake. Laughably, I was informed he was a manager! Yikes never again!

A year ago I purchased an iPhone 12 with Apple care+. My phone messed up so I set up an appointment for the next day and I took it in. Erick was a great help. He changed my phone out and help me transfer all my data to the new one sad thing is I still had to pay $250 even though I had insurance on the phone

Hannah is amazing! Our apartment flooded and we had lost the box for our mac due to the flood. Went in needing a slip cover to protect our Mac for our move and Hannah went above and beyond and gave us a box instead! Total lifesaver AND a sweetheart. Ashley was the best at the Genius Bar. Talked me thru a stressful iPad replacement, accurately ball-parked getting in and personally delivered and set up for me. Even the manager stepped in just to make sure I was good with the bureaucracy as there always is one at stores. They stand by each other. That store is one of the best. Not the best experience after spending my money ordering a new iPhone. When I went to pick up my order I forgot the email with QR code. The guy at door told me that I can t have my order if I don t have my email confirmation number or a QR code. After complain and tell them that they can use my driver license Tom help me to get my order in no time. Why a customer have to figure out how to get his order and find the way to bypass employees own created rules and restrictions. I hope Apple continues improving experiences for his customers.
