I asked for no ice on my matcha latte. That doesn t mean water it down so it can fill up to the top. Leave space so later I can fill up with ice or if you re going to fill it up to the top don t water it down because now it doesn t taste like matcha it has no flavor at all of what a matcha is supposed to taste like .

Service is always quick. Traffic in and around this establishment is tough, being that s right in the middle of the hospital district, and exiting is a nightmare. However, this is not a reflection of the consistent service and goodness of this location. Five stars indeed.

Epic Fail! I could barely taste the lavender in the lavender crème blended frappuccino. I asked for light ice in the summer-berry lemonade refresher. The drink was too sweet and had little raspberry-flavored pearls. The caramel macchiato just tasted like coffee and creamer. I decided to try Starbucks due to a friends recommendation. I ordered additional drinks I wouldn t normally order from Starbucks. Sadly, this Starbucks location missed the mark with each one. I don t think they re adding the right number of pumps and scoops. By doing this a customer will have to purchase extra. I believe employees are trained to make the drinks this way. Nevertheless, the establishment was clean, and the employees were friendly.

Stopped by Starbucks this am and I was pleasantly surprised. Went to the drive-thru and I was given a warm greeting. The line moved quickly which I greatly appreciated. I ordered a Double Smoked Bacon, Cheddar and Egg sandwich and hot Mocha and both were delish! Highly recommend this location as the service and food is worth it. The inside is cozy as well. It s great to get some work done or a meeting. The house music can be a little loud, just bring your headphones and you ll be just fine. Restrooms are clean too! Check this location out when you can. You will be back I promise you that. Parking: Parking is very easy and never packed. Kid-friendliness: Bought my daughter with me to do some studying. I was able to help her do some extended learning while attend virtual class myself.

The baristas at this Starbucks have been the nicest I may ever have encountered. They are so charming and complimentary. Really pleasant conversationalists despite their being so busy. Parking: The drive through is only accessible from the westbound lane of Rosedale. Otherwise you have to go around through the parking lot.

Who comes on to write a Starbucks review, honestly ? If it wasn t that starkly different I d have not taken the time but seriously this might be the friendliest and most efficient Starbucks I ve ever been to. Every single person said hello, good morning, welcome in, have a nice day, to every single customer who came through the door. All the staff looked happy to be there and worked so well together. Jude I m guessing is her name with a pronoun tag that says they is rude. Has no professionalism or customer service. Juan took our order and we were clear about ordering for the holiday cups. He didn t tell us they were out on grandes, we would have ordered the Venti. When Jude allied my name I said this is not a holiday cup. She said nope it s not. I said I ordered a holiday drink for the cup. She said we don t have them. I said y all don t have holiday cups?? She said not in grande and walked away. I ordered a splash of heavy cream in my light iced Americano. On the label it says a 1/2. My coffee turned out looking like a glass of milk. I asked the barista about the half inch of cream and she sassed me with attitude thats what a half inch of cream does to an Americano. Someone needs some training in customer service and to be educated on the actual size of inches/measuring.

Its a Starbucks. You pretty much know what to expect when you walk in the door. Friendly faces take your order and you wait for them to make it. Im old enough to remember when Starbucks first opened and ya, its always taken a little time for them to make your coffee. Depending on how busy they are determines how long you will have to wait. This day the drive thru was busy and there were a few people ahead of us. No biggie.. lady that took our order was pleasant and people that gave us our order was pleasant. I rarely go but since it was right next door to Firehouse so why not? I had the oleato shaken iced espresso, it was great. Sipped on it for a few hours. Hubby had some sort of frappuccino that he and my daughter gulped down in no time with occasional complaints of brain freeze. Daughter had a cookie that she thoroughly enjoyed.

They never make the shaken brown espresso right. The last time they made it so wrong I had to turn around and get them to make me another one. That s when they told me oh yeah we ran out of oat milk like 20 minutes ago so they just made my drink without saying anything to me about it. Ordered the drink again today and tastes like burnt coffee with no flavor. It s my favorite drink and it is made different every time I order it there. If they are out of something that s fine I can order something else. No problem. Don t make my drink wrong and hope I don t notice it tastes like stale burnt coffee. It honestly seems like they used old coffee shook it in a shaker and gave it to me.

I ordered a venti matcha green tea latte which cost me just shy of $6. I then drove to my sons doctors appointment where I went to take my first sip. Come to find they only filled my cup about 1/3 full. They never gave me a receipt and they didn t put a sticker on the cup. Because of this I couldn t get a refund through the app. I couldn t go back by because my disabled child had a doctors appointment down the street. The photo was taken immediately after going to take my first sip and realizing how empty the glass was.

They focus on the drive trough, while service abandons the customers inside the building. I regularly walk into Starbucks because of the quick turn around if you just order a black drip coffee takes 8 seconds but they don t do that here. My new favorite Starbucks! This location has the friendliest Baristas who never make me feel rushed and always start my morning off right! They consistently make my drink correctly and it leaves a smile on my face. There is another SB location closer to my house, but I stop by this one on the way to work instead, because I know Im going to get a tasty treat every time. Theyre under new management and it really shows. I appreciate your kindness and customer interaction. Way to go Rosedale location!! Parking: They share a parking lot, so at times it can get a little crowded. There is a side parking lot before you arrive at the front of the store that is always pretty empty. If you want to avoid a tight squeeze, I recommend parking there. Kid-friendliness: My daughter loves their cake-pops and cheese!

My daughter and her friends (young teenagers) went in alone to place an order. Staff was extremely friendly. Always remember - always ask if they have that food item first before your heart gets set and always have a backup plan. But dont pick a food item that you dont normally get if you dont like the ingredients even if its for a distraction. Sometimes its nice to describe what you need to feel because the baristas definitely know if you need to be having a coffee or actually drink some tea for your nervous system. I know it may not be your preference but maybe you dont need as much caffeine. Like the staff here. Very busy place. Fairly clean. They make the drinks as fast as they can.

Staff has no urgency, even when your the only customer inside the building. Waited 8 minutes for a small coffee (with nobody Infront of me) and eventually had to leave (had an Uber showing up in 11 minutes when i walked into the Starbucks) because they hadnt even started my drink. No CARMEL DRIZZLE on TOP UPDATE: Well lately Ive been going inside and Mrs. Holly has been doing an AMAZING job on making my drink!! But its this 1 guy in there that still has an attitude and doesnt work with customers very well.... But the only thing is they havent replaced my Messed up Order yet

Busy location! Location is clean and spacious. A good place to take your phone, tablet or notebook and grab one of many iced or hot coffee-based drinks and/or a snack and zone out on your device. I didnt like the music coming through the PA system. I found it annoying since everyones taste in music is different plus i found it to be distracting. Prices of course are up, in line with the rest of the country but the chocolate chip mocha frappe I got was pretty good. Parking: Since this location is in the heart of the hospital district you may have trouble finding a parking spot even though the lot is pretty big. There is a Firehouse Subs almost attached to this Starbucks.

Perplexing drive thru design at this location that will have you waiting on the street. It s always busy, but the staff is pretty good! Nitro has been broken for several weeks and theyre always out of every popular item.

This is a pretty good Starbucks in terms of their drinks, but my goodness is there drive-thru one of the slowest Ive ever seen. Twice Ive been here and once had 5 cars in front of me on Sunday. It took 30 minutes to get my drink. I wish I was exaggerating. If you do choose to get coffee here, do NOT go through the drive-thru. Go inside and order.
