We threw my daughter s 5th birthday party here and it was absolutely perfect! The space was spotless when we arrived. The tables were already set with plates, cups & napkins. They had the cupcakes on cute platters that add to the fresh aesthetic. Both young ladies that assisted with literally every aspect of the party did an amazing job and were so kind. My daughter had so much fun. We even had older guests that enjoyed it just as much! 5/5 would recommend for birthday parties or even just a play day.

We had a great experience with my 2 four year old granddaughters. My opinion is that it is best geared towards toddlers, anywhere from 2-5. It is clean, well organized and the staff was cleaning and organizing even when we were there, so play areas could be played with as intended. Imagination is the key. Lots to spark an imagination and well worth the price. Its in a nice area, plenty of parking but unfortunately it is a long drive for me. Im very glad we did it.

My 4 year old son and I went yesterday and he had a blast! He was already begging to go back right after we left and still is as I write this review lol. Great price for 1.5 hours of play. I really appreciated how clean it was and how friendly the employees were. I love that the amount of kids that are there at a time is controlled so there aren t too many at once. I highly recommend PSM, we ll definitely be back!

I love going here with my kiddo! They limit the number of kids in each time slot and they also take 30 mins in between each session to reset and clean the toys which I really appreciate. It s not a super overwhelming experience. It s a nice break from being in this crazy heat and letting my child have some fun. Will continue to take her here!

We chose PSM Forth Worth for our son s fourth birthday party and it was the best decision we could have made! Although we had been to a PlayStreet Museum before, we had never attended a private party there and we were all thoroughly impressed. Leading up to the party, we received emails and phone calls to make sure we knew what to expect. Savannah was our party host and she was friendly, kind, and attentive! It was lovely to have extra hands to set up and all of our guests (birth-9) had a wonderful time playing. Several parents who were there said they want to do their child s next birthday there which really speaks volumes! Overall, I would highly recommend PSM Fort Worth for a party!

This was my first time taking my 2.5 year old, and we had the best experience! The person at the front desk (unsure of her name, but we were there 6/9 at 12:30) was SUPER helpful and sweet! The area was just as cute and clean as the pictures online, and even with a good amount of kids it didnt feel too crowded. The snacks you get at the end is GENIUS, as a mom of a toddler it is always a struggle to get him to leave a place he is having fun in, but food makes it better lol. We look forward to coming back for more fun!!

This has become one of my favorite spots in DFW to take my 3 and 4 year old boys! The staff are always friendly and helpful, the place is always clean, they have a great selection of toys and activities that rotate depending on the month/theme. My boys love the variety of toys and even if there aren t any other kids or very few, they still have a great time playing. I really enjoy the activity packs for $4. It s a great way to continue the learning and play at home and the kits make it easy!

We love PlayStreet Museum, and our family has always enjoyed all of the opportunities it provides for imaginative play and learning! However, I was disappointed with our experience today as it seems some toys are in need of maintenance or replacement. For example, every collar and leash in the pet store was broken and unable to be used, there were no shopping carts or wooden scooters like usual, and the cash register in the grocery store didnt work. We will continue to visit PlayStreet Museum because there are so many other wonderful things to do there, but its sad to see toys that are clearly well loved and used not get replaced so that kids can continue to enjoy them.

If youre like us and didnt expect a place like this to require reservations, dont waste your time. They do allow walk-ups if theyre not busy. I guess for richer people in a bougie strip mall, five kids is considered busy. Go down the road to Kiddleton at the Hulen Mall. The play area is twice as big for half the price, doesnt require reservations, has an arcade, and my 15-month-old had a blast.

The lady working the front desk was very rude and not helpful at all. We walked in not knowing they only take reservations and she went on to tell me they were full and when I asked what time is available she just said they are booked and didn t even think to throw in a sorry or to try and be helpful with finding a time to book. Fantastic place for kids (I suggest mainly toddlers or the 2-6 age range) to get their energy out! Lots of different things they can play with, especially by themselves, that just leaves you to supervise. Its a similar sort of thing to a park but switch the jungle gym to more imaginative stuff. Went 7/4/2023. Great place for kids. Great make believe activities for kids. The main reason that I am rating it a 3 is because a lady brought her son that was coughing sickly over everything. It was obvious that the child was sick so as a parent why would you allow your child to go out the house so sick? It was so disappointing because it s not the kids fault but that parent. And the staff saw and heard the constant coughing fit that child was having. They should have refunded the lady s ticket or made her come back another day. Health and safety should be the number one priority. So staff next time please send obvious sickly kids home. So they won t spread germs to others.

A great place for my 4 and twin babies to play on a cold rainy day. It is a 2 hour slot and there was plenty to do for 2 hours. My oldest, was definitely the oldest there but that didn t stop her from having fun. It could ve just been that slot that had more younger ones. I was shocked with how much my littles enjoyed it. Edit: We were able to give Play Street another try thanks to the owner reaching out and explaining how out of character our experience was, which I really appreciated! Our second time playing was so much better and I really believe a better representation of what you can expect! It was very clean, the employees were doing a great job keeping it tidied up as kids played, and my kids had so much fun-I was never worried about their safety or rowdy kids at all. Based on all the other positive reviews I think our first try was just an off day and we ll definitely be back again! We were gifted play passes for one of my kid s birthdays and tried it out yesterday for the first time. Unfortunately it wasn t a great experience and I m not sure if it was just an off day or what you can typically expect. There were a lot of bigger school aged kids being extremely rowdy. Screaming, running all over, climbing on toys, wrestling, and throwing (hard) toys everywhere. I saw multiple kids knocked over by them or hit by stuff they were throwing and honestly no one was doing anything about it-parents or employees. My kids are 1 and 3.5 and the space feels more directed to kids their age, but I didn t feel like they were safe at all and I had to stay right on top of them to stop them from getting run over. It really wasn t enjoyable for any of us, which was disappointing because it really is such a fun place, and was very clean and well kept when we first arrived and we were so exited to play.

I was very pleased with our first visit to play street museum. It was VERY clean, you can tell the employees go above and beyond to make sure everything is always tidy and ready for the next kid to come in and play. All staff is friendly polite and informative. This isn t just a play place my kids actually learned a few things. The price for admission is reasonable and we came home with some goodies included in your admission fee that we really enjoyed. Thank you so much to everyone here who made our experience so special.

This is a good idea, but... Too crowded. Nobody even care to have a facial mask, COVID is not over yet. Small kids are at this point most vulnerable demographics! Otherwise I liked the place.

My girls, 3 and 4, had a great time. They especially loved the pet shop and the train table. Great place for small kids to have fun outside of the house. The place is very clean and the workers are very nice. They take 30 minutes between play sessions to clean and sanitize so you know they keep up with it. My girls also painted some pottery at an additional charge, which just be aware, will take a couple of weeks to be ready because they need to kiln fire it or whatever. Very fun place for my girls!

Its a fun place to bring your kids. They are based on 2hr time slots and youll need to make a reservation and I would recommend making it the night before as they get full pretty fast. The toilets are clean and the place is maintained well. It has only 1 entry and exit and theres a safety gate in the front. They have some snacks for purchase. The location and parking is very convenient as well.

Weve been here a total of five times, and plan to buy another Five Visit Pass ($55, you save $10 altogether). This place is absolutely fairly priced, with so many perks... Im honestly surprised it doesnt cost more. Actual diaper changing station in both restrooms, stocked with diaper disposal bags and step-stools in each. Two hours of playtime is perfect and it goes by so fast! I also love the reservation system online, but I believe you can walk in as long as the time frame is not full. Friendly staff. Staff is almost- always picking/cleaning up toys and items and keeping the plays space looking presentable. If you bring drinks, remember they must have lids on to prevent spills. There is a long cubby area to store your drinks, diaper bags and other personal items. Free wifi, ask for password. Free snack token, as others have mentioned. Endless amount of toys but are ALL clean and dust/stain/smoke/smelly free. My toddler loves coming here, and I am so thankful to have this play museum in our area and for giving my son joy. To the parents: Put down the electronics and distractions and indulge yourself in watching the pure happiness that will radiate from your kid/s.

First time here and its oficially our favorite place to go! The play buildings are beautiful and are full of toys that match the theme and perfect for imagination and play. It looks like a cute mini town. The toys are in great condition, variety and plenty to share with other kids. Everything is clean and well kept. They also have an area of more open ended toys like blocks, magnatiles, cars, felt board, figurines, etc on another side of the room. Plenty of seating for adults to sit. The bathrooms are tidy and have baby changing stations. For $13 a child, its a great deal!! And they give a free snack of choice to your child at the end! They give you a wooden token in the beginning and you are to turn it in for the snack so it ensures your child leaves happy. Theres also a toy store section you can buy. I heard they sell toys that are in the play area. Im obsessed! Highly recommend We will be going back often.

This place is AWESOME. 2 hours of free imagination play in the village, big toy train area, big craft area, options for slime labs but they arent free, but definitely worth taking little ones to. $13 bucks for unlimited play? Im dooowwwwnnn

My 1 and a half year old and I love this place. Nothing bad to say. I think they should have a rule parents cant sit there scrolling through their phones the whole time. Both times I went and saw it. I understand sitting down, but at least tend to your children when they arent being nice to others!

So cute!!! You must take your kids here! The staff is soooo friendly! Theres a huge train table. Lego table.Coloring table. Cars and trucks.Magnetic shapes. So much! Enough to accomodate many children. But then theres the village! With a fully stocked Grocery store , Bakery, Pet store, Vet, and House. So many props to help fulfill the imagination of every child!! Too much to share. You have to visit and see for yourself! Kids of all ages! Even parents can join the play fun! And at the end of each session(resevations required) each child can spend their play money( given upon entry) on a healthy snack on the way out!! The 5 day pass is the best deal!. (About $54 with tax) The daily entrance fee is $12 or $13 (for one day). Love taking my kids here!!!

I love bringing my grandkids here! Such a fun place for them to imagine and play pretend. The staff is very friendly and the museum is very clean. Every time we go I see the employees actively cleaning and appreciate that so much.
