Good overall coffee spot near campus. Good vibe and drinks. Have to say, though, the downside to this place is the horrendous parking situation. If you can walk there, cool. Parking... not so much.

Coffee is good quality but nothing to get excited about. The everything bagel I had was of a grocery store bakery quality. Again, thats acceptable but not outstanding. The space is beautiful and large and comfortable. Parking is limited, but the crowd was small so that was not a problem. I will definitely have other meetings here.

The tables and chairs are horribly designed for ergonomics so your wrist will start hurting if you re using your computer, your wrist should be level to the table but the chairs are way to low and they don t post their prices on the menu which I am pretty sure is illegal. The coffee itself is alright and the baristas are friendly. I like that it s a Christian atmosphere as far as what it is intended to be [other than the slightly sleazy practice of not showing your pricing up front (?)]. The drip coffee black is good but do not add their secret sauce, it s disgusting and undrinkable.

Your staff advised people park across the street as of November 2023, and in March 2024 I got a boot. If you opted to cover this parking fine as an apology and worked harder to notify patrons, I would never leave a 1 star review. Your lack of consideration for patrons money as a result of your negligence is infuriating. Pay my fine and this comes down. YOU KNOW YOU TOLD PEOPLE TO PARK THERE. OWN YOUR MISTAKE, improve signage, and notify every patron verbally of the change.

Love the atmosphere of this place, lots of seating, great to work from home or study with groups or solo. I wanted to like this place. But the person taking orders was on his phone and didn t notice me standing there for about 3 minutes. When my drink was called, they didn t call it out. After a while, I just went to the counter and my drink was sitting there. I said thank you to the barista, and she didn t look up from her phone. I get it. If it s slow, do what you have to do to make the shift go by faster, but don t compromise the service and make a customer feel less than important. The coffee was okay, very sweet. I don t think I ll return.

Coffee was very good. Atmosphere was comfortable and very nice. Table clearing was aggressive. They tried to (and succeeded once) taking plates away that still had food on them without asking. We had to say were still eating that 4 times. My sisters 1/2 eaten breakfast was removed when she got up to use the restroom and we werent paying close enough attention. I would go back, but you have to be on your guard! Vegetarian options: Not many, but it is a BBQ place, so I wasnt expecting many Dietary restrictions: I ordered an egg and potato taco because Im vegetarian. I was given a brisket taco, which I figured out by eating brisket. Someone had put the beef tacos where the veg tacos were supposed to be. They made me a fresh potato and egg taco which was nice, but damage done.

Ordered ahead online and when I arrived I was ignored by the barista for 10 minutes while I watched him make 2 walk-up orders. His excuse was theyre out of oat milk, but he never bothered to update the order or check on the customer waiting at the bar. Then he gave me an attitude when I asked for a refund. Seems like theyre understaffed, out of product, and like to take it out on the customers. Awful

Stopped in to try and new coffee place. This is the tcu area so I will start off by saying it s def a busy area and the parking situation is absolutely ridiculous! For students it s great, especially if they re walking here but with a car, it s a no for me. I was so frustrated after driving around for about 5 mins that I was ready to just skip stopping here. Last minute, I found a parking couple blocks away and I was invested at this pint so walked in the rain to the shop. On a normal day, that s acceptable, in the rain, a little frustrating. I have known too many to be towed from this area if you park in a lot that is not for this business and even if it was only 5 mins, I was not willing to risk getting towed. This is a very different and cool setup. Definitely targeted for students and there is a stage for events that must take place - loved it. Staff was friendly and I was greeted immediately and order taken. Ordered a No Bull - it was not crazy busy and ready pretty quick. Was flavored well but a little on the sweeter side for me. I may take another stab at another drink sometime but definitely when I have more time and it s not raining.

Customer service was good, and I enjoyed the overall establishment. Plus the shop has a stage for performances. I was shocked to see only one pastry left near a college campus. The manager did mention when they sell out they usually dont make more. I noticed time on coffee cups dont align with the actual time your in shop. The place is very welcoming, clean, and the seating area is very spacious. I think its a great place for a quick cup of coffee. I haven t been down this way for coffee, so today was a first! Parking was not bad at all, there are street parking spots (pay attention to time limits) and spaces in front/behind Common Grounds (I have included a picture of the parking map). When we reached the front door, another customer stood up to hold the door for me since I had the stroller. That was so kind! The barista was also helpful, all I had to do was mention what flavor I had a hankering for and she recommended what I should try. I wanted something with a little cinnamon, so I went with the Charlie Brown Mocha. I ordered it iced, half caf with oatmilk. It was delicious! This coffee shop is perfect for relaxing, working on your laptop, or meeting with a friend. There is no loud music playing which is refreshing, you can actually hear your conversation. Thank you, Common Grounds for a wonderful visit!

Not too acidic or bitter, and just the right amount of sweet. Im really shocked because my first experience was so bad, but I guess Ill skip out on the cold brew from here. Im not giving 5 stars just because of my last order Super bummed out because I got coffee here and was super excited to try it with all the fantastic reviews and high star ratings. I got the meltdown and a cold brew. The espresso is so acidic, and the cold brew does not at all taste smooth, more bitter than anything.

Had double espresso and latte delivered since Ive never had coffee from this place. Huge mistake. Coffee was cold and tasted like it had been sitting out for days. Threw it out instead of finishing. Was my first and last experience.

Drinks are awesome and people are friendly. Excellent spot to just chill, study or hopefully when things get back to normal some live music as well! The sound equipment looks top notch! Let me know when youre open for some talent will definitely be back again!

I like this place because of its inviting atmosphere. Its cozy inside. But unfortunately I dont think I will be studying there anymore until Covid is over, it was a bit too close for comfort for me inside. Its pretty crowded at the tables and 90%+ of people are not wearing masks while at the tables or while going from table to table. Just thought I would give a heads up! Still really like the place and hope to be back once things get a bit safer in the world.

Multiple upbeat areas, quiet, clean, large rooms and access to the latest technology and the staff are super friendly. I used this space exclusively due to the proximity to our jobsite and all that downtown Fort Worth has to offer. They also make amazing espressos. Excellent experience.

One of my favorite coffee shops downtown Fort Worth. Huge room and lots of space to study, read or work. Sometimes it s challenging to find parking on the street. You may have to walk for a bit once you find a spot.

The parking situation here is a nightmare. It forces you to park in the residential area to the south, and that is not good for anyone. I am a fan of cowboy coffee and the no bull. However, their drinks are not very consistent yet and vary wildly depending on who makes them. But thats something I think they will be able to fix with time. Their Waco and Woodway locations are great, and I am looking forward to this location finding its footing.

Probably not a bad venue, but an odd space for coffee. Specialty drinks were eh, same with the standard expresso drinks. Acoustics of the space really suck the air and privacy out of a conversation, but if youre just studying and you have a good pair of headphones, Id say its a pretty good vibe with fair aesthetics.

Bright open atmosphere. College crowd filled the place, so not much social distancing. Many were studying or doing work on their computer, while others just socialized. Its gonna really be a great venue for live music when Covid is out of the way. They have coffees, teas, and a few baked treats that are tasty. Parking is limited, but most patrons probably walk over from the TCU campus.
