DO NOT waist your hard earn money here. Lady in charge seems to find every kind of way to keep your security money claims damaged on walls in which it was there before hand. Place is hot, security wouldnt let people in not even the Mariachi had to tell someone to bring them in. Lights were on 2hr before it ended best believe I left right till the dot wanted to charge more if I past 1am. It was 12:59 when my feet walk out the door.

Went to a quinceañera there And the lady in charge claimed it was at capacity so she couldn t allow anyone else in but yet she said you would be allowed in if you paid $6 per person first off it s a private event they should be asking for invitation not charging guest!! I don t understand how she can get away with this if it s at capacity as she says it was than simple don t allow more in but why was she allowing people in only if they paid clearly it s money she wanted to pocket.

The manager is ugly and very condescending, she does everything possible to keep the deposit and when she sees that you dont leave it and then says that the Chinese is because he disagrees that those are the rules, they dont respect the contract, I dont recommend it, be very careful because They behave very well first but on the day of the event they are very strict and they will charge you too much because because you were guests they also charged us 100 dollars for giving us one more hour on Friday to decorate

If I could give this place zero stars I would...So this past weekend my sisters had their 15 and supposedly we had hit our capacity limit and they weren t letting our family and friends get in anymore because it was a fire code violation but yet as people were leaving they wouldn t allow the ones waiting at the door to replace the ones that left...Then the manager and security said if we pay an extra $600 right then and there they would allow 100 extra people to come in so we payed the money cash and a couple minutes later they started not allowing people in because supposedly the 100 people went in already and I know there was no way that was true half the people had already left right after eating and if that wasn t enough the lady and security started charging people to get in after we had already given them the $600 honestly I think the lady and security are shady I think the head count was bs and they were just trying to get a quick buck I really don t think the owner knows what they do on the side to get extra cash if anything I hope the hall gets shut down for the crooked stuff they do...and the lady tried keeping the deposit over some stupid old cleaning rag that was misplaced...my family will no longer be renting that hall in the future

We rented the hall this Saturday for my daughters fifteen birthday, we had a very bad experience with the lady in charge. She is very rude and disrespectful. Who first didn t let us practice the time we wore supposed to . She raised her voice at us and literally kicked us out of the hall . Then she let us back in but took away joe 2 hours for decorating. The day of our event she told she was going to ID everyone after 10pm . It was a fifteen year old birthday party it is obvious her friends are her same age and wore not going to be able to go in . We paid for 500 attendants and not even half wore allowed in. We paid extra to be there until 2am she order the security guard to turn on lights at 1am by 1:30 am we wore all ready on our way home. I paid the band to play until 2am so I lost one hour of music and one hour of hall . This is the 4th time we rent the hall but after this bad experience I do not recommended it to no one else. I hope if anyone else had bad experience with this lady can do something try get in contact with the owners who I known for years and are very nice persons , which I pretty sure don t know what is going on...

My friend s mom rented the place for a XV and decide to pay for an extra hour so the event was going to be from 11 am (the earliest they open the hall) to be over at 2 am. When they asked for couple of hours to practice during the week before the event the manager told them that the time they use to practice was going to be deducted from the hours given the day of the party. FAIR? I don t think so but that s how they do. My friend family s agreed and then so now the event was going to be from 1pm to 2 am. The day of the practice the manager literally kicked them out before the 2 hours passed and then she asked my friend s mom for EXTRA $200 DILLS if they wanted to keep practicing longer. Of course she did not give her the money. They argued and left at the end because they want no more issues or problems the day of the event. Since that rude lady looks and is the type of person that will get back to the costumes if she does not get her way. The day of the event the lights were turned on and the security guy stopped the party at 1 am so the extra hour was paid for absolutely nothing arguing that the extra hour was for the crew to clean the place and for us the guest to leave the place. So yes, that lady does gets back to the costumers and they do not follow the contract. Extra hours they paid for the venue and band that was playing were only a waist of $$$ which of course they are not getting back. PLEASE RESEARCH OTHER PLACES SINCE I HAVE HEARD AND READ SIMILAR EXPERIENCES IN THIS PLACE SPECIALLY WITH THAT MANAGER .

The place is nice and spacious but that MANAGEMENT IS HORRIBLE and that kills it all. My family has rented this place several times before when it was run directly by the owner but now that they have that bad-mannered, impolite, rude lady as manager I m pretty sure we wont do it again. REALLY HOPE THE OWNER SEES THIS REVIEWS SINCE THERE IS NO OTHER WAY TO TALK TO HIM DIRECTLY BECAUSE THE MANAGER DONT WANT TO GIVE A NUMBER TO REACH HIM WHEN ASKED FOR IT. Manager is rude with customers and even with her staff , she wants to do whatever she wants and doesn t respects the contract. My family has booked this place for year and sadly the customer service it not the same. The lady in charge is so rude and disrespectful days before the event she deducted hours of decorating time and made my parents sign a new contract the day of stating that the event would be over at 1am when a hour extra was paid. So I m pretty sure she keeps that extra money for her self. I would not recommend this place to anyone ever again.

This place is horrible! I rented this for my daughters sweet 16 and it was awful. Plugs didnt work the place was so hot and there were roaches all over. The place is dirty and had mold. The security guard lets anyone in and also has random teens in the area pay him to enter other peoples events. Do not waste your money it is definitely not worth it! The owner does not care about holding up his part of the contract at all. I would give zero stars if I could.

If I could put no stars i would, I rate this place a 0 I rented this hall before and the old staff was great. This new staff I think is stealing the money because they took my $200 deposit just because we left some trash there. the website says that they offer clean up during and after the event. Lies, lies. I was very disappointed this time because we paid an extra hour and they made us stop everything an hour before our event was over. They said we got out of there till 2 but we were already driving home around 1:45 am. I DO NOT recommend this hall to anybody unless they change staff....

I Called to get a Priceing for my wedding reception & I honestly think they were being racist. The place capacity is big enough for my ppl , 350-500 He started talking about Qanceetas asking me when I clearly said wedding reception. Then he tells me the day I ask for is not available. I ask him which week is !! He tells me they booked until ...Like really , then he tell me its like 3000 as if I dont have it .
