I just called in today to speak with someone about support in writing a letter on my behalf for eligibility in the Public Service Loan Forgiveness program and was forwarded to a woman named Kimberly who was taking appointments for Lee. Kimberly initially came across as a very energetic and approachable woman. But she kind of went back and forth in her explaining to me what Lee would and wouldnt be able to help me with at one point telling me should could arrange a free consultation just to see what he could do only to then hang up on me before I had the opportunity to even have that call. I totally get it if this is not something Lee can help with. But if I didnt even get to talk with him how would she know for sure AND its not very respectful business to simply hang up on someone. So, my initial experience with them was not a good one. Two stars for the first lady who picked up before I was transferred to Kimberly because she came across to me as more personable and as understanding how business relationships get built.

Richard developed a game plan on how to handle my situation; he gave me options. He didnt try to force me into any particular direction. I filled bankruptcy with his firm.I never talked to the same person twice. They did get rid of my debt. There was no communication with me and their plan left me in a worse financial shape than I started with. He runs a fast food style bankruptcy firm.Get you in and get you out. The terms that trustee hands down to you does not matter to him as long as he can get his money and as many cases as possible. Forget about him looking out for you. To him its all about YOUR money in his pocket. $$$$$$$$
