Mr. Leinhart seems very knowledgeable in all questions regarding bankruptcy. I would be happy to hire them as my attorneys should I ever need to file bankruptcy. I have high debt and it has been a consideration, but finding someone knowledgeable enough that will explain it to me in laments terms has been difficult. 10/10 would recommend.

I really and truly appreciate how attentive and professional leinart law was with me with filing my chapter 7 they made sure that I didn t miss including anything. I was able to sit down 1:1 with my attorney verses virtual, he was able to answer all my questions and kept in real with me about everything. Overall they are great lawyers and I will definitely recommend them to all my family and friends

This attorneys office is so unprofessional it s scary. Retain at your own risk just look at Marcus Leinart Responses to people that share their experiences .he discloses confidential details about their case. He will be reported to the bar association and don t take my word for it try them for yourself.

This law office is very unprofessional. I won t get into details about my case per se but i will say that their paralegals dropped that ball completely. Within a 4 1/2 year period i have had over 4 different paralegals and each time i was giving the wrong information. I have asked to speak to my attorney on multiple occasions and they would never let me get past them. They don t return calls or emails. This was the first time I ve had to go through this process and they were terrible with the information given. I would not recommend anyone to this office. I don t understand how information so sensitive can be given wrong by many people. Absolute worst

Update: The fact that you waited 7 months to respond to the review says a lot about how you all handle things, including our case. Luckily, we were able to find an amazing capable attorney and firm to get the job done, and believe me you all didnt bend over backwards, nor did you make any real efforts to do what you were being paid for! Like I said folks can waste their money with yall if they want, because thats exactly what theyll be doing. Not a great experience at all, wish we could give a zero, and will be reporting this experience to the BBB as well. These people are HORRIBLE, and I wouldnt recommend them to anyone, unless of course you like losing money. All this law firm knows how to do is lie and loop people into wasting their hard earned money, leaving you no better off than when you started. We were very upfront about our entire situation to this firm, and a Chapter 13 was recommended. I did EVERYTHING that these people asked, INCLUDING making the initial payment well before it was due. Every step of the process with them went HORRIBLE, and all we got was apologies and excuses. Were now having to make the painful choice of sacrificing EVERYTHING that has already been paid to find effective representation. Hopefully this doesnt happen to someone else.

I reached out to Mr. Leinart with a few questions regarding bankruptcy and he was not only knowledgeable about the subject, but I could tell that he was passionate about helping others. Id always believed that filing for bankruptcy was a get out of debt free card with a permanent strike to your credit, but I was wrong and it goes much deeper than I imagined. our experience was for the most part unpleasant. It took FOREVER for anything to be done. And you have a better chance contacting the pope then getting a answer back. We had to threaten wanting to talk to a supervisor to get any one to call us. I would recommend finding another firm

I m giving Leinart a high five. You hire this lawyer and expect results. The firm returns phone calls. Every time. Other lawyers are KNOWN not to return phone calls. The firms proactive staff/paralegals motivate you by their proactivity, leaving you in the know. Filing bankruptcy can be a negative experience. With the proactive motivation, motivated me to get it done, and not procrastinate with shady debt consolidations. There are too many shady stories on debt consolidation and Leinart was the best decision I could make in my bankruptcy choice. Once the ball is rolling the firm expedites the process, make it a step by step, no brainer process. Again, EXCELLENT communication process, just simply returning phone calls, and knowing their job.

Leinart Law, is really great the professional in the team are awesome. I had filled in 2019 but when covid-19 came my daughter had to move back home so I was trying to help her and was behind on my payments and it was dismissed, so I really thought it was a lost but they reached out to me help me to refile my case every step they explained what they were going to do and what i needed to do if I ran into a problem I would always call to let them know you can call or email them you will get a fast return. I must say here that this law firm is incredibly. Not only did they help get out of debt, but they provided knowledge about finances and what I should or should not do during the 5 year Chapter 13. Yes, I did the whole 5 years. In the class they held to educate me , they told us that very Few folks complete the 5 years and I made myself a promise at that time I would! My last and final payment is this coming May. Any time I had any questions about anything, I always got an answer. The was just as awesome as the lawyers. I would like to give each and every person working there a virtual hung for being there for me during this time.

They will get the job done for you. You will probably meet 6 different people handling your case. Im not experienced enough to know what the difference is between a good lawyer and a bad one. One of my episodes i have to share. On the the day of the meeting with the judge your lawyer should be present, he was..but i had no clue who the hell he was, as i watched other lawyers prep their clients My wife and i just sat until the very minute of our hearing..then it was like Mcdonalds ..Get em in..Get em Out ...quickly, so if you have any questions you have about a 20 second window of opportunity to ask, further when i wanted to ask the Lawyer questions AFTER the hearing his exact words were you have one minute. I was jealous of others who seemed to have good lawyers willing to spend time with their clients, hell i even saw one lawyer walk with his client out of the building...like i said Leinart will get it done for you, but dont expect a take care of you attitude
