Came here to get my wife some shoes. The people who work there were knowledgeable about there product, they were very helpful. I didn t have to wait long for them to return after going in the back room. The only thing I find tough is my sone wears a 15 going on 16. So it s hard to find shoes and he wants to try them on in the store and not have to do it online. How often do you have larger shoe? At the time we were there, your store lost its internet connections, while we were at the register. The cashiers were pros, they handled the growing line with patience and professionalism. If I could review them on my own I would definitely give them more stars.

Excellent service on the morning of 4/9/2022 9:51am, Flower Mound location. I needed a new pair of Brooks Ghost 14 running shoes. Joshua assisted nicely at checkout. He was friendly and helpful. I told him the gentlemen in the back in shoes were extremely patient and put up with me wanting to see the shoes in multiple colors before making a decision. Joshua said it was Jean and Quinton helping me in shoes. All three sales associates were terrific and brightened my Saturday. Thank you.

I went to the shoe department and a girl by the name of Natalie greeted me. She was so nice and had a lot of knowledge on the style I was looking for. She definitely went out of her way to make sure I had the right shoe for my running marathon. I tried looking for a manager to let them know of how pleased I was with my experience but was running a bit late that day. I hope a manager is able to see this and give Natalie recognition on such great customer service!

Was looking for doing some last minute purchase to my first family camping trip. The store manager Anthony not only helped me with my queries but also better options. He even stayed late past the closing time to help me with my purchases. Even Rachel, the lady working the cash register was very friendly while I was the last customer on their Friday night. They got a customer for life. I am recommending this store to all my friends.

The absolute worst customer service. I dropped off 2 bikes just for a tune up, they worked on one bike in 3 days but it took them forever for the second bike. They are extremely unorganized. They were also not busy at all so I don t know why it took so long. Even the phone customer service is bad, they redirected me many times to people who didn t help.

This location has HORRIBLE customer service. Not only did my mom have a bad experience here shopping for exercise equipment awhile back from employees who couldnt be found anywhere and was never asked if she needed help. She was ready to spend over $500 on products but decided not to because employees were rude and unhelpful. I also had a bad experience here, this location needs to be alot quicker sending help to registers when there is a long line waiting to either return or checkout. Sending our business to Academy.

I wanted to purchase an item that showed 25% off on the sales sign. The cashier called over employee Josh in Flower Mound, Texas, store to ask about the price. Josh literally screamed at me in front of everyone that I wasnt reading the sign correctly, even when I showed him a picture of the sign. Then, he abruptly walked away and kept lambasting me from the next register. The manager then came over and agreed the item was on sale. This is what its like sometimes to shop as a Latina woman in the Dallas suburbs.

I ve spent thousands of dollars here and it has great products for anything you need or your family needs for sporting and outdoor stuff. I have had some good customer service experiences but that s when the manager has to come in to help. If you are looking around for hours and workers walk by you and if you don t ask for help, they ignore you. Now when I have asked for help or do come across one of the few who have proactive customer service it s great. Always check the price tag and the size of Amy clothes you get because they are horrible about putting a hangar that says xxl and the item was actually a large when you removed the hangar. They do fix their mistakes though but sometimes certain actions are unacceptable and it s not busy when I go either so I will say this in closing, it is either hit or miss when you go. You ll have a great experience or a horrible one. That s all my money and all my visits have proven.

First time I didnt get a good experience at Dicks. Asked for some sports equipment and got a vague answer if oh it is in that direction. The counter couldnt read the barcode, it that code isnt in the system, and had to wait for extra 10 min to resolve it. This isnt experience at other Dicks, say the one at Stonebriar Mall. Great store with all the equipment you ever wanted to find for your fancy.

Went in to get ammo and the two guys were condescending and rude. Proceeded to the check out, patiently waiting for a woman to finish her transaction as another guy walked around aimlessly. This place has always been a little pricey. The bike repair center does very good job of fixing bikes. The select of water sport accessories is very good as well. The firearms selection is very limited. Mostly shotguns, and rifles. They need to add more hand gun options. You wont many workers around to assist you, so be prepared to do a lot of browsing on your own.

Stopped here looking for bike lights and didnt find them here. I did go to check out a few other items that I needed, but there was no sales person nearby for me to ask questions. I was just asked on several occasions if I needed help. When I did accept the help the person was completely useless and unable to help me with what I needed. I saw his incompetence and apparently he thought I didnt.
