Fast and friendly service but now I have diarrhea. Not sure which dish caused it. The gravy was bland and watery. The hash browns and eggs were good. My meal didn t come with eggs or meat like other places. I spent almost $30 just for myself. That s too expensive.

My in-laws were in town for my daughters graduation, and the MIL got the craving for brunch. My wife and daughter had both been to My Cafe before and had rave reviews, so we decided to try them out. They were able to immediately seat the six of us (it was a Monday and I took off work -- I dont hate myself enough to attempt brunch on a weekend in FloMo!). Pretty extensive menu with lots of options. Our waitress quickly realized that half the table were native Spanish-speakers and switched over to what I presume is her own native tongue, which of course pleased my in-laws to no end. My kids fumbled through a bit but were able to respond to her Spanish inquiries and successfully ordered. My turn, as whitely as possible: Id like the chicken fried steak please! Happens every time: You dont speak Spanish? Me, default answer: un poquito! I hahaha, everybody else jajajas, a good time is had by all. Love it. Im here for it. Dont read that negatively -- it is legitimately one of my favorite restaurant experiences when my wife or in-laws do that. So, well done! Food-wise: everything was absolutely delicious. My CFS was delicious. Decent grits. Good eggs. My son got the Smores Pancakes and practically licked the plate. If there are Benedicts on the menu, my wife and my daughter will order one of those choices, and this was no exception. Wife split hers with MIL. FIL got an egg scramble bowl. Service was both fast and friendly. We all really enjoyed our time there. This place is a great option in FloMo to get your brunch on. Something for everybody. Check it out!

In an attempt to get as many customers through as possible, the food quality has declined. Its quite obvious that most of the basics are precooked and allowed to likely sit under a heat lamp. As a result, most of the food is presented at the table as luke warm. Bacon that sits out becomes tough, and pancakes arent even warm enough to melt the butter. Were probably moving on to yet another breakfast place. It seems most of the breakfast places in Flower Mound all seem to steadily decline for one reason or another, leaving no place to go that serves consistently good food.

First time customer. Decided to stop by with family for lunch as Ive seen this place many times and wanted to try it. Parking is spacious and corner spot makes it easy to find. Once entering we were greeted and despite it being busy, waitress seated us fairly quickly and placed a blue bottle of kangen water. Felt fancy and I liked it. The staff were dressed up for halloween giving a festive ambience to place in a family friendly atmosphere. I appreciate how clean the interior was which is a huge plus for me. Menu has a variety of options to choose from with visual pictures to help eat with your eyes and wallet friendly prices. Waitress is very good at knowing when we needed help, gave us plenty of time to order and attended our every need. Ordered steak and eggs, tex mex omelette, and cinnamon swirl slammers. Food was very good. My hashbrowns were extra crispy as requested. seasoning on steak was just right. omelette was very generous. slammers had just the right balance of sweetness. Portion sizes were just right. This place knows how to do it. Staff is very well trained and know what theyre doing. A very nice spot. Id love to come back again to try their crepes, pancakes, waffle, and french toast options. If I was a local, Id be in here every week. See you all at my cafe next time and thank you for the great experience.

We love coming here for breakfast or brunch. The menu is diverse enough to please everyone whether they want a traditional breakfast or a lunch item. The breakfast menu includes a few gems that I always look forward to. One is a waffle with berries, candied pecans, berry glaze, and ice cream. It s pretty much a dessert, but I still pretend it s breakfast. The staff are always warm, friendly, and punctual. Highly recommend!

This place wasnt very busy but it took over 10 minutes for them to realize we entered the door and were waiting to be seated, even after calling out to them. After we were seated our drinks came quickly and were never empty. The food was delicious but it was extremely expensive. For the 3 of us, we paid over 65 dollars. Thats insane for breakfast. We do not plan on returning because of the prices.

Nice little breakfast bistro. We took our water polo playing high school boys and they had thier fill. I personally couldnt finish the three stack of pancakes but they were oh so good. My son gladly polished them off after he ate his tacos that he said we good as well. If were ever playing out that way again we will be sure to stop back by! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE AND HUMILIATION - Would have liked to have eaten here but after being seated in the very back corner of the restaurant and waiting over ten minutes for anyone to even talk to us, the waiter told me how rude I was and that I had interrupted him by saying sir when we was pouring coffee at the table next to us. Im somewhat deaf so its possible I said sir too loudly. Anyway, I couldnt believe what he said so I asked him to repeat it and again he told me how rude I was, but this time loudly and aggressively which resulted in all of the other tables around us staring at us. I then asked who our waiter was and he said he didnt know. Didnt know? Hmmmm Anyway, it was at that point we decided to leave - then the waiter looked like he was ready to punch me and took a stance with very aggressive body language. Im disabled so that wouldnt have been good. Anyway, its difficult to find help these days but you probably shouldnt hire waiters that threaten or look like they want to punch customers, just saying! Ive worked in restaurants in the worst jobs and never told a customer how rude they are for saying sir. P.S. You hostess is fabulous and she was extremely polite! Nevertheless, we will NEVER set foot in your place again!

I was very turned off by my experience. The menu is pretty awesome. My food wasn t bad. I was just bothered by the hostess. My wife, 18 month old son and I walked in and we asked to for the booth next to the window. There were two available next to each other. They were the only ones available in the restaurant, along with several tables right in the path of the doorway which constantly let in cold air every time it opened. The hostess said we coudnt sit in one of the booths (The booths placed 6 people) because they were only for large parties. So we sit down in the middle of the restaurant with an unpleasant view of the inside of the kitchen. And continuously get hit with the cold draft. And throughout the entire dining experience, neither one of those booths became filled. So it was just really annoying that she told us, the customers, no. She could have simply allowed us, the customers with cash in the restaurant, to have our request. But since she decided to follow the foolish policy, my family and I will not be returning. And it s a shame because we love breakfast. But that was just a great case of bad customer service and policy. I write this in hopes that the management will fix the problem with future patrons.

Amazing staff who are knowledgeable and very friendly. This is a must visit. AND, they do more than just breakfast!!! Lunch is just as great! Went her for the first time for lunch and it was such a great experience from the moment we walked in. The place is very nice and clean inside. The staff were so friendly and pleasant. I got the Chia pudding as a recommendation from our waitress and it was delicious!! We will definitely be back again!!!

I am upset at myself that it has taken me this long to write a review for this place. It is by farrr my FAVORITE breakfast place everrrr!!! I LOVE their breakfast tacos and order them a few times a week! Lol they are that DELICIOUS!!! The food here is just superb. Everything they make is absolutely delicious!!! I ve had pretty much everything on their menu. And their crepes taste better than homemade. And my crepes are awesome! But these are my favorite!!! I cannot recommend this place enough. Try their breakfast tacos, living in texas, we get great breakfast tacos pretty much everywhere. But when I tell you that these are the BEST you will see what I mean when you try them. I can t recommend them enough!!! And the service here is OUTSTANDING!!! We ve been a few times and always leave with huge smile on our face. Everyone is so kind and so attentive. What else could we ask for when brunching out! We LOVE this place. And HIGHLY recommend them!!!

I was impressed by the creativity of the dishes and the different options on the menu. The breakfast tacos, coffee, and hash browns were delicious, and the atmosphere of the restaurant was very cozy and nice. Since I have to eat gluten free, I appreciated the variety of gf options on the menu, and the staff was very helpful and accommodating.

This place was an accidental but happy we found it when we did. This place gives you the nicest bottle of water for the table and the ambiance is modern and very clean. The food was great and came out quickly and the staff was very nice. If were ever in the area again well be stopping by.

Great Food, Great Service. I wanted hot tea with lemon and honey, but they were out of honey. Someone in staff ran to the store and bought honey. VIP treatment. Food arrived at the table quickly. In fact, I took longer to order than it did for my order to arrive. Yes, Im going back. I subtracted 1 star only because of acoustics. It was very loud. Spoke to the manager about it, I believe they will take it to heart. Hate going to loud restaurants, but I will return. Will enjoy it thoroughly if an when they make it quieter. Not a good place for a date or business if youre trying to talk. If all you want to do is eat, enjoy. Also note worthy, they have Kangan water.

This restaurant is amazing! We were warmly greeted before being seated at the table of our choosing. Our table was clean and was accompanied by pleasant decor and ambiance. Food was practical, and tasted very good. Aside from excellent and quick service my best takeaway from mycafe was undoubtedly the orange juice. Would give it six stars if I could.

We ve ordered around 8-10 different meals from here. EVERYTHING was very delicious. I will update with photos and specifics when I order again. The omelettes, pancakes, and migas are really good! Highly recommend!
