If I were to buy a home again, I would, without a doubt, choose to work with Jett once more. When my husband told me we were moving I was terrified. I had postponed it for 5 years and I knew I couldnt postpone it any more. I needed to submit to my husband. He took me to the area where we would be moving and we stayed with a family member. My husband booked a meeting with Janet Emerson to view a house, I fell in love with every aspect of our prospect home. The process began shortly after the viewing and we had No other home lined up. Sold a home in Denton that was a rental. Worked with Jeremy Wages and his team and couldn t be happier. This was the easiest, fastest, real estate transaction my wife or I have ever encountered and between the two of us, have sold a dozen houses. My wife actually met with Jeremy and although she can be tough to impress, I signed a contract with him, without meeting him. We went with his suggested pricing although having bought in a hot market the year prior and would be losing money. Our house had three offers in 3 days and we accepted the one $15K over asking during the tough June market. Jeremy helped with suggesting a painter thar did a great job at an awesome price to fix our renter s damage. His team even provided a moving truck as long as you signed up in a reasonable amount of time. There were other benefits but since we didn t use them, I can t recall. They ve even offered us a free Thanksgiving pie this year for being a part of their family. Nothing really having to do with real estate but nice way to express them being thankful for your business, all these months later. If you re buying/selling a house in DFW, look no further than at the very least, they re your first call

Professional, knowledgable, exceptional. These are the words I would use to describe Adi (our realtor). Adi really helped us through our home-buying process. We started looking in early 2022, before interest rates started rising, in the middle of a Sellers market. Even though we didnt have many assets to make our offers competitive, Adi still took us to see several properties in our price range. We were probably her only clients looking at lower-priced housing, but she made us feel like we were million-dollar clients. We would text her and have a response in minutes, she took us to every property we asked to see, and she always communicated exactly what we wanted from the Seller. She was also honest about the home-buying process. As first-time homebuyers, it is very stressful to navigate the housing market. Adi was always our advocate and let us know what we should and should not accept from our Sellers. She stuck with us after a failed deal, and we finally closed on our house! I had a negative experience on the seller side with this organization. My buyers were represented by the Rhodes Team and in my opinion, executed unethical behavior that put their client at risk. After offering 75k over asking, to outbid my other offers, they came in after the appraisal AND while under an executed contract and requested I sign an amendment for a 50k discount. No phone call to discuss why just hoped I would blindly sign it. I m still disgusted that this happened. Their tactic was to come in high and then claim that 1) the home appraised for much lower and 2) they don t have the cash. I held my ground but I m sure there are some out there that would fall under the pressure. The buyers, represented by the Rhodes Team almost lost 17,500 in earnest money. Whether the buyers didn t initially have the cash, or the realtor was trying shady tactics either way, someone didn t do their job. I don t recommend this group for your realty needs.

The Rhodes Team is the best! I was lucky enough to work with Danielle Rosencrans last year! She helped me buy my very first home amid the pandemic.
