I ordered my pizza online hours before I went to pick it up.I checked in with the person and was told it wasnt ready. It took another 20 minutes. I blame the owner more as they left the person there on a day that would be very busy. Ive no plans to buy from there again. Theres too many better places to get pizza.

Could have rated negative if its allowed. I did place order at 6:30 for 7:30 pick up & it did say order is ready for pickup. When I was there in there store .. they have planned to say -we dont have enough ingredients to make your order and we can offer the same tomorrow if you wish This is total fraud - on how they processed it as Ready for pickup and they have me drive in The store and send me back without food at 8:00. Worst management and its all with ownership.

The service was awful our pizza was over an hour late, when asking the (I assume) Manager about it, he was very rude and I asked if I could just cancel my order he acted very disrespectful and entitled. And it was just very unsanitary too with no hair nets and open toed shoes. It just made my day worse

Update: Amazing deals sent by email. The only problem is that you get an email saying that it s ready but it s not. You get there 10 min after the email, and you still have to wait 30 more min. Maybe make the tracking more accurate. We are okay if we can wait at home. The food is great! I love the ease of online ordering. I do wish it could text you when the food is ready for pickup. The service is a little strange. When you ask them a question, they either dont respond, talk among themselves, or mumble an answer without looking at you. If you have one person who can truly greet, talk, answer, and say thank you with positive energy, this place would be even better!

I was in the military 11 years and Ive traveled all over the world eating pizza to include Italy, with that being said this is by far the best pizza Ive had my entire life. All I can say is that their pizza is amazing. As Ive said before, I am from Chicago. I am picky with pizza. It has to be really good, really cheesy and flavorful. The sausage cannot be some processed sausage pieces rather real homemade italian sausage pieces. The sauce has to taste good with a bit of sweetness. Rosatis pizza is all that. Reminds me of back home. Especially the way they have the pizza slices on that rack during lunchtime. Yall just have to try them out.

I ordered the chicken parm, a vegetarian calzone, mozzarella sticks, and a salad. Everything is nasty; the fettuccine has no flavor, salad dressing tastes like nothing but anchovies, the mozzarella sticks are soggy and unflavored. The calzone feels like a dry pancake at the bottom, there wasnt any sauce on the inside, and the sauce that came with it and the mozzarella sticks, has no flavor. It isnt the pizza sauce they put on their pizza. The cheese inside of the calzone looks like a block of government cheese that was just thrown inside and didnt melt. Everything is nasty and super bland, will never order anything again that isnt pizza. We know what REAL Chicago food tastes like, and you dropped the ball bogusly!!!! Took PLENTY of pics, but no option to upload.

The people working the evening shift had a bad attitude. We ordered pizza at 8:15 and they close at 9. I understand they are closing. Got the Deep dish pick 4 toppings and the thin crust pepperoni for the kids. First con, was it took an hour to make. Ordered it online, said it would take roughly 30 min.. so 27 min later after placing the order I get there and they are just throwing it in the pizza oven. Say its another 30 min wait.. So, finally got the pizza and got home to eat. Thin crust was good.. cant really mess that up. The Deep dish I was a little disappointed though. The whole thing just didnt have enough flavor. The sauce could have been more saucy, not so chunky with tomatoes and wasnt really seasoned. So sauce was in NEED of seasoning.. and making it more saucy will help with that. First and last time I m trying this place. I had heard good things, but about other locations. Over $70 dollars for two pizzas, one order of lasagna, and a non-optional tip - for a pickup order. Lasagna was watery and messily served, the gluten free crust was definitely Full of gluten, and the toppings they upcharge for at a premium get you a very sparse scattering over part of your pizza. When I arrived I asked for a side of ranch and the girl at the counter (wearing pajama pants) charged me for it. I understand they can t just give everything away but you d think I could get some little cups of ranch with my $70+ order. I was even trying to use their buy a 16 in get a 12 in thin crust coupon and somehow think I paid more than not using it. No one was outright rude but you could tell no one that was there wanted to be working there or cared much about service. Which, again, would be fine if I hadn t been forced on their online order form to add a service tip for zero service. You can honestly get better tasting, more mindfully prepared pizza and nicer service at a Domino s. Dietary restrictions: If you are gluten sensitive or intolerant, Don t eat here. They have the same disclaimer for cross contamination as other places, but the gluten free crust (that I ordered and ensured were listed in my receipt correctly) was literally a regular crust that my gluten-sensitive (not even intolerant or celiac) sister had a sizable reaction to.

I just walked in and picked up my order and took it home to eat. It was delicious like always! Except one thing. Before driving home to eat the pizza, I opened the box for one of those small triangles just as a sample. Before I could even leave to drive home, I only had 4 small squares of pizza left. Good thing my wife had already eaten. I would have been in big trouble

We got the Chicago style deep dish and enjoyed it very much!! Future customers - dont let the pizza sit in the box a long time, it will get soggy in the middle of the bottom crust. With the deep dish pizza being so thick and so hot out of the oven, I dont see any way the staff can prevent sweating. Pick it up promptly and transfer it to a plate or pan and prop it up with a utensil, or put it on a wire cooling rack when you get home to maintain the dry, delicious crust. Yummy!

I wanted to grab a slice for lunch but the pizza looked kind of stale so I asked if I could get one freshly made, and her answer was NO.. Waited an hour for our order, got a notice of delivery, but no pizza at the door. Checked the neighbor s porches, no pizza. Called and was told our pizza was delivered, they argued with me as I assured them no pizza at the door. Was told ten orders before me, would be another hour to deliver another pizza. This place does not compare to the Chicago branches. Soggy deep dish. Put something on the bottom so the pizza isnt soggy like they do up in Chicago. Also the employees are throwing pizza pans like a frisbees in the back, saw one hit the ground, im sure the dirt adds to the flavor. Great team you got there!

The deep dish pizza I ordered was perfect and exactly what I was hoping for. Ill definitely order it, again. The mozzarella sticks I ordered were not edible. Possibly the worst Ive ever been served. The breading was under cooked and tasted like raw flower. Whomever prepared them didnt have the slightest clue what they were doing. Ill definitely order from here, again. Im from Chicago and found this gem. Used to be a 10. Now the last few times, its a one. Staff are too hard to understand. Some sit around the pickup area and sit around talking in their language. One time lady washing the floor while Im waiting to pick up pizza. Last and final time, green peppers and onions not cooked on thin crust pizza. Pizza sauce was not up to par.
