Very poor customer service. Over cooked pizza. Have ordered from here since they opened. Not sure if they got new ownership, but past 3 or 4 times we have ordered, it has been very bad.

Where to start... for those saying this pizza is good, I feel bad that you havent had good pizza before. Old pizza that is reheated with an odd amount of new cheese. The dine in space was limited to two tables, and both were disgusting. The place was empty, so Im not sure why the employees were unable to make cleaning two tables a priority. If you prefer Coke or Pepsi product, it is not available. Even the off brand diet soda dispensed carbonated water. $6 a slice for peperoni. I ordered two slices, which were large slices, but utterly gross. I ate half a slice because I was just hungry. I will not be back.

.There are just splotches of cheese SPLOTCHES of cheese new cheese baked onto the OLD cheese underneath I got this for my 2 year old He usually loves pepperoni pizza. But he didn t even touch this. Nasty. Oldass. Pizza

I love the NY pizza and pints in Murphy all the time, so this was a no Brainer, I thought. Guess that is what I get for thinking. Pizza was burnt, service barely spoke English, and the place was filthy. Not happy.

Solid 4 star fast casual pizza place. Ive had better NY style pizza but overall this is pretty good and fairly priced. I ordered in person and my slice was ready in just a few minutes. Its a big slice and well topped.

Pizzas are good, but service is not. On one visit they got my order wrong twice. Had to wait extra 35 minutes for correct pizza. Manager offered no apologies or discounts. Showed no concern for mistakes. Said it is what it is. On next visit, I arrived 5 minutes after order was supposed to be ready. They hadnt even started cooking it when I arrived. Had to wait additional 20 minutes. Employee said this is typical for Friday orders.

Unfortunately this location is not as good as the Carrollton one. Poor customer service, terrible pizza that was undercooked and suprisingly they use Door Dash for delivery and the food arrives late and cold. My mistake for giving a new business in Flower Mound a chance, never again. Oh, and one more thing, if you decide to call management at this location regarding your order be ready to hear its not my problem.

I Order half cheese & half vegetable in the store. The person who make pizza put vegetable all around the pizza. I didn t open the pizza until I came home. I was very disappointed. Make sure you check the pizza box in the store. When we called the store they said Free vegetable the next time you order . Extremely disappointed with them. They knew they made a mistake but didn t want to remake the pizza and just apologized for their mistake.

This is our new favorite pizza place! We went for my sons birthday and had a blast. We usually get Enzo s but lately they have been burning the pie or delivering a pizza with the cheese sliding off. The pizza at NY Pizza and Pints was delicious - huge slices that you have to fold in half to eat and the thin crust is amazing. Being born and raised in NY we re pretty picky about our pizza but NYP&P had the perfect amount of toppings, clean tables, and the employees were friendly and helpful. We ll be back!!

Ended up here when the Thai place next door was unexpectedly closed. Started to leave when I realized how expensive it was but decided it would be worth the extra money to give a new place a try. My wife ordered a meatball grinder and I got the 14 Garden Pie. The guy at the counter taking orders didnt seem to speak much English so ordering was a challenge. He seemed unfamiliar with the menu boards over his head as well so maybe he was new. We got our food in an acceptable time. The grinder was tasty but not a traditional grinder as its on a fairly thin piece of focacia bread. The pizza however wasnt as described on the menu boards. It had fresh tomatoes which I hate and no olives which I love. When I brought it to their attention, they seemed really confused but in their defense offered to make another one to the expected specifications. While we waited, we split the grinder and I was satisfied. Then the guy from the restaurant came over and thrust a piece of paper in front of me showing that there were supposed to be tomatoes on the garden pizza. He could have simply compared the paper to the overhead menus but instead seemed to want to confront me to show me I was wrong. Now Im angry and will never return

Pizza was pretty good, but they charged me for the price of a customized pizza when I got a pepperoni. Pepperoni is just about the least customized pizza there is. It was $2-3 more than a regular pepperoni. When I questioned it at the counter they refused to charge for a pepperoni. Disappointing experience for a first time customer. Won t be back.

I am from W coast but had the chance to try NY pizza in NYC to $20 brick oven pizza. Our preferred place has been byo (build your own) pizzeria. @ this place, byo (up to 3 toppings)is only $6!!! Freshly out of oven baked pizza slices are so huge, we couldn t finish it. It was very filling & delicious. The crust was perfect. Glad we tried garlic knots. There were several tables to dine in.

Decided to try this place for lunch and was pleasantly surprised. The pizza is good and came out quickly. As other reviews have mentioned the pizza slice is huge and I didn t even attempt the 2 piece special. It s worth noting there is some extra seating further back along side of kitchen as well. Ill be introducing this place to the family sooner rather than later.

This was not my first time coming here, but this may very well be my last. I showed up around 6:25 and placed an order for 2 pepperoni slices. They were courteous enough to give me a wait time of 25 minutes and I said that would be no problem. I sat in my car for a little over 25 minutes then headed back inside where they handed me one of my slices and said the second one was coming out soon (I ordered two of the same slice, shouldn t they have come out at the same time?) I proceeded to wait another 30 minutes for the second slice, only to have one of the employees say to me while handing me my food your slice was just sitting in the oven. I don t know why we didn t call your name. With a smile on her face. No apology, nothing. I m glad that the time I spent waiting for my food made you smile. I sat there the entire time while they refunded another customer for whatever reason, apologized to him, while I got one cold slice and one warm slice. Thanks New York Pizza & Pints!

My husband and I enjoyed our experience. The slices were huge, and the beer and wine choices were good. Im not sure Id recommend dining in since the dining area is so small, but its definitely a restaurant wed order from again. Prices for the specialty pizzas seem a little steep, but since I havent ordered one, I cant say if theyre worth the cost or not.

Was super excited to try this new place, upon entering I felt like I was Invading the new teen hangout and was an imposition for ordering. The employees all with their phones out and lounging. I know it s soft opening but holy heck. Room for improvement. 1. Called to order and they ask me to call later because their system was down 2. Called later - Ordered the Yonkers supreme - they said 10-15 minutes . 3. Got there 16 minutes later and they hadn t started it yet. 4. Switched my order with another customers, luckily other customer caught it . 5. 14 pizza was $30 and didn t come out 14 or correctly 6. 2 of the topping listed on the menu description are missing from the pizza. All that said pizza tastes good. Not $30 good especially for what I consider a medium pizza. Service needs training. Will try again and (maybe) edit review after they are officially open.

Was missing home. This was a perfect NY style pizza. Nice balance of sauce and cheese and full of flavor. Underestimated the size of the giant. It was giant. We will have pizza again tomorrow and that makes my heart happy.
