I ve been coming to this studio for over a year now, and I ve never been disappointed! I did my maternity shoot, newborn shoot, Christmas photos, and 2 of my son s other shoots here. I always request Gwen as my photographer she s the best! When I go in for my viewings to choose my pictures Kathy is always so helpful about helping my choose the best shots. All of my photos are beautiful! I will continue to do all of my shoots here.

Extremely Disappointed with Photoshoot Experience and Service We were really looking forward to a special photoshoot for our 2-year-old and my pregnant wife, but the entire experience was incredibly disappointing. The photos we received were not the ones we selected, and to make matters worse, many were duplicates. Lala photography admitted their mistake but offered no real solution other than suggesting we schedule a new session at an additional cost! This was completely unacceptable, especially since the error was on their part. We repeatedly followed up, hoping to get the original photos we had chosen, but our efforts were met with silence. Despite our request for a Zoom or another online session to sort this out as my wife was close to due date and cannot travel, they refused to work with us in any meaningful way. In the end, we were left with no choice but to take the duplicated photos, which was incredibly frustrating and disheartening. The lack of professionalism and customer care in resolving their mistake has left us very disappointed. This was supposed to be a memorable experience for our family, but instead, it turned into a frustrating ordeal. I wouldn t recommend Lala photography to anyone looking for a reliable and customer-focused service.

Don t believe all these 5 star reviews as most of them are bought by offering free photos in return!! Let me explain my experience: It was all good until the owner had to ruin the experience, she is very money hungry! She knows very little about client loyalty, and Penny pinches every step of the way! For someone who has spent over $1000 at this photo studio, loyalty, and honesty would be appreciated. Did not particularly look forward to your argumentative tone for $20 bucks. I know the photographers work really hard to earn our business, hopefully you treat them better than you do your clients!

This was my first time booking with Lala photography and can definitely say we will be coming back! They were so helpful and answered all my questions during the booking process, LaShauna was a photographer and she was AMAZING, she kept my almost 1 year old engaged and smiling, she was so patient and got him to do all the poses! We had an amazing experience as always. This is my third time using LaLa Photography for my photoshoots and they did not disappoint. LaShawna did a good job putting the sets together and was patient and sweet with my daughter. Even though we showed up late for our shoot, her attitude was positive the entire time and we did not feel rushed. The viewing was great as well. Everyone is so courteous and nice. The picture quality is top notch too !! I 1000% recommend them. Thanks Lala Photography and I will be back !!

I have used LaLa Photography for both of my girls first birthday/cake smash pics and have had just wonderful experiences both times! The experience in the studio is great. They are so patient and work with you well. The pictures came out great, the quality is awesome. And affordable!!! They were able to catch some of the sweetest moments! This is the second time we chose La La photography for the family photoshoot. We had good experience last year and hence we went with them again this year. Photographer was nice and patient enough to take the potraits that we wanted with our twin toddlers and the pictures turned out great too. Viewing appointment was scheduled a week later but we didnt have good experience with the attendant that was present that day but when notified about her to the team they said she is leaving la la photography soon and need not worry about anything in the futurte. We will definitely revisit this place for future family and kids potraits and also recommend to others. I appreciate that they respond if any concerns were taken to their attention.

Had the most amazing shoot here for my baby s first birthday, our photographers Brianna and LaShauna were soo patient with him. I have a fussy newborn that I was worried wouldn t cooperate for the squishy newborn photos I wanted but I booked the petite package (hour and half) and while the first half of the photos he was awake, the photographer was able to have him totally settled and sleepy by the second half and I ended up with a variety of sleepy and alert! She was patient but efficient and even set up an additional set upon request at the end when we had a little extra time and worked to get him settled into the pose and asleep! I also come here for Santa minis every year and LOVE them. They are my favorite tradition as a mom who loves photos of her babes!

After a couple of sessions for the Milestones package, I am still impressed with the service and professionalism at Lala. The photographer Maritza was bubbly, which helped with our 6 month old baby and allowed us to participate in getting him to smile. My son had a cash smash session here and he was not having it at all. We tried everything to get him to smile he practically cried the whole time. The photographer we had was amazing she tried and never gave up she even let us have breaks in between and never rushed us at all. I bought the milestone package when my baby was born, which lets me take pictures of my family every 3 months so 3 months, 6 months, 9 months, and 12 months we are currently in the 9th month one. Gwen was a great photographer to work with our newborn baby! All the backgrounds and sets were well thought out and there was great communication beforehand to really cater to what we want days before the shoot. My wife and I had a hard time agreeing on a photographer for our baby girl. We took a leap of faith and went with Lala Photography, and are sooo grateful we did! The location at Parker Square is more than ideal. From the moment we stepped into the studio, we looked at each other and gave the nod of approval. Our photographer, Gwen was incredibly patient, skilled, and had a quasi-magical way of connecting with our newborn. We were surprised and took some notes lol, as we observed her prepping our little one and putting her to sleep with such ease. We loved the way our photos turned out! Imagine - we have two toddlers (3 and 1 year old). I dont know how in the world their photographers do it but we sure got some CUTE pictures. Highly recommend!! The process from booking to downloading our gallery and everything in between was flawless! We used La La Photography to take my 11 month old Baptism photos. With babies you never know what youre going to get but Amanda was so good at working with him and getting him to smile and get more and more comfortable as the session went on, the end result was beautiful and better than we expected! After our session, it was a quick turn around time to viewing and choosing our final photos, Danielle was patient and thorough as we viewed our photos and made our final selections (though it was very difficult!) The entire staff is so sweet and accommodating, I was having major hair dilemma after leaving the drybar and looking like a lion lol.
