Costa Vida is one of my familys favorite places to eat!! We started to go 2+ times a week when we lived in Utah!! There arent enough of them in the DFW area, but we plan our airport runs around this Costa Vida!! The staff is INCREDIBLE and the food is BEYOND WORDS!! Especially the sweet pork!!

We had an amazing experience with our company sponsored lunch for 65 people. Renee (with catering) was a phenom at response time and organization/planning. She gave me such confidence about our upcoming event. The team showed up early, was super friendly, and set everything up for us! (And kept stuff hot without those horrible little burners!) Amazing to not have to personally hustle for a serve yourself lunch setup just stood off to the side and watched in awe! Food was FABULOUS and there was plenty of lunch for everyone PLUS even dinner leftovers for a few, as well. A big thanks to the CV team. We will be certainly be having y all out again!

First time there- Baja plate was tasty but at room temperature, not as appetizing. Quesadillas were stuck together for the Chicken Quesadilla and server struggled separating two of them instead of making fresh ones. It had good taste. The quesadillas were hardly cut so it was a bit of a mess to eat it.

YES the pork is amazing. One of the biggest problems with Chipotle is the mystery globs of oddly colored, overly salty mystery meat. Another way Costa Vida beats the competition is they take the trouble to actually HEAT the bowl after you select the base and cheese. I don t think I ve EVER had an actually warm bowl from Chipotle. Finally, at least at this visit and location; there was a sense of commitment by the staff.

Walked in at 830 staff decided they already wanted to shut down, limited on steak, rude, and already broke down specialty drinks. Very disappointing, my steak tacos were extremely small, the worker was even reaching back in for more steak but didnt have any, she didnt go to the Togo line and get steak from there, just asked me of I wanted cheese. If there was a manager there didnt seem to be there and they did not care about guest experience. Will not be coming back. .

My wife and I are from out west where Costa Vida and Cafe Rio are really popular. We love Tex Mex, but havent been able to find anywhere that does justice to Sweet Pork. For the west coasters living here, or if you are from Utah, youll want to cone visit these guys. The two guys working behind the counter were friendly and attentive. This was my 2nd time coming here to this location. Its about a 30 min drive for us, so we cant go often, but well definitely be back!

They were really friendly. Food was fresh. The tomatillo ranch sauce is to die for. It s great on their burritos, salads, nachos, and more. The sweet pork is that perfect balance of sweet and salty. As a family we love going to costa vida on special occasions. Cheaper than a sit down restaurant, and they keep their tables cleaned off if you want to dine in. Frankly, Im over this place. I loved it when it opened. They had issues in the COVID era which were less than understandable but I came back afterwards and things were back to normal. I get that prices are up everywhere but now they nickel and dime you for everything. This annoys my GF more than the price increases. Costa Vida catered our middle school teacher appreciation luncheon. It was fabulous. Renee Doyle, Events and Catering Manager, worked with me to set up the event and answered all my questions promptly. The set-up the day of the event was quick and the food was warm and ready for the first lunch group in plenty of time. The food was amazing and stayed warm for all three lunch periods. The food is amazing!! They have fresh tortillas made on a comal in the front. Thier menu consists of burritos, enchiladas, tacos, quesadillas, salads, baja bowls, salads and desserts. I didnt try the dessrts, but they looked fantastic. Their drink options have the standard as other restaurants with the addition of fresh lemon limeade, bottled Jarritos, horchata de arroz and much more. They have outside seating with shade covering. Indoor, it is cool and comfortable. The service was very good and helpful, especially it being my first time. I went back on Sunday and found that they are closed each Sunday. For convenience, they have a drive thru as well as order ahead or order for delivery.

Gets worse and worse every time I come. The guy at the drive through tonight didn t greet me at the window, started eating a quesadilla behind the mesh screen, came back to the window after 5 minutes and asked if he gave me my food yet. Then he said sorry we re so busy . There was one car behind me in the drive through. If it was busy inside, the wait is expected, but I placed my order 10 minutes before I got there(25 minutes before I got my food). They also forgot the jalapeños on my order. Dirty , messy , slow , careless and grumpy employees , overpriced fast food with sit down restaurant prices . This place used to be decent but it went down hill quick as the owners only hire careless teenagers or grumpy - rude people, whom dont want to be there (it seems like it). Food is mediocre , never enough food on the front line and the employees are too lazy or bothered to go get prepped food from the back. Food line is always dirty or messy. This place isn t worth spending your money , go to Taco Bell or taco bueno or if you want to hit up Taco Ocho or any real Mexican taco places in Lewisville instead. Will not eat here again

I have never had any problems at the Costa Vida in colleyville, the quality is spectacular and I am never disappointed so when I moved to flower mound I was super excited a Costa Vida was near by. However, this is just not up to the standard I am used to at other locations. The meat is bland, tortillas are usually over or undercooked and my food is usually thrown together and falling apart. I have given this place a couple tries but it just has not lived up to the expectations of other locations unfortunately.

Food was bland. The red enchilada sauce tasted like watered down tomato paste with a pinch of generic taco seasoning, even the fountain drink was watered down. The reason for the two stars is drive-thru convenience but it doesn t matter as I will never patronize this business again. Do better Costa Vida!

I usually love Costa Vida -Flower Mound location and order online to pick up. I order the Baja Bowl-Chicken with extra meat and the bowl is pretty large and a small salad. In the picture below the Baja bowl is on the left. Unfortunately this time they messed up. They made my Baja Bowl the same size as my small salad :-( I called the store and the Manager said he would refund me the price of the Baja bowl. I was disappointed this time but still love their food!

My parents love Costa Vida, and we decided to try it a few times based on their raving reviews. I ve tried the nachos, tacos and salad. Unfortunately, all 3 of our visits have left us let down. It is definitely a fav for some and not bad, just not our style. For fast food Mexican we prefer chipotle for sure. I also personally like Rosas s better, a lot more flavor. It is very clean and the staff are friendly. Give it a try, you might love it. Just not my cup of tea.

We have been ordering from Costa Vida since they opened here in Flower Mound. We have had several orders that were filled incorrectly, but we put up with it. After our latest visit on 3/27, where our order was incorrect again, we called back to report the issue... my wifes salad and our nachos were both wrong. The person taking the call assured us that our next order would be free and to just let them know. When we called tonight, 4/2, they refused to replace both incorrect orders because someone didnt write it down. We wont be going back!

My wife and I went for lunch. I had the enchiladas and she had a Baja bowl. I was very disappointed with the portions for the money we paid. Our Baja bowl had so little rice and black beans that both together barely covered the bottom of the bowl. The food was okay but could use more Mexican spices..... cumin...the grilled chicken was very hard and over done. We probably will not go back as it was not a very good value at all.

My teenager loves this Costa Vida. We order online and pickup quite often. The staff is always nice. The food has always been fresh and in the probably 75 times we ve picked up, they ve only once forgotten a sauce we ordered. I appreciate that. Five stars Costa Vida Flower Mound.

Having worked for the chain at another location the one in flower mound always disappoints. I cannot fathom how they will fill an order for nachos by putting the meat and beans in the bottom of the plate and the chips on top. Explain to me how that makes sense to have to eat through the chips to get to anything else which by the time you reach the meat you have exhausted all the chips. So now I m eating with a fork straight meat and beans. Or how I will be charged 4.99 for extra meat to have a little cup filled halfway with steak. You can do better but I m sure you re protecting your profits by giving half of what should be given. If you want a Costa Vida meal that isn t ripping you off go to literally any other location.
