I frequent this location often. And at best, the service is always subpar. Anytime I ve ever had a pick up order. There s always been an issue. The service at this particular location is mediocre, and the food is bland. However, what prompted my review is that I went to this location to pick up a DoorDash order, and everything about it was just terrible. And the person placing the order apparently knew this because they sent a message asking me to open it and make sure that everything was in the bag and sure enough everything was not in the bag and they only had a single order! On top of that, they charged me an extra two dollars for a condiment that should ve simply come with the order. I m just glad I checked the order prior to leaving the location. Just picking up that single order I encountered three problems. The staff is more than friendly, but that just goes to show that I will never, come to this location again. The location on Ridge is super. I ve never had any issues there, but for some reason, the Dalrock location is absolutely terrible.

30 brunch house is in such a convenient area with a nice and welcoming staff, but thats just about it. The food is not good at all. I had the very berry french toast, eggs, and potatoes. The french toast tasted like it was oversaturated in eggs because thats all I could taste. The potatoes were very bland and the eggs taste like the carton liquid eggs. All and all if you want to try this place, you are better off making your own brunch at home because this place is not worth it.

We (me, my husband, and our 1 year old) stopped here for brunch on a whim as we were out running errands. We were seated quickly, and our order was taken quickly, but that s where the positives end. It took an hour after we ordered to get our food and during that hour we were only approached twice by the staff. The first time was about 15 minutes after we sat down. The hostess stopped by to ask if they could give our high chair to another table that had just been seated since our daughter was not sitting in it. We mentioned that we would be using it as soon as our food got there. The second time was about 30 minutes after placing our order. Our waitress approached us to ask if she could get us anything, but provided no information about the status of our food or apology for the delay. An hour after we placed our order our food arrived with zero mention of the delay from our waitress. Either this type of wait is the norm here so she didn t feel an apology or explanation was needed, or she needs some serious communication and customer service training. We understand that delays happen and some open communication would have been appreciated, but the complete disregard for an hour wait to get food after ordering is unacceptable. If the food was amazing, we may have given this place one more chance, but the food was average, so we ll take our brunching business elsewhere.

Of course it was Mothers day and brunch is the number 1 activity, so this review takes that into account. The place was packed! 1st, we did have reservations for 8 at 1:00 and we were seated promptly like within 5 minutes. 2nd, it took quite awhile to put in our drink order and a lot longer to get our food order in. We got our food just over an hour after we arrived. 3rd, the food was terrific! Great menu options and all of our orders met expectations. My Steak Benedict was very good. Again, since it was Mothers day, service was a little lacking. My guess is next time it will be much better.

Staff are super friendly. But the food left us wanting. Letting the photos say the rest I m not sure where all these five star reviews without photos are coming from. Makes me think they have their own staff reviewing the place. This place is not 5 stars. Not even close. On a good day, maybe 3. And that s being overly generous. Tacky decor. The booth is so uncomfortable and the table comes up to your chest. The Chicken and Waffle plate is abysmal. Literally it s like they air fried frozen fried chicken and threw it on top of a waffle. Waffle is good though! Maybe I ordered the wrong thing, but I won t be coming back to find out. I d rather drive to Wylie and go to Starwood Cafe.

Very pleasant place to enjoy a good breakfast/brunch. The decor is, what can I say, very random but rather interesting. The wait staff was very nice and attentive. The eggs were cooked the way I like them. The biscuits were really soft and flaky. The bacon was thick sliced. The hash browns were just right and the morning crunch potatoes were even better. The orange juice was from really good oranges and it was serve in a fairly large glass. The German crepes were good but I needed to add more sugar and would have preferred more lemon. The regular pancakes were soft and delicious. The Alamo omlet was excellent with sliced avocado. The prices are pretty low for the generous portions.

If I could give this place a 10 review, I would. My daughter.took me there this morning for the first time. First impression of decor I love. So spring with flowers and greenery everywhere. Very clean and I didn t have to wear a jacket for once. I ordered Florentino Benedict with house potatoes and my daughter got eggs, potatoes and pancakes. So good. All of it. I was so full but could not stop eating the potatoes. Pancakes rivals IHOP s. The staff was great. Our waitress was charming and sweet. She told us a little bit about the owner and the decor choices. I can t wait to go back. I plan to be a regular. Manager should be proud. He is only 26!

Very affordable, good quality brunch. I enjoyed the Eggs Benedict. Oddly, one of the eggs had no yolk, but other than that the dish was flavorful and nicely presented. My friend enjoyed a vegetable omelette with cheese. The cheese was American cheese (I think cheddar would have been a better choice, but overall my friend enjoyed the dish.) The cup of fresh fruit was surprisingly good, and included a variety of berries, orange segments and banana slices. The service was excellent! I will definitely return.

We went to 30 Brunch the first time and it is pretty good.. I had a mushroom omelette and cheese awesome, my wife had waffle and she liked them.. the brunch potato s are great.. the atmosphere is great.. service is fast.. I would give them 4.9.. I don t give any 5.0.. they have some problems with businesses, but I have not found them.. the photos are my omelette and menu. Update: 2/10/2024: another awesome breakfast.. we had egg white omelets, brunch potatoes and fresh fruit.. it was great.. the waiter was awesome and the atmosphere is great.. 4.95 stars!!

Service and atmosphere was great but food was horrible. I dined with three other people on Sunday at 11am. Two of the four did not finish the food. The coffee was Luke warm at best. The cooks must have had a competition going to see who could overcook food the most. The waffles and fried chicken were completely dried out, to the point the waffle basically turned to crumbs when cut. The poached eggs for the benedict were closer to a hard boiled egg. Three of the four plates of food were barely above room temperature. I feel like we probably could ve found something better to eat for breakfast at the gas station next-door. We had high hopes for this place but was a definite disappointment.

Update from my previous review. I spoke with Leo and he took care of everything. The number was updated already and the food received on yesterday was excellent. Thank you Leo! We called in our order on the phone per number on the website. Then after waiting for the meals to be prepared learned at pickup that the website has the Rockwall location listed on Rowlett location causing another wait while prepared at correct location. Then after this we had ham on one of the omelets after wed told them that it was no ham on this one.

From the reviews, maybe I came on a bad day but ended up very disappointed. We were seated and there were only 2 other tables occupied in the restaurant, still it took 15 minutes before anyone ever came to check on us. My coffee was brought to me cold, like cold cold. The chocolate milk my son was drinking had a sour taste. The actual food was decent but the service was pretty poor. We were actually helped more by the busser than the actual waitress. If you decide to try, I hope your experience is better.

I am giving this place a 2 mainly because I hate bad customer service. Out service was not friendly at all and he was not attentive. Also I ordered an eggs Benedict and they made it with hard boiled egg on top which I ve never heard of before so after hun time him down he told the kitchen to make a poached egg but never took my plate so after 15mins they bought out 2 eggs alone which is unacceptable after my food had been sitting there so I told them I wanted the whole thing redone. Needless to say I will prob not be going back for that dish. My husbands breakfast combination was pretty good for a basic meal. Pancakes was good too. I probably would not recommend this place for a really good brunch.

Daughter and I love to go to breakfast/brunch when shes in town from college. Some of our favourites have either closed (Communion) or become too expensive for the food (Tanyas.) We decided to try 30 Brunch and its really nice. She had the avocado toast and a side of hash browns (she mixes them with her sunny side eggs.) I had the Red Rooster skillet (Chorizo) and we both had coffee. No iced coffee on the menu. They were preparing for a brunch rush when we arrived, there were probably twice as many employees as diners. Service was good, but the Southern Issue With Coffee remains. You leave the East and it takes forever to get your coffee refilled. :D Two coffees, two brunch plates, $38. And there is a solid brunch cocktails menu. As for the atmosphere. Not sure what was going on, but the same song by P!NK played multiple times...loudly!! Coffee comes with a TINY SPOON!!

Im happy to have a brunch place so close to home! The food was surprisingly good we ordered two skillets with steak and potatoes. Both had great flavors! We had a side of French toast, and it was good. The portion sizes were good, too. The service and atmosphere were a little shaky. My server didnt know what a poinsettia was or a poached egg, so Im thinking more training is absolutely needed, especially since these items are on your menu. The atmosphere is a nice open concept. However, the decor is very DIY.
