This doctors office is very friendly. The doctor took her time getting to know me as a first time Patient (Ana Zapata PA-C). The medical assistant that took all of my information was super friendly as well, and both her and the doctor called me on two separate occasions about a medication that needed a prior authorization. I appreciate the fact that they were doing everything they could to get my medication approved by my insurance. Unfortunately, nowadays, that is not so common. I would definitely recommend this office to anyone looking for a physician.

Unfriendly. 1pm appointment. They ask you be there 15 early to fill out new patient paperwork. Arrive early - they are having lunch, and rudely tell you to sit and wait until they finish lunch at 1. Get taken to the room at 1:30. NP is supposed to call in a new BP medication. BP is sky high. 2 days later the pharmacy still doesn t have a prescription called in. I have called the office to inquire and still no prescription and no communication. A complete waste of my time and insurance money and even higher blood pressure.

My family member was harmed by a simple procedure here and the provider, Amber, refused to see him to provide treatment to correct her mistake. She could not find any time in her day for an emergent appointment. We ve gone here for awhile, seeing a new provider each time. It s a convenient location, but has absolute let nothing else going for it.

So far Ive been to Quest care a total of about 3 times , each experience has been pleasant & helpful, and without any issues. I highly recommend this office, quick easy & with very convenient parking & location. Ill continue making the short drive from Denton as long as my medical insurance allows it & as long as the office maintains what they have so far.

This place has gone downhill. The nurses and doctors dont realize that you can hear them outside to door, this is common sense stuff, sounds and voices travel. The 2 good doctors left, I am following their example.

My wife needed a primary care doctor and scheduled here back in February. It gets rescheduled for today. She confirms with the automated phone calls several times about her appointment today. We arrive and they say they are only taking sick patients in the afternoon. We explain the necessity due to work and getting cleared and they were so rude. We said we will do something else and instead of being apologetic we get... ok. Just ok? How rude are y all. My wife has a sore throat and told you this and you turn her away. I would avoid this place at all cost. They didn t even have any patients and they turned her away. Extremely rude!!!

All. Just a heads up, the billing company that this clinic uses is a SCAM. they send bills that are not charges that should be on my account. When you reach out to them for correction, via email or phone, absolutely zero response. TERRIBLE customer service.

1st visit was great, however follow up visits not so much. When I showed up for my schedueld appointment it was not in the system. I understand that mistakes happen. They were able to get me in at the scheduled time which was appreciated. The appointement was rushed and the perscriptions that were supposed to be called into the pharmacy were not. When I called to ask for them to be sent over there is no records of the 2nd prescription or notes about it from my visit and they wanted me to come back into the office for another appointement. I was not very keen on the office as a whole but liked the doctor so I was hopping it could work out but i will be finding a new doctor.

As a family we have been patients of Dr Broadnax roughly 4 years and really like her as a doctor however as noted it is very difficult to get an appointment with her and some of her staff are absolutely terrible to work with. Nicole, in particular, has absolutely zero customer service skill and is not willing to do anything extra to help out a patient in a bind. I travel often for business, sometimes for months at a time, and was in need of a RX refill and it took an act of God to get any help because they wanted to see me. No bloodwork just come in to see us which I explained numerous times was not possible based on my work schedule. Once I finally convinced Nicole to speak with Dr Broadnax the script was called in however she called in the wrong one so it needed to be corrected. Should be no big deal right... When I called Nicole and asked her to contact the pharmacy to correct the situation she absolutely refused and told me if they want to talk to me about a new prescription they can call me Are you kidding me with that comment?? Thankfully the pharmacy where I am traveling understands the meaning of the word customer service and they handled it. I called the main office to discuss this with them and unfortunately the lack of service seems to be a way of life at QuestCare. I left multiple messages for a Michelle however she was clearly too busy to return any of my messages. Needless to say, as much as we truly like Dr Broadnax as our familys physician we have made the decision to find a new doctor to service our future medical needs.

I have been going to this office for over a year now. Although the physicians in this office are awesome, their front desk help is not so helpful with scheduling and customer service. I recently paid fees for no shows for my daughter and was told at a recent visit we owed $125.00 for 2 no show fees and copay. I offered to pay copay and they refused to take payment. When we call to make appointments with Dr. Broadnax they say they cant see her schedule and they cant make appointments for her only the PA in the office. My daughter must keep the appointment so that she can take medication that she can not abruptly stop without serious complications. The young lady did nothing to help resolve any of the issues. I requested our medical records and we unfortunately will not return to see Dr. Broadnax or the PA due to the incompetence of the office staff, and the constant need to schedule you with their PA and refusal to set appointments with Dr. B. The refusal to refill without office visit for medication that can not be stopped is so dangerous I can understand the once every 3 month check up, but every time you need a refill is excessive undo cost. I hope that Dr. Broadnax will move to a new facility in the future. We would love to continue our medical care with her under different conditions.

New to the area so I needed a doc. Dr. Broadnax spent a long time with me and was super helpful, more so than my last doc in another state. I really appreciated her taking the time to listen to my concerns and work on things together.

I was excited to find a Dr. close to work. This office gets you in very quickly. However, I ve only met/seen the PA once. He s friendly, and seemed to listen to my concerns. I ve never seen Dr. Broadnax at all. After one visit, I was referred to 4 different doctors, and called in by the front desk to do blood work several times. I ve never seen a physician or PA to discuss the results or the reason for the tests, or the significance of the results. Now I m being referred to a hematologist without any explanation whatsoever. I m not going back to this office.

Questcare has become one of my favorite clinics to date. Every interaction with the staff was great. Kind, paitent, and attentive. The facility was clean and tidy! The PA was wonderful and seemed willing to work with me to help me find solutions to my ailments. He was very polite, clear and concise, and easy to talk to. The nurse who did a blood raw was one of the best I have had! I have extreme anxiety with needles and she was calm and understanding the entire time and helped talk me out of my panic attacks and kept me well distracted during the quick and easy (! I never knew a blood draw could be easy!!!) I honestly can not recommend Questcare enough! One of the best and easiest clinic visits ever! Just knowing that there is such a wonderful clinic out there really helps calm the anxiety about going to the doctor... I might even look forward to my next visit with them! ;) Thank you everyone at Questcare!!! Yall are amazing!

I contacted Dr. Broadnaxs office this afternoon in desperate need to be seen about some sudden health concerns. Her office staff was friendly and very helpful! They were able to get me in same day which was a huge blessing. Dr. Broadnax, her receptionist, as well as her nurse were so welcoming and I immediately felt comfortable and at home. I am very pleased to not only have a PCP of my own so close to my home but also one who is honest and very knowledgeable. Highly recommend Dr. Broadnax!!

Dr. Broadnax is a saint! She put up with my refusal to accept that as I get older, things start to happen; she also was so very patient when dealing with my self-conferred medical degree (hey, I can read too!) She is very kind, very knowledgeable, and Im very upset that my insurance company is so ridiculous that her medical group will no longer accept BCBSTX. If I were independently wealthy, Id still go see her and pay full price. The staff is very friendly, and you never have to wait long periods of time when you arrive for your appt. Ive never had a problem getting an appointment that works with my schedule either. I highly recommend Dr. Broadnax if your insurance has her on the list.

I really enjoyed Dr. Broadnaxs style. She is very easy to talk to and listens to what you have to say before deciding what, if anything, needs to be done. The clinic is always clean and the staff is always polite and pleasant to deal with. I had 1 billing issue over how the office and their billing company billed my insurance for a routine physical but after digging into it and calling the insurance company, I am convinced it is the insurance company being extremely picky. I switched to Dr. Broadnax 2 years ago and I am really glad that I did.
