First off amazing hospitality, staff and owner were super friendly and helpful with recommendations. Decided to try the crime scene which was pretty much every topping, and it was worth it! Bacon was crisp, patty was good size, and toppings just tastes fresh. Overall it s a solid burger with great service

Best burger Ive ever had. Im not a girl who likes a greasy burger and this one did not disappoint. Its a walk up to the counter yourself and order. Im fine with that. Seating for approximately 36. Nice east menu but you can customize. Parking: There are other businesses in this short strip center so there is plenty of parking.

I just ate lunch at a lowkey burger spot that reminded me of the burgers I had growing up. Bacon Cheeseburger with some delicious fries. The cook reminded me of how my grandma used to cook the burgers. Service was fast and the burger is $10. Worth every bite. Will be back

Been going here for the last 15 years. Absolutely, nobody in DFW makes a Philly like this place does. Their burgers are also top tier. Everything is always fresh and made to order. Also, an important note, the bread for their Phillys is softer & fresher than ur sweet cheeks after exfoliating. 99% of the time, my order is a Usual, extra chz, and a side of onion rings. That combo could be a death row final meal right there. STOP WASTING TIME AND GO GET ONE.

Buyer Beware - Prices on Menu Board are NOT what you are charged. We went to Burgers & Brats on Saturday. I ordered a burger and my wife & sister both ordered a hotdog smothered in kraut. The menu board said it was $4.99 for the dog & $1.90 for the kraut (see pictures). The woman at the register never showed me an itemized receipt and only told me the charge was $45.12, which I paid on credit card. She then handed me two receipts (one a card charge receipt & the other an itemized receipt). The itemized receipt showed that my wife & sister were both charged $3.99 for a side of kraut & not the $1.90 for the smother, which I very clearly told the woman at the register. When I questioned this, two workers told me that the owner has not updated the register to allow them to charge what is on board & they can only charge the Side price & not the Smother price. They repeatidly blamed it on the owner. I asked for my money back, as I was not going to support a restaurant that basically steals from customers. I asked for the owners info, but I was told it was not available. It is not simply that I did not want to pay $2 more (for us it was $4), it is more that when you think about how many other people order this item and are charged the extra/hidden $2....The owner is stealing a LOT of money. Plus who knows how many other menu board items are mispriced that customers unknowingly pay more for. You can clearly see that the menu board pricing is easily changed, the owner could simply take 5 minutes & update his board OR change the register so that his workers can charge the correct amount. Instead he chooses to do NEITHER and is overcharging his customers and his workers are NOT telling customers of this. I would avoid this restaurant as there are numerous other restaurants that are honest & do not mislead their customers. No matter how good the food is, customers should not have to deal with misleading pricing & dishonesty by owner/staff. I just read the owners response to my comments & I would like to respond. Regarding being honest - that was one of the main comments I had about your restaurant....your MENU is not accurate or honest and/or your employees are NOT trained on it. Nothing I said in my review was inaccurate or dishonest. Yes - I did get my money back but that was after listening to your employees tell me that the menu was inaccurate and there was nothing they could do about it. We complelely understood about the different size sauerkraut portions....it was your employees who were NOT aware of this. Your comment about me visiting two times in same week is TOTALLY INACCURATE. I have visited your restaurant twice but the first time was over 5 years ago...the trip that I made the comments on was only my second visit TOTAL. I am not sure where you get your facts, but you should try defending your restaurant with TRUTH and not made up facts to make you look better. The FACTS are that we ordered an item on your menu & your employees charged us more than what was on the menu & when I questioned it, they said there was nothing they could do as the menu did not match their POS buttons and that the owner did not want to change it (your employees words). Kraut thats the best in Texas. Brats from muenster daily and fresh. The potato salad is good but could use a dose of spicy mustard to liven it up. The folks that own and run this gem of an eatery are super friendly and treat every customer like family. If you havent been here, make it a must-go destination. Its a gem.

New to area, hungry for just a good burger. I dont want to drive too far. So you take off from the house and have to use the GPS for guidance on what to eat. Pulled up in front of B&B and said, well, lets give it a try. You know that feeling when you have no idea if this was a good plan or not. The young man who took our order at the counter did a great job. Asked the right questions and all with a smile. A woman came out and put our burgers on, and they brought it over to our table. First bite told us this was no mistake. OMG, best burgers weve had out here. Juicy and tasty. When I asked her later about their German potato salad, she brought me out a generous container to try. Wow, that was real German warm potato salad. Definitely go back again, and again, and again.

Ordered two brats to go. Picture shows a nice open flame grilled brat and burger. Sadly, these were boiled and lacking in options. We were disappointed to get down the road and find a single packet of mustard per brat. Nothing else except the sauserkraut in a side container (nothing to write home about). Honestly, I wish I would have gone to the Lowes next door. Probably have a cart vendor sitting outside with a better price and toppings option.

Staff friendly. Food was great. Definitely would return. Kids meals were a little higher in price than expected, but they include a drink and fries in the price. Adult meals were priced competitively. They lock the door 30 minutes before their closing time to avoid additional customers right before closing. We werent impacted by this, but we saw customers being turned away at 7:30pm. So avoid going within 30 minutes of closing.

The burgers are good, but just go to Five Guys. At least they know how to make a hotdog. The tater tots are the only thing I would go back for.

A great place with amazing food choices. They never disappoint in the great flavors of any meal option. They mushroom Philly is amassing but the fact that they have the manager special which comes with fries and drink tops it off. I always come here anytime I need me some good old fashioned carbs. Great place with delicious food and friendly people! The staff treated me like a regular when my family and I stopped for lunch. My daughter was able to get a grilled cheese, which wasnt even on the menu, my wife picked the Road Rage burger and I chose the Scenic Route. It was served hot, fresh and so yummy. French fries were crisp and hot. Also, they are vet friendly which always makes it better. Id give more stars if possible. Dont miss out on this if you ever are in the area.

I live on the east side, but whenever I m in Flower Mound this is my go to spot. The burgers are juicy and flavorful, the toppings are fresh and cold. The fries are too hot to eat when they are served, which is exactly how they should always be served. It s not a big place, it s not a fancy place, but it is THE place for delicious burgers or brats. And if you have a little room left check out the scratch bakery next door. The perfect one two punch!

My first time here. The burger was terrific! The negative is that the place was dirty. Very dirty and dusty. It wasnt busy. The staff had time to sit in the corner on her cell. The walls were dirty, napkin dispenser and bottles of ketchup and mustard on the table was very dusty.i wasnt afraid to eat the food due to I could see how clean the grill was as well as the cook was very hygienic.

First time trying and wish we would ve tried sooner! This is our burger place from now on. Phone ordered to-go; easy, friendly, accurate. Order arrived home - unboxed, a ton of food. Tried the #1 Burger combo: fantastic, just everything from the bun to the amount of condiments applied was perfect. I usually have to doctor burgers , but not this one. Fries were adequate-do yourself a favor- warm them in a toaster oven not microwave. coke fountain was bubbly, taste like a real coke. You know some places don t use enough syrup to water ratio - not here perfect! Tried the #9 Brat: also fantastic with added grilled onions, sauerkraut and a side of German potato salad. I m not a brat connoisseur but it was tasty. I totally missed the fabulousness of the German potato salad cuz I didn t stir it up. Transfer it to a bigger container and stir- you ll find bits of bacon, onion and potatoes with a vinegar flare. Once I did that - totally enjoyed :)

It s always difficult to say The Best Burger in Town , because it s a personal matter of taste. But, for me, B&B IS The Best Burger in Town! It starts with their meat, hand selected and ground, and the flavor is amazing! The bun is fresh, and made of a bread that doesn t crumble and fall apart like fast food chains. The vegetables are fresh, and you can actually taste them! I get The Road Rage burger, medium rare, Pepper Jack, grilled onions, and no butter on the bun. And it s AMAZING! It has hot jalapeño peppers and they have great heat! This is my personal favorite, and frankly when you are paying about what you d pay at Chili s or Red Robin, there simply is no comparison! So, do yourself a favor, get a REAL burger cooked exactly the way you want it, and you won t go back to the usual burger joints again!

Not sure about the Brats, but the Burger half of this place sucks. Could have been my choice of burger (arguably too many), but the patties were bland, the bacon was soggy, and half of the burger was just onion. The fries reminded me of In and Out, take that how you will. Not worth the relatively high prices, do not recommend.

Very good place to enjoy a fresh burger, bratwurst or traditional hot dog. French fries are cooked perfectly and the give you salt, 2 kinds of pepper and a seasoning salt plus ketchup and mustard on each table so you can season everything the way you want. They bave sweet potato fries, regular fries, onion rings, German hot potato salad and brat on a stick as side items to go with your combo meal. Lots of different burgers to chiose from. Delicious sanwiches and salads also. Right next door is a fresh made bakery if you need to over indulge!

This is the Dirk Burger it was completely amazing. Dont judge too much from the picture. I had already eaten half of it. It has a butterflies brat on it with kraut. Best of both worlds..... great burger and awesome kraut with the brat. Dont be shy. Must use both hands to try and hold it.

This place was exactly what I wanted it to be. Burgers and Brats is an unassuming burger joint with reasonable prices and AMAZING food. Both the burger and truffle fries are simply out of this world. It s a great place to make your regular burger joint. It s the absolute best in Flower Mound, if not the world.

Burgers & Brats is a counter service restaurant with burgers cooked to order on a griddle. There are lots of great burger options to select from on the menu. The food prep happens right behind the counter and you can watch your food being prepared. Overall, a good place to grab a bite to eat

I had trouble choosing between ordering a Fischer s brat or a burger. Decided on the bacon cheese burger with a fried egg. The burger was very tasty and the meat was nice and juicy. Will be coming back to try the brat and kraut. I love the fact the the brats are made locally In Muenster Texas.

Changed ownership or something the last month because it went from one of the best burger places around to now flat frozen and dry patties with smaller portions of fries. Went in today and they didnt even have half the lights turned on. Very disappointed.

Who would have thought such a place would exist where it does. Tucked in the middle of a shopping center is a place that actually has amazing burgers and brats!!! Its so hard to find ANY type of german food in DFW so I was excited to find this place. The burgers are properly greasy and sloppy as a burger should be. The sides are fantastic and if you wanna hot dog or brat...this should be your go to place.

Great food but service is terrible. Entire store was up in arms because orders were not going out right. Meals going out random. Individuals from each family were eating one by one instead of just getting entire orders out together. Some were done eating in our group 35 minutes before the last meal came out. Employees were frustrated that they were busy.. sorry you had to work when you showed up for work.
